本发明涉及一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂及其制备和使用方法,属于农药助剂技术领域。上述增效助剂由以下重量份组分组成:引诱剂0.01‑50重量份;卵壳破除剂1‑50重量份;润湿剂5‑20重量份;渗透剂5‑20重量份;辅料30‑80重量份。本发明增效助剂能够改善药液的理化性能,提高药剂的延展性、分散性和渗透性,并且可通过引诱剂和卵壳破除剂提高害虫对农药的取食量,并同步杀死虫卵,有效的提高农药的防治效果。

本发明涉及农药助剂技术领域,具体提供一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂及其制备和使用方法。
背景技术
蓟马体型小、繁殖速度快、迭代快、活动隐蔽、对防治药剂容易产生抗性,有效防治药剂缺乏,农业生产上将这类害虫称为“抗性小虫”。“抗性小虫”蓟马近些年危害日益加重,已经成为我国果蔬作物种植中的头号难题。
随着高毒农药的退市,市场上能够防治蓟马的药剂越来越少。更为严峻的是,在抗性小虫防治上,近十年来几乎没有新化合物推出。通过农药复配可弥补单剂的不足,但仍然很难达到理想的防治效果。
在施药过程中,存在施药不均匀等问题,导致防治效果不理想,且蓟马产卵量较大,孵化快速,往往施药对当时的若虫和成虫效果较好,后续卵孵化后,蓟马虫害还会再次发生。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂及其制备和使用方法,本发明增效助剂,能够改善药液的理化性能,提高药剂的延展性、分散性和渗透性,并且可通过引诱成分和卵壳破除剂提高害虫对农药的取食量,并同步杀死虫卵,有效的提高农药的防治效果。

本发明增效助剂与农药混合,能够显著提高蓟马的防治效果。特定的润湿剂和渗透剂能够有效改善药液的理化性能,显著提高药液的延展性、分散性和渗透性;本发明增效助剂一方面能够辅助药液较好的吸附并渗透进农作物,杀死蓟马若虫和成虫;同时能够显著提高药液在农作物上的铺展面积,提高药液均匀性。另一方面,能够帮助引诱剂和卵壳破除剂吸附在农作物上,引诱剂能够引诱蓟马到施药部位取食作物,卵壳破除剂能够较大程度的杀死虫卵,从根本上减少蓟马的数量,防治害虫。
本发明的增效助剂能够改善药液的理化性能,提高药剂的延展性、分散性和渗透性,并且可通过引诱成分和卵壳破除剂提高害虫对农药的取食量,并同步杀死虫卵,有效的提高农药的防治效果。

实施例及对比例中所用试剂及材料,如无特殊说明,均可经过商业途径得到。
本发明提供一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂及其制备和使用方法,具体实施例如下。
实施例1
一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:乙酸香叶酯0.01重量份;苯甲酚50重量份;烯丙醇聚醚10重量份、十二烷基硫酸钠10重量份;磺基琥珀酸甲基异丁基甲酯钠5重量份;白炭黑80重量份。
上述提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂的制备方法,将润湿剂和渗透剂与辅料混合均匀,然后加入引诱剂和卵壳破除剂,混合均匀即可。
实施例2
一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:乙酸香叶酯10重量份、乙酸金合欢酯20重量份,苯甲酚10重量份,烯丙醇聚醚10重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵5重量份,磺基琥珀酸甲基异丁基甲酯钠5重量份、双烷基琥珀酸磺酸钠10重量份,水40重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:乙酸香叶酯15重量份,蛋白酶10重量份,烯丙醇聚醚5重量份、异构十三醇醚5重量份,磺基琥珀酸甲基异丁基甲酯钠10重量份,水50重量份。

一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:乙酸金合欢酯10重量份,矿物油40重量份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚12重量份,磺基琥珀酸甲基异丁基甲酯钠8重量份、十二烷基硫酸钠10重量份,二甲基亚砜50重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5
一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:乙酸香叶酯15重量份、乙酸金合欢酯15重量份,二硝苯酚15重量份,异构十三醇醚10重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6重量份,磺基琥珀酸甲基异丁基甲酯钠10重量份,白炭黑30重量份、高岭土30重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例6
一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:乙酸金合欢酯20重量份、乙酸金合欢酯25重量份,蛋白酶15重量份、苯甲酚15重量份,烯丙醇聚醚15重量份,甲胺基透皮素15重量份,玉米淀粉20重量份,白炭黑25。
制备方法同实施例1。

对比例1
将蛋白酶替换为等量的水,其余条件与实施例2相同。
对比例2
将乙酸香叶酯和乙酸金合欢酯均替换为等量的水,其余条件与实施例2相同。
对比例3
将烯丙醇聚醚替换为等量的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵,其余条件与实施例2相同。
对比例4
将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵替换为等量的烯丙醇聚醚,其余条件与实施例2相同。
对比例5
将磺基琥珀酸甲基异丁基甲酯钠和双烷基琥珀酸磺酸钠均替换为等量的水,其余条件与实施例2相同。
对比例6
将磺基琥珀酸甲基异丁基甲酯钠和双烷基琥珀酸磺酸钠分别替换为等量的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,其余条件与实施例2相同。
将上述实施例1-6和对比例1-6制备的增效助剂与农药混合后,喷雾助剂在混合物中的质量百分比为0.03%-2.0%,24h内全部喷完即可。具体实验方法及实验结果如下:
药剂:10%烯啶虫胺水剂,稀释浓度:20毫升兑水15kg。每亩喷液量30kg。
助剂:实施例1-6和对比例1-6制备助剂,添加量为稀释液的0.5%。
对照:不进行药液处理,喷洒等量的水。
选择有蓟马发生的棉花地块,于8-9月蓟马危害高峰期进行施药,此时棉花处于开花盛期。在施药前和施药后1天、7天、14天分别调查蓟马虫口数。采用对角线5点取样法,每点随机抽查2株棉花,记录虫口数,结果见表1。

由上表可知,本申请增效助剂的添加能够显著提高农药对蓟马的防治效果。本发明通过特定的润湿剂和渗透剂的配合作用,将引诱剂、卵壳破除剂以及农药均匀的粘附在农作物上,特定的引诱剂将蓟马吸引到施药部位,蓟马啃食施药作物,会直接由药物杀死;而虫卵在不同卵壳破除剂的作用下被杀死,从根本上减少了蓟马的孵化数量。
本申请增效助剂在药后14天,蓟马防治效果显著高于不含有卵壳破除剂的助剂(对比例1)和不含有引诱剂的助剂(对比例2);同时替换本申请增效助剂中的部分润湿剂或渗透剂(对比例3-6),其防治效果显著降低。
对上述实施例2和对比例1-6制备的助剂进行表面张力和渗透时间测试试验,用去离子水稀释成不同浓度的水溶液,用表面张力仪测定表面张力,用标准帆布法测定渗透时间,结果见表2。

由上表可知,本申请的增效助剂,在润湿剂、渗透剂和引诱剂、卵壳破除剂的协同作用下,具有较好的润湿性和渗透性,能够显著提高药液的延展性、分散性和渗透性,提高蓟马的防治效果。

一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:茴香醛5重量份、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯5重量份,蛋白酶20重量份、矿物油20,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚6重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵6重量份,双烷基琥珀酸磺酸钠10重量份、甲胺基透皮素8重量份,白炭黑20重量份、高岭土20重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例8
一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯50重量份,二硝苯酚15重量份,烯丙醇聚醚6重量份,聚醚改性硅氧烷10重量份,双烷基琥珀酸磺酸钠20重量份,二甲基亚砜80重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例9
一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:茴香醛30重量份,矿物油50重量份,异构醇醚5重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5重量份,十二烷基硫酸钠10重量份,磺基琥珀酸甲基异丁基甲酯钠10重量份、双烷基琥珀酸磺酸钠8重量份,二甲基甲酰胺60重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例10
一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:茴香醛10重量份、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯20重量份,蛋白酶20重量份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5重量份、烯丙醇聚醚5重量份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵5重量份,甲胺基透皮素10重量份、磺基琥珀酸甲基异丁基甲酯钠5重量份,水40重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例11
一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:茴香醛25重量份、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯20重量份,蛋白酶20重量份、苯甲酚10重量份,烯丙醇聚醚8重量份,十二烷基硫酸钠5重量份、聚醚改性硅氧烷5重量份,甲胺基透皮素6重量份、双烷基琥珀酸磺酸钠10重量份,水50重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。

将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵替换为等量的烯丙醇聚醚,其余条件与实施例10相同。
对比例11
将磺基琥珀酸甲基异丁基甲酯钠和甲胺基透皮素均替换为等量的水,其余条件与实施例10相同。
对比例12
将磺基琥珀酸甲基异丁基甲酯钠和甲胺基透皮素分别替换为等量的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,其余条件与实施例10相同。
将上述实施例7-11和对比例7-12制备的增效助剂与农药混合后,喷雾助剂在混合物中的质量百分比为0.03%-2.0%,24h内全部喷完即可。具体实验方法及实验结果如下:
药剂:20%乙基多杀菌素+20%氟啶虫胺腈SC,稀释浓度:14克兑水15公斤。每亩喷液量15公斤。
助剂:实施例7-11和对比例7-12制备助剂,添加量为稀释液的0.5%。
对照:不进行药液处理,喷洒等量的水。
选择有蓟马发生的草莓大棚,施药时草莓移栽1个月,各小区间肥水管理及其他栽培条件相同。在施药前和施药后1天、7天、14天分别调查蓟马虫口数。小区采用对角线5点取样法,每点随机抽查2株,记录虫口数,结果见表3。

一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:顺-9-二十三碳烯35重量份,矿物油30重量份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5重量份,双烷基琥珀酸磺酸钠7重量份,白炭黑30重量份、高岭土40重量份。

实施例14
一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:3-吡啶甲酸乙酯20重量份、顺-9-二十三碳烯10重量份,蛋白酶20重量份,异构十三醇醚10重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵5重量份、十二烷基硫酸钠10重量份,磺基琥珀酸甲基异丁基甲酯钠15重量份,水40重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例15
一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:3-吡啶甲酸乙酯20重量份、顺-9-二十三碳烯30重量份,苯甲酚10重量、二硝苯酚5重量份,烯丙醇聚醚10重量份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10重量份,甲胺基透皮素10重量份、磺基琥珀酸甲基异丁基甲酯钠10重量份,水80重量份。

药剂:50g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺SC,稀释浓度:90mL兑水15kg。每亩喷液量15公斤。
助剂:实施例12-15和对比例13-18制备助剂,添加量为稀释液的0.5%。
对照:不进行药液处理,喷洒等量的水。
选择有蓟马发生的黄瓜地块,于开花后,结瓜前期施药。在施药前和施药后1天、7天、14天分别调查蓟马虫口数。每小区调查中间10株,记录活虫数,结果见表5。计算公式参照《农药田间药效试验准则》。

由上表可知,本申请增效助剂的添加能够显著提高农药对蓟马的防治效果。

综上可知,本申请的增效助剂能够改善药液的理化性能,提高药剂的延展性、分散性和渗透性,并且可通过引诱成分和卵壳破除剂提高害虫对农药的取食量,并同步杀死虫卵,有效的提高农药的防治效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份组分组成:

所述引诱剂为乙酸香叶酯、乙酸金合欢酯、3-吡啶甲酸乙酯、茴香醛、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯、顺-9-二十三碳烯中的一种或多种;
所述卵壳破除剂为蛋白酶、矿物油、苯甲酚、二硝苯酚中的一种或多种;
所述润湿剂包括非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂;
所述非离子表面活性剂为异构醇醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烯丙醇聚醚、聚醚改性硅氧烷中的一种或多种;所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、十二烷基硫酸钠以及十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的一种或多种;
所述渗透剂为磺基琥珀酸甲基异丁基甲酯钠、双烷基琥珀酸磺酸钠、甲胺基透皮素中的一种或多种;
所述辅料为白炭黑、高岭土、玉米淀粉、二甲基亚砜、水、二甲基甲酰胺中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份组分组成:

3.权利要求1或2所述的提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将润湿剂和渗透剂与辅料混合均匀,然后加入引诱剂和卵壳破除剂,混合均匀即可。
4.权利要求1或2所述的提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂的使用方法,其特征在于,所述助剂在喷雾前与蓟马杀虫剂以桶混形式添加到喷雾桶中混合均匀,24h内全部喷完;所述助剂在混合物中的质量百分比为0.03%-2.0%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的提高蓟马防治效果的增效助剂的使用方法,其特征在于,所述蓟马杀虫剂为多杀菌素、乙基多杀菌素、甲维盐、氯虫苯甲酰胺、虫螨腈、螺虫乙酯、溴氰虫酰胺、呋虫胺、啶虫脒、噻虫嗪、烯啶虫胺中的一种或多种。
