The steps of the method disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software modules may be located in a storage medium located in the memory 3, and the processor 2 reads the program in the memory 3 and in combination with its hardware performs the steps of the aforementioned method.
When the processor 2 executes the program, the corresponding processes in the methods according to the embodiments of the present application are realized, and for brevity, are not described herein again.
In an exemplary embodiment, the present application further provides a storage medium, i.e. a computer storage medium, specifically a computer readable storage medium, for example, including a memory 3 storing a computer program, which can be executed by a processor 2 to implement the steps of the foregoing method. The computer readable storage medium may be Memory such as FRAM, ROM, PROM, EPROM, EEPROM, Flash Memory, magnetic surface Memory, optical disk, or CD-ROM.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus, terminal and method may be implemented in other manners. The above-described device embodiments are only illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only one logical function division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. Alternatively, the integrated units described above in the present application may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if they are implemented in the form of software functional modules and sold or used as independent products. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application may be essentially implemented or portions thereof that contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for enabling an electronic device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, or various other media that can store program code.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and shall be covered by the scope of the present application. Claims (11)

1. A data acquisition method of household electrical appliance is characterized in that the method is applied to a first household electrical appliance; the method comprises the following steps:
broadcasting the first request; the first request is used for requesting the household appliance equipment to report first information; the first information at least represents product information and user information of the household appliance;
receiving a first response returned by the second household appliance based on the first request; the first response carries first information corresponding to the second household appliance;
reporting first information corresponding to each second household appliance in at least one second household appliance to a server, so that the server determines second information based on the first information reported by all first household appliances in at least one first household appliance; the second information characterizes an update policy with respect to a second home device.
2. The method for data collection of an electric home appliance according to claim 1, wherein the first request is broadcast, the method comprising:
the first request is broadcast every first set period.
3. The data acquisition method of an electric home appliance according to claim 1, wherein the product information of the electric home appliance includes at least one of a product model, a product name, a production date, and a warranty period;
the user information of the household appliance comprises at least one of the gender and the age of a user, the frequency of using the household appliance by the user and the single use time of using the household appliance by the user.
4. The data acquisition method for the household electrical appliance according to claim 1, wherein the first request comprises at least one communication identifier; each communication identifier in the at least one communication identifier represents one communication mode supported by the first household appliance device;
the receiving of the first response returned by the second home appliance device based on the first request includes:
receiving a first response returned by the second household appliance device based on the first communication mode; and the first communication mode is determined by the second household appliance device based on the at least one communication identifier.
5. The method for collecting data of an electric home appliance according to claim 1, wherein the broadcasting the first request comprises:
broadcasting the first request based on each communication mode of at least one communication mode.
6. The method for collecting data from a home device as claimed in claim 5, wherein said broadcasting said first request based on each of at least one communication method comprises:
broadcasting the first request through one of the at least one communication mode according to a first set sequence every second set period; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the first set ranking represents a ranking corresponding to each of the at least one communication means.
7. The method for acquiring data of an electric home appliance according to claim 1, wherein reporting first information corresponding to each second electric home appliance in the at least one second electric home appliance to the server comprises:

the reporting unit is used for reporting the first information corresponding to each second household appliance in at least one second household appliance to the server so that the server determines second information based on the first information reported by all first household appliances in at least one first household appliance; the second information characterizes an update policy with respect to a second home device.
10. An appliance, comprising: a processor and a memory for storing a computer program capable of running on the processor,
wherein the processor is adapted to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 8 when running the computer program.
11. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, the computer program, when being executed by a processor, performing the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
