In order to better understand the technical solution, the technical solution will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a device information deleting method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for deleting device information according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101: and acquiring the target account information to be deleted.
It should be noted that the target account information to be deleted may be a user account ID, that is, the account information to be deleted may include a unique account name used by the user to log in the application APP.
It should be understood that, the method for deleting device information provided in the embodiment of the present invention may implement deletion of device information through a mobile terminal, and may also implement deletion of device information through a server, when device information is deleted through the mobile terminal, account information to be deleted may be directly obtained through the mobile terminal, for example, a user may input a user account ID indicating deletion, or a user account ID logged in by the current mobile terminal may be directly deleted, and when device information is deleted through the server, the server further needs to receive an account logout request (i.e., a request for deleting account information) sent by the mobile terminal, where the account logout request includes account information to be deleted, so that the server may further perform device information deletion according to the account information to be deleted.
S102: and acquiring the equipment identification code of at least one target equipment which has an association relation with the target account information.
In practical applications, the account information may have an association relationship with the target device, for example, the user has logged in the target device, or for example, the user associates another mobile terminal with the target device through network matching, and therefore, when the user deletes the account information, the target device having an association relationship with the account information needs to be determined.
The device identification code may include at least a number corresponding to a product unique code SN assigned to the home device by the server, for example, a DeviceID (device ID) of the home device. And the DeviceID of the device changes every time after the network is distributed.
S103: and sending a deleting instruction to the target equipment according to the equipment identification code.
The deleting instruction is used for instructing the target device to delete the device information associated with the target account information, and the device information includes: the usage footprint information and the account information in one or more combinations, the usage footprint information including: one or more of the equipment identification code, the user operation information and the equipment running information.
That is to say, when a user needs to delete account information, after account information to be deleted is obtained, a device identification code of at least one target device having an association relationship with the target account information needs to be obtained according to a target account, that is, a device having an association relationship with the account to be deleted is obtained, and then a deletion instruction is sent to the target device according to the device identification code, so that the target device deletes the device information associated with the target account information according to the deletion instruction, thereby eliminating the association relationship between the target device and the target account, ensuring exercise of forgotten rights of the user, and improving user experience.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, after sending the deletion instruction to the target device, the method further includes: and sending query information to the target equipment according to the equipment identification code, and determining that the target equipment successfully deletes the equipment information stored on the local if a response message returned by the target equipment is not received within a preset time length.
That is, after sending the deletion instruction to the target device, the server or the mobile terminal also sends query information to the target device to determine whether the target device has deleted the device information associated with the target account information stored on the target device according to the query result.
Specifically, after the server or the mobile terminal sends a deletion instruction to the target device, the target device receives the deletion instruction and deletes the device information stored thereon and associated with the target account information according to the deletion instruction, then the server or the mobile terminal sends query information to the target device, if a response message returned by the target device is not received within a preset time length, that is, the target device does not inquire the device information associated with the target account information according to the inquiry information and cannot respond, determining that the target device has successfully deleted the locally stored device information associated with the target account information, if a response message returned by the target device is received within a preset time period, namely, the target device can still inquire the device information associated with the target account information according to the inquiry information and respond, and then it is determined that the target device has not successfully deleted the device information associated with the target account information.
It should be appreciated that the query information may be sent to the target device a preset number of times. That is to say, the server or the mobile terminal may send query information to the target device according to the preset number of times, and when no response message returned by the target device is received by the query information sent continuously for many times, it is determined that the target device has successfully deleted the device information associated with the target account information stored locally, so as to avoid the problem that the target device can still reply to the initial query due to a problem of network delay or the like, which is caused by a problem that the target device does not receive a deletion instruction timely, or due to a large amount of device information and a long deletion time, thereby effectively improving the accuracy of judging that the target device has successfully deleted the device information associated with the target account information stored locally, reducing the misjudgment rate, ensuring the forgetting right of the user, and improving the experience of the user.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, when the number of the target apparatuses is two or more, the deletion instruction is sent to the target apparatuses one by one in the chronological order in which the target apparatuses are registered on the server.
Specifically, when two or more target devices associated with the target account information are acquired according to the target account information, the registration time of each target device on the server is inquired according to the device identification code of the target device, the two or more target devices are sequenced according to the time sequence of the registration of the two or more target devices on the server, and then a deletion instruction is sequentially sent to each target device according to the sequencing sequence, so that each target device can delete the device information associated with the target account information.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the device information is deleted by the server, after sending a deletion instruction to the target device, the method further includes: after each target device deletes the device information, the control server deletes the device information of the target device stored on the control server.
Similarly, when the device information is deleted through the mobile terminal, after the deleting instruction is sent to the target device, the method further includes: and after each target device deletes the device information, controlling the mobile terminal to delete the device information of the target device stored on the mobile terminal.
That is to say, no matter whether the device information is deleted through the server or the mobile terminal, after each target device completes the deletion of the device information, the device information of the target device stored on the target device needs to be deleted, so that the device information associated with the target account information can be completely forgotten, the exercise of the forgotten right of the user is effectively ensured, the information deletion efficiency when the user exercises the forgotten right is improved, and the experience of the user is improved.
It should be understood that when the server or the mobile terminal deletes the device information of the target device stored on the server or the mobile terminal, the account information stored locally is also deleted at the same time, so as to achieve the purpose of logging off the account and ensure the implementation of the forgotten right of the user.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a signaling sequence diagram of a device information deletion method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, when device information is deleted by the server, and the number of the target devices is two, the user initiates account logout on an application program APP of the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal sends a logout account request to the server and deletes account information stored locally in the mobile terminal, the server queries and obtains a device identifier of the target device associated with the target account information according to the logout account request, sends a deletion instruction to the first target device, the first target device receives the deletion instruction and deletes the device information associated with the target account information according to the deletion instruction, the server sends query information to the first target device, if the server does not receive a response message sent by the first target device for a plurality of times continuously, it is determined that the first target device has completed information deletion, and then sends a deletion instruction to the second target device, and the second target equipment receives the deleting instruction, deletes the equipment information which is in the incidence relation with the target account information according to the deleting instruction, and so on, and the server deletes the equipment information and the account information of the target equipment stored on the server until the equipment information on the target equipment which is in the incidence relation with the target account information is deleted.
