When the device needs to be used, firstly, the statistical chart is respectively placed on the first placing frame 303 and the second placing frame 304, then when the up-down position of the statistical chart needs to be adjusted, the first gears 401 on the two sides are manually rotated, the first gears 401 rotate to drive the first racks 402 on the same side to move oppositely, the first racks 402 move oppositely to drive the connecting block 403, the first slider 405 and the slide bar 302 to move oppositely, the slide bars 302 move oppositely to drive the first placing frame 303 and the second placing frame 304 to move oppositely, the slide bars 302 on the rear side move backwards while moving downwards, the slide bars 302 on the front side move upwards and move forwards simultaneously, the first springs 404 are stretched, the first placing frame 303 and the second placing frame 304 move oppositely to be staggered without mutual influence, the first gears 401 stop rotating after the adjustment is completed, if the original position needs to be adjusted again, the first gears 401 can be reversed.

The positions of the first placing frame 303 and the second placing frame 304 need to be adjusted better, only the handle 506 is needed to rotate the rotating disc 505, the rotating disc 505 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 503 to rotate through the bevel gear set 504, and the rotating shaft 503 rotates to drive the first gears 401 at two sides to rotate through the first driving wheel 501 and the first driving belt 502, so as to adjust the positions of the first placing frame 303 and the second placing frame 304.
When the object placing frame 603 on both sides needs to place the related object, the object placing frame 603 is rotated forward, the movable cover 604 is slid outward and opened, the object can be placed in the object placing frame 603, the movable cover 604 is slid inward after the object is placed, the movable cover is closed, and then the object placing frame 603 is rotated to return to the original position.
When the two slide bars 302 at the rearmost side move downwards, the two slide bars 302 are both in contact with the second slide block 701 and drive the second slide block 701 to slide downwards, the third spring 704 is compressed, the second slide block 701 slides downwards and drives the second gear 706 to rotate through the second rack 705, the second gear 706 rotates and drives the first connecting bar 602 to rotate through the second connecting bar 707, the second transmission wheel 708 and the second transmission belt 709, so that the storage frame 603 automatically rotates forwards, the storage frame 603 does not need to be rotated manually, when the slide bars 302 continue to move downwards and are separated from the contact with the fixture block 702, the third spring 704 resets and drives the second rack 705, the second slide block 701 and the fixture block 702 to move upwards and reset, the second rack resets and drives the second connecting bar 707 to rotate through the second gear 706, the second connecting bar 707 rotates and drives the storage frame 603 to rotate and reset through the second transmission wheel 708, the second transmission belt 709 and the first connecting bar 602, when the two slide bars 302 at the rearmost side move upward and return to the original position, the two slide bars 302 respectively contact the fixture blocks 702 at the two sides and press the fixture blocks 702 to move backward, the second spring 703 is compressed, and when the fixture blocks 702 are separated from the slide bars 302, the second spring 703 returns to drive the fixture blocks 702 to return to the original position.
The second sliding block 701 moves downwards to be in contact with the clamping device 801, the third spring 704 is compressed, the clamping device 801 operates, when the second sliding block 701 moves downwards to pass through the clamping device 801, the clamping device 801 resets to clamp the second sliding block 701, therefore, when the clamping block 702 is separated from the sliding rod 302, the object placing frame 603 and the second sliding block 701 cannot reset, after an object is placed, the push rod 802 is pressed towards the rear side, the fourth spring 804 is compressed, the push rod 802 moves towards the rear side to drive the clamping device 801 to operate, the clamping device 801 does not clamp the second sliding block 701 any more when operating, the third spring 704 resets to drive the second sliding block 701 to reset, the object placing frame 603 also resets accordingly, then the push rod 802 is released, the fourth spring 804 resets to drive the push rod 802 to reset, the push rod 802 resets to no longer drive the clamping device 801 to operate, and the clamping device 801 also resets accordingly.
