In the following description, references to the terms "first \ second \ third" are only to distinguish similar objects and do not denote a particular order, but rather the terms "first \ second \ third" are used to interchange specific orders or sequences, where appropriate, so as to enable the embodiments of the application described herein to be practiced in other than the order shown or described herein.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing embodiments of the present application only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.
In the solutions provided by the related arts, after the user finishes the pickup operation, the recommendation information (e.g., recommended video content) is usually presented at the second screen position of the pickup page, and at this time, the user needs to slide the pickup page downward to reach the recommended video content.
That is, the recommended video content is in a deep contact point on the path of the user getting the member gift card, and the user cannot see the recommended video content at a glance after the getting operation is completed, so that the exposure rate of the recommended video content is low, and the user cannot be attracted quickly. That is to say, for a virtual resource pickup scenario, the recommendation efficiency of information in a scheme provided by the related art is low, and there is a case of invalid recommendation.
The embodiment of the application provides an information recommendation method and device, electronic equipment and a computer-readable storage medium, which can realize efficient recommendation of information in a virtual resource getting scene.

For convenience of description, the user terminal and the client running on the user terminal are not specifically distinguished hereinafter.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of an information recommendation method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and will be described with reference to the steps shown in fig. 3.
In step S301, at least one virtual resource to be retrieved is displayed in a first area of the human-computer interaction interface.
In some embodiments, the virtual resource may be a voucher for acquiring various service contents (e.g., online music, online video, online shop, etc.), and its specific form may include a membership card, a voucher, a discount coupon, etc.
In other embodiments, before the user terminal displays at least one virtual resource to be retrieved in the first area (i.e., the virtual resource display area) of the human-computer interaction interface, the following operations may also be performed first: and sending an acquisition request to the server to acquire at least one virtual resource to be acquired from the server.
For example, the server may send the corresponding at least one virtual resource to be taken to the user terminal by: firstly, the server generates a user portrait of a user based on historical behavior data (including historical browsing data, historical shopping data, historical viewing data and the like of the user), then, the server calculates the similarity between the generated user portrait and the characteristics of a plurality of virtual resources to be picked up stored in a database in advance, and selects N virtual resources to be picked up with the highest similarity, wherein N is a positive integer larger than 1. Then, the server performs a scattering process on the selected N virtual resources to be picked up (the scattering process is performed to avoid that the types of the virtual resources to be picked up subsequently sent to the user terminal are too single, for example, the server may scatter the N virtual resources to be picked up according to the types according to a preset rule, so that the virtual resources to be picked up subsequently sent to the user terminal may be various, for example, the virtual resources to be picked up may include multiple types such as a video membership card, an audio membership card, a voucher and the like), and sends the scattered N virtual resources to be picked up to the user terminal, so as to display the scattered N virtual resources to be picked up in a first area of a human-computer interaction interface of the user terminal.
In some embodiments, the at least one virtual resource to be retrieved may be displayed in the form of a card in the first area; wherein, each card (for example, the front cover of the card) includes at least one of the following information of the virtual resource: associated services (e.g., video, music, books, etc.), associated items (e.g., redeemable products, physical or virtual items (e.g., game items), etc.), credits, and expiration dates.
For example, referring to fig. 4A, fig. 4A is a schematic view of an application scenario of an information recommendation method provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4A, a plurality of virtual resources to be retrieved, including a video membership card 4011, a music membership card 4012, a voucher 4013, and the like, are displayed in the form of cards in a first area 401 of the human-computer interaction interface. And information such as service, limit, validity period and the like related to the corresponding virtual resource is displayed in the cover of each card. For example, taking the video membership card 4011 as an example, the corresponding XX video (i.e. the video content watched by the subsequent user is provided by the XX video), the amount (90 yuan) and the valid period (season card) are displayed in the card cover of the video membership card 4011.
It should be noted that the arrangement of the multiple virtual resources to be picked up shown in fig. 4A is merely one possible example, and when the number of virtual resources to be picked up is large, the multiple virtual resources to be picked up may be displayed in the first area in an overlapping manner. For example, a plurality of cards are displayed in a first area of the human-computer interaction interface in an overlapping mode, and a user can acquire the cards to be picked in a sliding mode.
In step S302, the target virtual resource is moved from the first area to the second area of the man-machine interaction interface for display in response to the pickup operation.
In some embodiments, the user terminal may also perform the following operations first before responding to the pickup operation: identifying a trigger operation for a virtual resource (for example, a virtual resource displayed in the form of a card) displayed in the first area as a pickup operation for a target virtual resource; or displaying a third area (for example, a pickup operation area) in the human-computer interaction interface, wherein the third area includes a virtual resource pickup entry, and the user terminal identifies a trigger operation for the virtual resource pickup entry as a pickup operation for the target virtual resource.
For example, referring to fig. 4A, when a plurality of virtual resources to be retrieved are displayed in the first area 401, the user terminal may recognize a trigger operation for a card corresponding to the virtual resource displayed in the first area 401 as a retrieving operation for a target virtual resource. For example, when the user clicks the video membership card 4011, the user terminal moves the video membership card 4011 from the first area 401 to the second area 402 of the human-computer interaction interface in response, and displays it in a collapsed state.
For example, referring to fig. 4B, a third area (e.g., a pickup operation area) may be further displayed in the human-computer interaction interface of the user terminal, wherein the third area includes a virtual resource pickup entry, i.e., an "immediate pickup" button 403 shown in fig. 4B. When the user clicks the "immediate pick" button 403, the user terminal moves the video membership card displayed in the first area to the second area 402 in response and displays the video membership card in a collapsed state.
In other embodiments, when a plurality of virtual resources to be retrieved are displayed in the first area, that is, when the user has other available virtual resources after having retrieved the target virtual resource, the first area may still be reused for the virtual resource retrieving operation (for example, referring to fig. 4A, after the user has retrieved the video membership card 4011, the remaining music membership card 4012 and voucher 4013 are displayed in the first area 401 for the user to continue retrieving), but when the user terminal does not receive the user's retrieving operation for other virtual resources after time out, the relevant recommendation information is displayed in the first area; or, when only one virtual resource to be retrieved is displayed in the first area or no other virtual resource which can be retrieved exists after the user has retrieved the target virtual resource, the user terminal directly displays the first recommendation information related to the target virtual resource in the first area.
In addition, it should be noted that the third area, the first area, and the second area may respectively occupy different spaces in the human-computer interaction interface for display, and when virtual resources to be retrieved still exist in the first area, the third area may continue to display, otherwise, the display may be stopped to save the space of the human-computer interaction interface.
In other embodiments, at least one of the following information may also be displayed in the human-computer interaction interface of the user terminal: the virtual resource receiving method comprises the steps of providing information of a donation object corresponding to at least one virtual resource to be received, donation information attached to the donation object and real-time receiving conditions of the at least one virtual resource to be received. And displaying each piece of information in an area corresponding to the human-computer interaction interface of the user terminal.
For example, referring to fig. 4C, a fourth area 404 is further displayed in the human-computer interaction interface, for displaying information of at least one donation object of the virtual resource to be taken, for example, information "sijia send you XX video VIP gift card month card" may be displayed; the fifth area 405 displays bonus language information attached to the bonus subjects, and may display, for example, the following bonus language "lovely: let us introduce, this is i send your VIP "; a sixth area 406 is used to display a real-time pickup situation for at least one virtual resource to be picked up, and for example, a prompt message of "1/3 pieces of picked up" may be displayed.
It should be noted that the arrangement of the relative positions between the fourth area 404, the fifth area 405, and the sixth area 406 and the first area 401 and the second area 402 shown in fig. 4C is only one possible example. In practical application, the relative position relationships between the fourth region, the fifth region, and the sixth region and the first region and the second region may be diversified, for example, in addition to the longitudinal arrangement shown in fig. 4C, the relative position relationships may also be in a transverse arrangement manner depending on the display direction of the human-computer interface, and the arrangement sequence between the fourth region, the fifth region, the sixth region, and the first region and the second region is not limited to the arrangement sequence shown in fig. 4C, and may also be other arrangement sequences, that is, the arrangement sequence is flexible and diverse, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In addition, it should be further noted that the fourth area 404 and the fifth area 405 in fig. 4C may be always displayed in the human-computer interaction interface of the user terminal, or may be displayed only when the virtual resource to be retrieved exists in the first area 401; when the virtual resources to be retrieved do not exist in the first area 401, for example, when the user finishes retrieving all the virtual resources to be retrieved, the fourth area 404 and the fifth area 405 are stopped from being displayed to save the space of the human-computer interaction interface.
In some embodiments, before moving the target virtual resource from the first area to the second area of the human-computer interaction interface for display, the user terminal may first perform the following operations: sending a pickup request for the target virtual resource to the server to cause the server to perform the following operations in response to the pickup request: subtracting the request getting quantity carried by the getting request from the issuable quantity of the target virtual resource, and establishing a binding relationship between the account carried by the getting request and the target virtual resource, wherein the binding relationship is used as a verification basis for the account to use the target virtual resource to obtain the service content. And then, when the user terminal receives a picking success confirmation notice sent after the server successfully responds to the picking request, the user terminal determines that the target virtual resource is successfully picked and presents a prompt message of successful picking in the human-computer interaction interface.
In other embodiments, when the user terminal receives a first picking-up failure notification sent by the server and the first picking-up failure notification indicates that the target virtual resource is not picked up completely (that is, the number of target virtual resources which can be issued by the server minus the number of request picking carried by a picking-up request sent by the user terminal is greater than or equal to 0), a prompt message for re-picking up is presented in the human-computer interaction interface; and when the user terminal receives a second acquisition failure notification sent by the server and the second acquisition failure notification represents that the target virtual resource is already acquired, presenting a prompt message that the target virtual resource is already acquired in the human-computer interaction interface.
For example, taking the target virtual resource as a video membership card as an example, after the user terminal receives a click operation of the user on the video membership card displayed in the first area, a pickup request for the video membership card is sent to the server, so that the server responds by performing the following operations: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the number of distributable video membership cards stored in a database in advance, subtracting the number of request collection carried by a collection request sent by a user terminal from the number of distributable video membership cards obtained, for example, if the number of distributable video membership cards obtained in the database by a server is 10 and the number of request collection carried by the collection request sent by the user terminal is 2, subtracting the two numbers by the server to obtain the number of the remaining distributable video membership cards as 8. And then, the server establishes a binding relationship between the user account carried by the acquisition request and the issued 2 video membership cards, wherein the binding relationship is used as a verification basis for the video membership card to acquire video content by the user account. And then, when the user terminal receives a successful picking confirmation notice sent by the server, the user terminal determines that the video membership card is successfully picked, and presents a prompt message of successful picking in a man-machine interaction interface.
In an example, taking over the above example, when the user terminal receives a first picking-up failure notification sent by the server, and the first picking-up failure notification indicates that the video membership card is not picked up completely (that is, the server determines that the number of the video membership cards that can be issued minus the number of the video membership cards requested to be picked up by the user terminal based on the user account is greater than or equal to 0), a prompt message for reproducing picking-up is presented in the human-computer interaction interface to prompt the user to re-pick up the video membership card. And when the user terminal receives a second picking-up failure notice sent by the server and the second picking-up failure notice represents that the video membership card is picked up completely, displaying a reminding message that the video membership card is picked up completely in the man-machine interaction interface.
In other embodiments, when the user terminal responds to the pickup operation and does not successfully pickup the target virtual resource, the following operations may be further performed: displaying other virtual resources to be acquired in a first area of a human-computer interaction interface; for example, when the target virtual resource is a video membership card, the other virtual resource to be picked up may be other video membership cards provided by the same online video service provider; alternatively, the other virtual resources to be retrieved may also be of the same type as the target virtual resource, for example, when the target virtual resource is a video membership card, the other virtual resources to be retrieved may be video membership cards provided by other online video service parties, that is, all video membership cards.
It should be noted that the other virtual resources to be received displayed in the first area are obtained by filtering other available virtual resources stored in the database and then sending the filtered virtual resources to the user terminal, so as to ensure that the user can obtain the resources.
In step S303, displaying first recommendation information related to the target virtual resource in the first area; the target virtual resource is a virtual resource selected by the pickup operation in at least one virtual resource to be picked up.
In some embodiments, after moving the target virtual resource from the first area to the second area for display in response to the pickup operation, the user terminal displays first recommendation information related to the target virtual resource in the first area, wherein the first recommendation information may be recommendation information related to content of the target virtual resource; or recommendation information provided by the service provider of the target virtual resource.
For example, when the target virtual resource is a video membership card, the first recommendation information related to the target virtual resource may be an online video provided by a video platform that issues the video membership card, so that the user can request the online video; when the target virtual resource is a voucher provided by a certain e-commerce platform, the first recommendation information related to the target virtual resource can be commodity information provided by the e-commerce platform which issues the voucher, so that a user can select and purchase in the e-commerce platform; when the target virtual resource is a game rechargeable card, the first recommendation information related to the target virtual resource may be information related to the content of the game rechargeable card, such as a property of a virtual character in the game (i.e., the game corresponding to the game rechargeable card), a skin of the virtual character, and a peripheral doll of the game, which is provided by the game operating platform that issued the game rechargeable card.
In other embodiments, the recommendation information displayed in the first area may be updatable. The user terminal responds to the updating operation aiming at the first area, and displays second recommendation information related to the target virtual resource in the first area; the first recommendation information and the second recommendation information are different recommendation information. The update operation may be a slide operation or a click operation.
It should be noted that the second recommendation information may be other recommendation information related to the content of the target virtual resource, for example, taking the target virtual resource as a game rechargeable card, and when the first recommendation information is information of prop 1 of a character a in the game, the second recommendation information may be information of prop 2 of the character a in the game; alternatively, the second recommendation information may also be other recommendation information provided by the service party of the target virtual resource, for example, taking the target virtual resource as a game rechargeable card as an example, when the first recommendation information is information of game a provided by the game platform, the second recommendation information may be information of game B provided by the game platform.
For example, referring to fig. 4D, after the video membership card is moved from the first area to the second area for display, the user terminal displays a first recommended video content 4014 related to the video membership card in the first area, for example, the first recommended video content 4014 may be "XX era ultimate trailer". At this time, if the user is not interested in the first recommended video content 4014, a slide operation may be performed in the first area, and the user terminal may respond by displaying other recommended video content 4015 in the first area, for example, the recommended video content 4015 may be "mars XX final trailer".
In other embodiments, the recommendation information displayed in the first area may also be recommendation information unrelated to the target virtual resource picked up by the user, such as some trending information or information that may be of interest to the user.
The following describes the architecture of the information recommendation system.
By way of example, an information recommendation system generally includes four modules, portrait (e.g., user portrait), recall, sort, and scatter. The recall module is an important component of the information recommendation system and comprises: collaborative filtering based recalls, location based recalls, search based recalls, graph based recalls and recalls based on real-time user behavior, etc. For example, taking the recall of interest class as an example, the server acquires historical behavior data (including historical browsing data, historical shopping data, historical viewing data, and the like of the user) of the user associated with the client, and generates a user representation of the user based on the acquired historical behavior data. Then, the server calculates the similarity between the user portrait and the information to be recommended pre-stored in the database, and selects M pieces of information to be recommended, of which the similarity exceeds a similarity threshold (i.e., the server recalls M pieces of information to be recommended, which may be interested by the user associated with the client, from the database), where M is a positive integer greater than 1. Subsequently, the server performs a scattering process on the acquired M pieces of information to be recommended (the scattering process is performed to avoid that the types of the recommendation information subsequently sent to the user are too single, for example, the server may perform the scattering process on the information types corresponding to the M pieces of information to be recommended respectively according to a preset rule, so that the types of the information to be recommended subsequently displayed in the first area of the terminal may be various, for example, the information to be recommended may include multiple types such as video, audio, text, and virtual articles (e.g., game props), instead of a single certain type of recommendation information), and sends the scattered M pieces of information to be recommended to the user terminal, so as to display the scattered M pieces of information to be recommended in the first area of the user terminal.
In some embodiments, the second region may further include a client portal associated with the target virtual resource; and the user terminal responds to the triggering operation aiming at the client entrance, and invokes the client associated with the client entrance so as to enable the client to provide the service content based on the target virtual resource.
For example, referring to fig. 4E, a client entry related to the target virtual resource (i.e. video membership card) is included in the second area 403, i.e. a "go XX video watching" button 4031 shown in fig. 4E, and when the user terminal receives a click operation of the user on the "go XX video watching" button 4031, the XX video client is invoked to enable the XX video client to provide corresponding video content based on the video membership card.
It should be noted that, when the client that the user receives the virtual resource and the subsequent client that provides the service are not the same client, the basic function may be executed based on the original client, or a special client may be invoked to execute the complete function. For example, when a user gets a video membership card through a social application client, an online video provided by a video platform can be played in the social application client, but the social application client only has basic functions related to playing, such as playing, pausing and the like, and when the user wants to perform secondary editing on the online video, a special video playing client needs to be called to execute the online video; when the client for the user to receive the virtual resource and the client for subsequently providing the service are the same client, the calling operation does not need to be executed, for example, when the user receives the video membership card through the video playing client, the user can directly jump to the corresponding playing interface to play the complete video and perform operations such as secondary editing of the video and the like.
In other embodiments, the user terminal may also invoke a client associated with the client portal in response to a trigger operation for the client portal based on the client portal included in the first recommendation information displayed in the first area, so that the client provides the complete recommendation content.
For example, still taking fig. 4E as an example, the first recommendation information displayed in the first area includes a corresponding client entry, that is, a "see full version" button 4016 shown in fig. 4E, and when the user terminal receives a click operation of the user on the "see full version" button 4016, the user terminal jumps to the corresponding video playing client to play the complete video content based on the jumped video playing client.
In some embodiments, the user terminal may further perform the following operations: and in response to the moving operation aiming at the target virtual resource in the second area, the target virtual resource is moved from the second area to the first area again to be displayed, and the mark which is already taken is displayed in the target virtual resource.
For example, referring to fig. 4F, when the user terminal receives a clicking operation of the user with respect to the "up" button 407, the video membership card previously received by the user is moved from the second area (i.e., the video membership card receiving area) to the first area (i.e., the video membership card display area) for display, and the identifier that has been received, i.e., "received" 408 shown in fig. 4F, is displayed in the video membership card. In this manner, the user may review the information associated with the previously received video membership card.
In other embodiments, the retrieved virtual resource may be returned within a certain time period when the user does not worry about mistaking the virtual resource.
For example, in response to a trigger operation for the target virtual resource in the second area, the user terminal moves the target virtual resource from the second area to the first area for display when the target virtual resource is within the valid period of the rollback (e.g., within 5 minutes after the pickup) to represent that the target virtual resource has been rolled back. Therefore, when the user does not carefully get the wrong virtual resource, the taken virtual resource can be returned within the valid period, and the waste of the virtual resource is avoided.
In some embodiments, when the first recommendation information is in the form of a video, the user terminal may implement the displaying of the first recommendation information related to the target virtual resource in the first area by: playing a video related to the target virtual resource in the first area when the network connection for receiving the first recommendation information is a wireless network (WiFi) connection; when the network connection for receiving the first recommendation information is not a wireless network connection, a cover page of a video related to the target virtual resource is displayed in the first area, and the video is played in response to a trigger operation for the cover page. Therefore, the recommended videos are presented in a corresponding mode according to different network environments where the user terminal is located, and waste of user traffic can be avoided on the premise that the user is attracted to continuously watch the videos.
According to the method and the device, interactive upgrade is carried out on the first area (namely the virtual resource display area) which is originally not interactive in the human-computer interaction interface, when the user finishes the operation of getting the virtual resources, the target virtual resources which are got by the user are moved from the first area to the second area (namely the virtual resource containing area) of the human-computer interaction interface to be displayed, and the recommendation information related to the target virtual resources is displayed in the original first area, so that the recommendation information related to the got target virtual resources can be quickly touched by the user after the user finishes the operation of getting the virtual resources, and efficient recommendation of the information in a virtual resource getting scene is achieved.

It should be noted that the description of the apparatus in the embodiment of the present application is similar to the description of the method embodiment, and has similar beneficial effects to the method embodiment, and therefore, the description is not repeated. The inexhaustible technical details in the information recommendation device provided by the embodiment of the application can be understood according to the description of any one of the drawings of fig. 3, 5 and 7-8.
In the following, an exemplary application of the embodiment of the present application in an actual application scenario is described by taking the target virtual resource as a video member gift card (hereinafter also referred to as gift card).
In the framework provided by the related art, the video content recommendation area is usually presented at the second screen position of the pickup page, and the user needs to slide the page downwards to reach the module, so that the user cannot be attracted to consume the video content quickly. That is to say, in the solutions provided by the related arts, the recommended video content has a deep touch point on the path where the user gets the video membership gift card, the user cannot see the video content recommendation item at a glance after completing the getting operation, and the video recommendation module presents a static video cover style, so that the attraction degree to the user is low, and the user does not have a desire to watch the video content.
In view of the above technical problems, an embodiment of the present application provides an information recommendation method, which can automatically call a video content recommendation module without affecting a situation that a user returns to check gift card information after the user has received a video membership gift card, so that the user can quickly reach recommended video content after becoming a membership identity, and further an incentive for consuming video content is generated.
The following describes an information recommendation method provided in the embodiments of the present application.
According to the method and the device, the card surface or the video recommendation module is displayed in the area with the highest page exposure rate of the user terminal (such as a mobile phone) according to the receiving state by interactively upgrading the card surface display area (namely the first area) of the gift card which cannot be interacted originally in the human-computer interaction interface of the user terminal. When the user finishes the picking operation, the gift card surface is received into the card package (namely the second area) and is arranged below the original card surface display area, the original card surface display area is used for displaying the video recommendation module, so that the exposure rate of the video recommendation module is improved, the video content can be presented in the video recommendation module in a mode of a thumbnail player, the user terminal automatically plays a highlight point of the video under the WiFi condition, and when the user generates the desire to continue watching, the user can click to 'watch the full version', and the user enters the corresponding video client to watch the full version of the video content.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of an information recommendation method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and will be described with reference to the steps shown in fig. 5.
In step S501, the user terminal presents a video membership gift card pickup page.
For example, the user may enter the video membership gift card pickup page by clicking an icon of a social application (e.g., WeChat) or a video playing application installed on the user terminal to enter a user interface provided by the application, and clicking a pickup entry of a video membership gift card presented in the user interface.
In step S502, the user terminal responds to a trigger operation for the "immediate get" button.
For example, referring to fig. 6A, an "immediate get" button 608 (i.e., get operation area 604) is presented in the video affiliate gift card get page, and the user can perform a get operation of the video affiliate gift card by clicking the "immediate get" button 608. As shown in fig. 6A, the user interface shown in fig. 6A further includes a presenter information area 601, a card display area 602, a presentation language display area 603, and a pick-up details area 605.
In step S503, the ue determines whether the acquisition is successful, and if the acquisition is successful, executes step S504; when the pickup fails, step S505 is executed.
In step S504, the user terminal collects the card surface of the gift card and presents the video recommendation module in the original card display area.
In step S505, the user terminal determines whether the video member gift card has been taken, and if so, performs step S506; if not, go to step S507.
In step S506, the user terminal presents a prompt message that the user terminal has been completed on the video membership gift card pickup page.
In step S507, the user terminal presents a re-getting prompt message on the video membership gift card getting page so that the user clicks the "immediate get" button again.
For example, after receiving a click operation of the user on the "immediate pick up" button 608 shown in fig. 6A, the user terminal determines whether the user successfully picks up the video member gift card, and when the pick-up is successful, the card surface of the video member gift card is packed and arranged below the original card surface display area, and the video recommendation module is displayed in the original card surface display area. When the picking up is failed, the user terminal further judges whether the video membership gift card is picked up completely, and when the video membership gift card is picked up completely, a prompt message of picking up completely is presented; when the video membership gift card is not received, a prompt message for re-reception is presented to enable the user to click the "immediate reception" button 608 shown in fig. 6A again to re-perform the reception operation of the video membership gift card.
In step S508, the user terminal determines whether the current network connection is WiFi connected, if so, then step S509 is executed, and if not, then step S510 is executed.
In step S509, the user terminal automatically plays the video content presented in the video recommendation module.
In step S510, the video is presented in the form of a static video cover in the video recommendation module, and the user clicks the play button to play the video.
In step S511, the user terminal responds to the trigger operation for the "see full version" button.
For example, referring to fig. 6B, after successfully responding to the pickup operation of the user for the video membership gift card, the user terminal inserts a video content recommendation module 606 at the position of the card surface display area 602 shown in fig. 6A and presents the recommended video content on the video content recommendation module 606. Meanwhile, the card surface retracting area 607 covers the retracting operation area 604 shown in fig. 6A, and the video membership gift card retracted by the user is retracted in the card surface retracting area 607. Furthermore, a "see full version" button 609 is presented in the recommended video content, and when the user has a desire to continue viewing, the "see full version" button 609 may be clicked, and the user terminal responds to the click operation of the user on the "see full version" button 609, and step S512 is executed.
In step S512, the user terminal jumps to the corresponding video playing client, so as to play the complete video content in the jumped video playing client.
The information recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the present application is specifically described in terms of front-end processing logic and back-end processing logic, respectively.
Front-end processing logic flow
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating an information recommendation method according to an embodiment of the present application, and will be described with reference to the steps shown in fig. 7.
In step S701, the user terminal presents a gift card pickup page.
In step S702, the ue determines whether the acquisition is successful, and if the acquisition is successful, performs step S703, and if the acquisition is unsuccessful, performs step S704.
In step S703, the user terminal presents a prompt message indicating that the extraction is successful in the pickup page.
In step S704, the user terminal determines whether the gift card has been received, if so, step S705 is performed, and if not, step S706 is performed.
In step S705, the user terminal presents a prompt message that the user terminal has been completed in the pickup page.
In step S706, the user terminal presents a prompt message of re-pickup on the pickup page.
In step S707, the user terminal enters a video recommendation flow.
In step S708, the ue requests the background and registers a callback, and if the request is successful, step S709 is executed, and if the request is unsuccessful, step S710 is executed.
In step S709, when the request is successful, the user terminal parses and encapsulates the data, notifies the upper layer of the completion of the data, enters the video recommendation mode, and continues to execute step S712.
In step S710, when the request fails, the user terminal notifies the upper layer, does not enter the video recommendation mode after the pickup, and continues to perform step S711.
In step S711, the user terminal ends the acquisition procedure.
In step S712, the user terminal determines whether there is recommended data related to a card Cover Identification (CID), and if so, executes step S713; if not, go to step S714.
In step S713, the user terminal enters a video recommendation mode and presents a video associated with the card surface CID in the video recommendation module.
In step S714, the user terminal enters a video recommendation mode and presents the hit video in the video recommendation module.
(II) Back-end processing logic flow
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic flowchart of an information recommendation method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and will be described with reference to the steps shown in fig. 8.
In step S801, the server receives a request transmitted by a front end (i.e., a user terminal).
In step S802, the server responds to fetch the corresponding data. The data types captured by the server include card surface CID data, hot data, recommendation data (i.e., recommendation data matched with the user portrait), and the like.
In step S803, the server determines whether data capture is successful, and if so, executes step S804; when the grab fails, step S806 is performed.
In step S804, the server expands the data and proceeds to step S805.
In step S805, the server encapsulates the captured data and returns the encapsulated data to the user terminal in response to the request sent by the user terminal.
Illustratively, when the server successfully captures the data, the captured data is encapsulated, and the encapsulated data is returned to the user terminal, so that when the user terminal receives the encapsulated data returned by the server, a video recommendation mode is entered, that is, a video recommendation module is inserted into the original card surface display area, and the encapsulated data returned by the server is presented in the video recommendation module.
In step S806, the server returns a grab failure notification to the user terminal.
Illustratively, when the server fails to capture the data, a corresponding failure notification message is returned to the user terminal, so that the user terminal does not enter the video recommendation mode, and the pickup process is ended.
The following describes an information recommendation method provided in the embodiment of the present application from the aspect of user operation.
For example, referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic view of an application scenario of the information recommendation method provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the application scenario shown in fig. 9 mainly includes six processes of click pickup, prompt of successful pickup, changing of an operation area into a card storage area, card surface collection, video recommendation module insertion occurrence, and video recommendation module presentation.
