Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a fixing device, a testing system and a fixing method of LED patch lamp beads, and solves the technical problems that in the prior art, when some smaller LED patch lamp beads are encountered, adsorption holes cannot well adsorb the LED patch lamp beads, so that the adsorption is not firm, and the test is not stable.
In view of the foregoing problem, in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fixing device for an LED patch lamp bead, where the fixing device includes: the base is used for placing the LED surface-mounted lamp beads, and an air suction hole and an air suction channel for sucking air are formed in the base; the air suction device is used for sucking the LED surface mounted lamp beads and is connected with the air suction channel of the base through a pipeline; the air outlet part is a part made of transparent materials, an air passage for ventilation is arranged in the air outlet part, a plurality of air outlet through holes are formed in the bottom of the air outlet part, the air passage is communicated with the through holes, the air outlet part is arranged above the position opposite to the base, the through holes are arranged opposite to the base, and air discharged from the through holes blows towards the base; and the blowing device is used for blowing air to the air outlet piece and is connected with an air passage of the air outlet piece through a pipeline.
Preferably, the fixing device further comprises a mechanical arm, wherein the mechanical arm is used for absorbing the LED patch lamp beads and moving the LED patch lamp beads to the designated position.
Preferably, an adjusting device is further connected between the blowing device and the air passage of the air outlet member, and the adjusting device is used for adjusting the air outlet size of the air outlet member.
Preferably, a valve is further connected between the blowing device and the air passage of the air outlet member, and the valve is used for stopping the air blown out by the blowing device.
Preferably, the fixing device further comprises a rotating device, the base is fixedly arranged above the rotating device, and the rotating device is used for enabling the base to move away from the relative position of the air outlet piece.
Preferably, the fixing device further comprises an integrating sphere and a spectrometer, the integrating sphere is used for testing the LED surface mounted lamp beads and connected with the spectrometer through an optical fiber, a light receiving hole is formed in the bottom of the integrating sphere, and the air outlet part is arranged below the light receiving hole in a relative mode.
Preferably, the base still is provided with probe hole and probe passageway, probe hole with the coplanar of base is seted up to the suction opening, probe passageway with probe hole switches on, wherein be provided with the liftable probe in the probe passageway, the probe is connected with the tester electricity, the tester is used for right the circuit of LED paster lamp pearl tests.
Preferably, the number of the probe holes is two, and two probes are arranged in each probe hole.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a test system for an LED patch lamp bead, including a fixing device as described in the above aspect.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for fixing an LED patch lamp bead, where the method is applied to a fixing device as described in the above aspect, and the method includes:
placing the LED surface-mounted lamp beads on the base, wherein the LED surface-mounted lamp beads are positioned at the air suction holes of the base; the air suction device is turned on, the air suction device enables the air suction holes to generate suction force, and the air suction holes tightly suck the LED patch lamp beads on the base; and opening the air blowing device, wherein the air blowing device enables the air blowing holes of the air outlet piece to generate blowing force, the air outlet piece blows air to the LED patch lamp beads, and the LED patch lamp beads are tightly attached to the base through the blowing force generated by the air outlet piece.

The technical scheme provided by the invention has the following general idea:
the fixing device includes: the LED lamp comprises a base 100 for placing LED patch lamp beads, wherein the base 100 is provided with an air suction hole 110 and an air suction channel 120 for sucking air; the air suction device 200 is used for sucking the LED patch lamp beads, and the air suction device 200 is connected with the air suction channel 120 of the base 100 through a pipeline; the air outlet part 300 is used for blowing air to the LED patch lamp bead, the air outlet part 300 is made of a transparent material, an air passage 310 for ventilation is arranged in the air outlet part 300, a plurality of air outlet through holes 320 are formed in the bottom of the air outlet part 300, the air passage 310 is communicated with the through holes 320, the air outlet part 300 is arranged above the position, opposite to the base 100, of the base 100, the through holes 320 are arranged opposite to the base 100, and air discharged from the through holes 320 is blown to the base 100; the blowing device 400 is used for blowing air to the air outlet piece 300, the blowing device 400 is connected with an air passage 310 of the air outlet piece 300 through a pipeline, when the blowing device is used, the air suction device 200 enables the air suction holes 110 to generate suction through the air suction channel 120, the air suction holes 110 absorb LED paster lamp beads, meanwhile, the blowing device 400 blows air to the air outlet piece 300, the air outlet piece 300 blows air to the LED paster lamp beads, so that the LED paster lamp beads are further fixed on the base 100, the air outlet piece 300 is made of transparent materials, the transparent air outlet piece 300 is used for not influencing the optical performance test of the LED paster lamp beads in the blowing and fixing process, stable adsorption is guaranteed by adopting the blowing and sucking combination mode, the test accuracy is guaranteed, and the problem that the LED paster lamp beads cannot be well adsorbed by adsorption holes when some smaller LED paster lamp beads are touched is solved, thereby causing the technical problems of weak adsorption and unstable test.
It should be understood that in the embodiment of the present invention, the integrating sphere is a hollow sphere whose inner wall is coated with white diffuse reflection material, which is also called photometric sphere, light-passing sphere, etc., and the wall of the sphere is opened with one or more windows for light inlet and receiving hole for light receiving device, and the inner wall of the integrating sphere should be a good sphere, and it is usually required that its deviation from the ideal sphere should be no more than 0.2% of the inner diameter. It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the spectrometer (spectrum) is a scientific instrument that decomposes light with complex components into spectral lines, and is composed of a prism or a diffraction grating, etc., and the spectrometer can measure light reflected by a surface of an object, seven colors of sunlight are visible light that can be divided by naked eyes, but if the spectrometer decomposes sunlight and arranges the sunlight according to wavelengths, the visible light occupies a small range of the spectrum, and the rest is a spectrum that cannot be distinguished by naked eyes, such as infrared rays, microwaves, ultraviolet rays, X-rays, etc. The optical information is captured by a spectrometer, developed by a photographic negative film, or displayed and analyzed by a computerized automatic display numerical instrument, so that the element contained in the article can be detected. The technology is widely applied to detection of air pollution, water pollution, food sanitation, metal industry and the like, for example, a CMS-3000S high-precision rapid spectrum analysis system adopts a world advanced holographic flat field concave grating and a high-performance linear CCD array detector with electronic shutter control to realize extremely low stray light and a wide linear dynamic measurement range. The device has the advantages of high repeatability and stability, capability of simultaneously realizing millisecond-level testing speed and the measuring precision of the traditional mechanical spectrometer, high measuring speed, convenience in use, high sensitivity, long service life, high reliability, no mechanical abrasion, small size and the like, is mainly applied to product quality control and batch production detection, is also suitable to be used as laboratory research equipment, can simultaneously realize millisecond-level measuring speed and the measuring precision of the traditional mechanical spectrometer, and is used for high-precision measurement of light color parameters such as spectrum, color, luminous flux and the like of various light sources such as LED (light emitting diode) and LED lamps.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the Kelvin connections (also called forced and sense connections) is a simple method for eliminating the influence of the voltage drop generated on the wires in the circuit, wherein the Kelvin connection structure with four pins can eliminate the influence of the voltage drop at two ends of the resistor, and if a two-pin probe is used in a very precise current detection circuit, the influence of the voltage drop at two ends of the resistor pin on the detection value cannot be eliminated.

Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, an embodiment of the fixing device for an LED patch lamp bead of the present invention includes: the LED lamp comprises a base 100 for placing LED patch lamp beads, an air suction device 200 for sucking the LED patch lamp beads, an air outlet piece 300 for blowing air to the LED patch lamp beads, and an air blowing device 400 for blowing air to the air outlet piece 300.
A suction hole 110 and suction channel 120 for placing LED paster lamp pearl are provided with on the base 100 for placing LED paster lamp pearl, and wherein suction hole 110 switches on with suction channel 120, and suction hole 110 sets up in a side of base 100, and suction channel 120 sets up in the inside of base 100, and the suction hole is used for adsorbing fixedly to LED paster lamp pearl.
Further, please refer to fig. 3, a probe hole and a probe channel are further arranged on the base 100, the probe hole and the suction hole are arranged on the same plane of the base 100, the probe channel is communicated with the probe hole, a liftable probe 900 is arranged in the probe channel, the probe 900 is electrically connected with a tester 910, the tester 910 is used for testing a circuit of the LED patch lamp bead, the liftable mode of the probe can be realized by adopting an electric push rod, when the LED patch lamp bead is actually used, a pin of the LED patch lamp bead is aligned to the probe hole, and then the probe 900 is lifted to be electrically connected with the pin of the LED patch lamp bead, so that the LED patch lamp bead is subjected to electrical parameter testing.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the number of the probe holes is two, two probes 900 are disposed in each probe hole, when the electrical parameter test is performed on the LED patch lamp bead by the kelvin connection method, the kelvin connection structure with four pins can eliminate the influence of the voltage drop at two ends of the resistor, if the two-pin probe is used in a very precise current detection circuit, the influence of the voltage drop at two ends of the resistor pin on the detection value cannot be eliminated, because the resistance values of the contact resistor and the pin may be larger than the resistance value of the resistor itself in the current detection circuit, if the two-pin probe is used, the error caused by the pin influence may be very large, and the kelvin connection method with four pins needs four probes 900 to be implemented, so that the number of the probe holes is two, two probes 900 are disposed in each probe hole, and four probes 900 are disposed in total.
The air suction device 200 is used for sucking LED patch lamp beads, the air suction device 200 is connected with the air suction channel 120 of the base 100 through a pipeline, the air suction device has an air suction function, and when the air suction device 200 works, suction holes 110 can generate suction.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the entire air outlet member 300 is transparent and made of a transparent material, such as glass, PMMA, PS, PC, etc., the transparent air outlet member 300 is used for not affecting the optical performance test, an air passage 310 is disposed inside the air outlet member 300, a plurality of air outlet through holes 320 are disposed at the bottom of the air outlet member 300, the air passage 310 is communicated with the through holes 320, wherein the air outlet member 300 is disposed above the base 100, the through holes 320 are disposed opposite to the base 100, air from the through holes 320 blows toward the base 100, when the air outlet member 300 is actually used, air is ejected from the through holes 320, the air ejected from the through holes 320 is directed at the base, so that the LED mounted lamp beads on the base are pressed against the base by the air ejected downward, and meanwhile, the downward suction force generated by the air suction holes 110, LED paster lamp pearl is further fixed on the base, through adopting this kind of mode of blowing and sucking combination, guarantees to stabilize and adsorbs to guarantee that the test is accurate, solved when touchhing some less LED paster lamp pearls, adsorb the hole and can not be fine adsorb LED paster lamp pearl, thereby lead to adsorbing insecure, lead to testing unstable technical problem.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the blowing device 400 is connected to the air channel 310 of the air outlet 300 through a pipe, wherein the blowing device 400 is a gas source of the gas emitted from the air outlet 300, the blowing device 400 can provide compressed air with stable pressure for an air compressor, the gas emitted from the blowing device 400 is left in the air channel 310 in the air outlet 400 through the pipe, the gas is emitted from the through holes 320 through the air channel 310, and thus the LED chip lamp beads on the base 100 are pressed on the base 100 by the downward emitted gas.
Further, an adjusting device 500 is connected between the air blowing device 400 and the air passage 310 of the air outlet member 300, the adjusting device 500 is used for adjusting the air outlet size of the air outlet member 300, the adjusting device 500 can adopt an adjusting valve, the wind power blown out from the air outlet member 300 can be freely adjusted by using the adjusting device 500, the wind power is selected according to the actual condition of a user, and the use is convenient.
Further, a valve 600 is connected between the air blowing device 400 and the air channel 310 of the air outlet member 300, and the valve 600 is used for stopping the air blown out by the air blowing device 400, wherein the valve 600 can be an electromagnetic valve, and when an emergency situation occurs and the air blown out by the air outlet member 300 needs to be stopped immediately, the ventilated pipeline can be stopped in a short time by using the valve 600, so that the air blown out by the air outlet member 300 is stopped.
In a more preferred embodiment, a fixing device for LED paster lamp pearls further comprises mechanical arms, wherein the mechanical arms are used for absorbing the LED paster lamp pearls and moving the LED paster lamp pearls to an appointed position, when the fixing device is in actual use, an operator places the LED paster lamp pearls on a feeding station in batches, the mechanical arms absorb the LED paster lamp pearls through suckers and place the LED paster lamp pearls on the base 100, when unqualified products are detected, the mechanical arms move the unqualified products to a waste product station, and when the qualified products are detected, the mechanical arms move the qualified products to a discharging station.
Further, a fixing device of LED paster lamp pearl still includes rotating device, base 100 fixed set up in the rotating device top, rotating device is a revolving stage, and rotating device drives base 100 and rotates, and rotating device is used for making base 100 removes the relative position who leaves out gas piece 300, still is provided with a plurality of bases on the wherein rotating device, has detected the product on a base at every turn after, and rotating device takes the base to rotate and removes the relative position who leaves out gas piece 300, and next base takes next product to get into the relative below of gas piece 300 to detect next product to next base, and last detection product gets into next detection station along with the rotation of last base and detects simultaneously, and detection efficiency is higher.
Further, the fixing device for the LED patch lamp beads further comprises an integrating sphere 700 and a spectrometer 800, the integrating sphere 700 is connected with the spectrometer 800 through an optical fiber, a light receiving hole 710 is formed in the bottom of the integrating sphere 700, the air outlet piece 300 is arranged below the light receiving hole 710, the light receiving hole 710 is used for guiding light, the integrating sphere 700 is used for testing optical parameters of the LED patch lamp beads, the transparent air outlet piece 300 is used for not influencing the optical performance test, when the fixing device is in actual use, the LED patch lamp beads are located below the light receiving hole 710 of the integrating sphere, the integrating sphere moves downwards, and the spectrometer tests the optical performance and the optical parameters.

A testing system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a fixing device as described in the first embodiment, and various modifications and embodiments in the first embodiment are also applicable to the testing system according to the present embodiment.

s100, placing the LED patch lamp beads on the base, wherein the LED patch lamp beads are positioned at the air suction holes of the base;
s200, the air suction device is turned on, the air suction device enables the air suction holes to generate suction force, and the LED patch lamp beads are tightly sucked on the base through the air suction holes;
s300, the blowing device is turned on, the blowing device enables blowing holes of the air outlet piece to generate blowing force, the air outlet piece blows air to the LED patch lamp beads, and the LED patch lamp beads are tightly attached to the base through the blowing force generated by the air outlet piece.
