Abstract

本发明涉及一种轻型海水、滑油一体化泵组,包括滑油泵、海水泵,所述滑油泵安装在泵组的前端,并通过贯通轴与海水泵连接为一体,共同运转;所述海水泵由泵体、叶轮、泵盖组成,所述泵体前端通过支撑轴承室连接滑油泵后端的连接段,所述泵体内装有连接在贯通轴上的叶轮,所述泵体后端固定连接泵盖,并通过泵盖与托架固定连接。本发明将滑油泵与海水泵集成为一体,连接于柴油机自由端同轴共转,可同时为发电机提供滑油和冷却水。

轻型海水、滑油一体化泵组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种大型船用发电机组,尤其是一种船用流体泵组。
背景技术
目前国内2MW以上的大型船用发电机组,发电机的轴承润滑和温升控制主要依靠机组外围系统配备滑油泵和海水泵。滑油泵和海水泵的驱动可以从柴发机组自身的轴系获得动力源,也可以依靠泵组自身配备电动机。若采用泵组自带电动机的方案,势必给本来已经相当拥挤的机舱空间形成压力,所以,柴发机组自身轴系机带泵的方案通常作为优选方案。柴油机的轴系有两个端面,分别是功率输出端和自由端。输出端联接发电机输出电功率,泵组只能布置在机组前端,从柴油机的自由端获得功率输出。海水泵和滑油泵作为两个单独的个体都需要配备传动装置,依据目前的现有技术,通常设置齿轮箱或皮带轮等传动结构,但这势必将本已十分紧张的机组前端空间变得更加拥挤不堪,且高速齿轮箱通常自身也需要滑油的润滑和冷却,而皮带传动则需较为频繁的更换皮带,传动机构自身亦带来各种维护保养的需求。
发明内容
本发明旨在传动机构日常免维护的前提下,为发电机所需的润滑油和冷却水提供动力,而提供一种轻型海水、滑油一体化泵组。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种轻型海水、滑油一体化泵组,包括滑油泵、海水泵,所述滑油泵安装在泵组的前端,并通过贯通轴与海水泵连接为一体,共同运转;所述海水泵由泵体、叶轮、泵盖组成,所述泵体前端通过支撑轴承室连接滑油泵后端的连接段,所述泵体内装有连接在贯通轴上的叶轮,所述泵体后端固定连接泵盖,并通过泵盖与托架固定连接。
进一步,所述贯通轴两端分别通过轴承支撑连接在支撑轴承室和托架上。
进一步,所述滑油泵为内啮合齿轮油泵。
进一步,所述滑油泵的轴通过联轴器与贯通轴连接。
进一步,所述连接段、支撑轴承室、泵体、叶轮、泵盖和托架的材质为铝硅合金ZL115。
进一步,所述轻型海水、滑油一体化泵组的伸出轴通过花键与柴油机轴系连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明将滑油泵与海水泵集成为一体,连接于柴油机自由端同轴共转,可同时为发电机提供滑油和冷却水。海水泵主要零部件均采用轻型材料ZL115,有效降低了泵组的重量,方便泵组进行整体更换,并保证柴油发电机组公共底座前端不因泵组重量产生形变,保证了轴系联接的同轴度。泵组轴伸采用花键,可保证与柴油机轴系安全联接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1,2所示,一种轻型海水、滑油一体化泵组,包括连接段1、滑油泵2、支撑轴承室3、泵体4、叶轮5、泵盖6、托架7、贯通轴8。
泵组的连接段1前端安装内啮合齿轮的滑油泵2,滑油泵2通过贯通轴8与海水泵连接为一体,共同运转。海水泵由泵体4、叶轮5、泵盖6组成,泵体4前端通过支撑轴承室3连接连接段1,泵体4内装有连接在贯通轴8上的叶轮5,泵体4后端固定连接泵盖6,并通过泵盖6与托架7固定连接,贯通轴8两端通过轴承支撑在支撑轴承室3和托架7。滑油泵2的轴通过联轴器与贯通轴8连接。海水泵的泵体4上设有海水泵进口A和海水泵出口B。滑油泵2上设滑油泵进口G和滑油泵出口S。
轻型海水、滑油一体化泵组的伸出轴通过花键与柴油机轴系连接,可保证与柴油机轴系安全连接。
泵组装配时,滑油泵2通过过渡机架连接在海水泵的泵体上,无需安装底脚,整台泵组通过海水泵泵体上的安装脚安装在柴油发电机组的公共底座前端支撑架上。因考虑到维修保养时将泵组整体更换,需以两名工人的力量可以搬移,且柴油发电机组公共底座前端接近悬臂梁结构,为保证公共底座不因泵组重量产生变形,保证轴系的同轴度,需尽量降低泵组的重量,故海水泵宜采用轻型材料。经分析比较决定,海水泵的主要部件:连接段1、支撑轴承室3、泵体4、叶轮5、泵盖6和托架7采用铝硅合金ZL115,可将泵组整体的重量控制在80KG以内。因柴油机轴系明显较泵组轴系粗壮,为保证泵组轴系安全,泵组轴伸以受力面积较大且均匀的花键型式通过联轴器与柴油机自由端联接。
此结构已在多型船用柴油发电机组上实船应用,效果良好。详见图3~图5。
如图6所示,为一种柴油机自由端直联海水、滑油一体化泵组的柴油发电机组,包括安装在公共底座10上的海水、滑油一体化泵组11、柴油机12、发电机13。泵组通过在机组两侧敷设管路为后方的发电机提供润滑油和冷却海水。泵组的驱动力来自柴油发电机组的轴系。

1.一种轻型海水、滑油一体化泵组,包括滑油泵、海水泵,其特征在于:所述滑油泵安装在泵组的前端,并通过贯通轴与海水泵连接为一体,共同运转;所述海水泵由泵体、叶轮、泵盖组成,所述泵体前端通过支撑轴承室连接滑油泵后端的连接段,所述泵体内装有连接在贯通轴上的叶轮,所述泵体后端固定连接泵盖,并通过泵盖与托架固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻型海水、滑油一体化泵组,其特征在于:所述贯通轴两端分别通过轴承支撑连接在支撑轴承室和托架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻型海水、滑油一体化泵组,其特征在于:所述滑油泵为内啮合齿轮油泵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻型海水、滑油一体化泵组,其特征在于:所述滑油泵的轴通过联轴器与贯通轴连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轻型海水、滑油一体化泵组,其特征在于:所述连接段、支撑轴承室、泵体、叶轮、泵盖和托架的材质为铝硅合金ZL115。
6.根据权利要求1所述的轻型海水、滑油一体化泵组,其特征在于:所述轻型海水、滑油一体化泵组的伸出轴通过花键与柴油机轴系连接。
