step three, grouting:
after anchoring of the anchoring agent and installation and pre-tightening work are finished, grouting is started, when grouting is conducted, an external grouting device is connected to a grouting opening (14) of an L-shaped grouting pipe (25), grout (26) flows into a steel pipe (16) through the L-shaped grouting pipe (25), the grout (26) flows to a gap between the steel pipe (16) and a drill hole through a first group of grouting holes (7), and then penetrates into surrounding rock cracks; then, the grout (26) enters the elastic sealing bag (5) through the second group of grouting holes (6), the elastic sealing bag (5) expands and is tightly attached to the inner wall of the drilled hole along with the increase of the grout (26), then the rest grout (26) flows through the third group of grouting holes (3) and enters the vacant part below the anchoring section (23) to realize full anchoring, the grouting is stopped after the drilled hole is filled with the grout (26) and the grout (26) flows out of the grouting opening (14), and finally the grouting opening (14) is blocked by a bolt.
