Abstract
A trestle device for rolling concrete warehousing comprises a plurality of trestle portal frames, wherein horizontal springboard joists are arranged on the trestle portal frames, and two springboard joists on two adjacent trestle portal frames support two ends of the same warehousing springboard; the upper ends of the vertical parts on the two sides of the trestle portal frame are provided with hanging frames, and the hanging frames are provided with manual chain hoists. The operation method of the trestle device comprises the following steps: 1) a trestle portal frame is installed before opening the warehouse; 2) installing a concrete cushion block; 3) adjusting the springboard joist and supporting and fixing by a profile steel lock pin; 4) installing a middle springboard and two side springboards; 5) carrying out rolling concrete pouring construction operation; 6) lifting the springboard joist by a manual chain hoist; 7) and manually adjusting the profile steel lock pin; 8) and (5) repeating the steps 5) to 7) to finish the subsequent rolled concrete pouring operation.
