Abstract
本发明公开了一种无塑纸及无塑纸的复涂制备方法,其特征在于包括在无塑纸的原纸正背端面进行地复涂工序和上胶复合工序:复涂工序包括背面复涂和正面复涂;上胶复合工序包括背面上胶性复合和正面上胶性复合;本发明的有益效果是:采用了复涂的创新工艺,达到表面的防漏、阻隔效果好的一层涂层形成的膜状;复涂工艺结合与120目的网纹辊涂布方式形成网状有挺度、有硬度涂层相结合后组合而成的有挺度、有硬度、防水效果、印刷适应性强、成膜性能和润湿性好具有阻隔性、耐油性、耐乳酸、极佳的热封性能的涂层。

技术领域:
本发明属于食品包装材料技术领域,更具体地涉及一种无塑纸及无塑纸的复涂制备方法。
背景技术:
目前市场使用食品级的纸水杯、奶茶杯、牛奶酸奶盒、快餐盒类的产品工艺全部使用PE膜进行防漏、阻隔;此产品存在增塑剂在高温食品中有析出,不利于人体健康;
现有的纸张多为CPE淋膜工艺技术,加工工艺:纸张背面→淋膜层→铝箔→压纹→CPE吹膜→热封包装。
当使用完后的废纸水杯、奶茶杯、牛奶酸奶盒、快餐盒类的废纸,由于PE膜与纸张一体废纸不易降解,非常不环保;当废纸收集时,带有PE的膜不能再生使用,需废纸废料型处理。
发明内容:
为解决上述问题,克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种无塑纸及无塑纸的复涂制备方法,能够有效的解决PE膜与纸张一体废纸不易降解,非常不环保;当废纸收集时,带有PE的膜不能再生使用,需废纸废料型处理的问题;而普通的胶性涂层的纸张由于涂料上量和厚度不满足食品级的纸水杯、奶茶杯、牛奶酸奶盒、快餐盒类的产品使用需求;
本发明解决上述技术问题的具体技术方案为:无塑纸的复涂制备方法,其特征在于包括在无塑纸的原纸正背端面进行地复涂工序和上胶复合工序:
所述复涂工序包括背面复涂和正面复涂;
所述上胶复合工序包括背面上胶性复合和正面上胶性复合。
进一步地,所述的无塑纸的复涂制备方法,其特征在于具体包括:
Ⅰ背面复涂:采用三辊上胶的方式,用胶辊在纸张的背面将第一涂层涂料平铺形成一层膜状的(反面)复涂性涂层;
Ⅱ背面上胶性复合:采用网纹辊刮刀上漆的方式,用网纹辊在(反面)复涂性涂层的外侧将第二涂层涂料平铺形成一层网状涂层的(反面)上胶性涂层;
Ⅲ正面复涂:采用三辊上胶的方式,用胶辊在纸张的正面将第一涂层涂料平铺形成一层膜状的(正面)复涂性涂层;
Ⅳ正面上胶性复合:采用网纹辊刮刀上漆的方式,用网纹辊在(正面)复涂性涂层的外侧将第二涂层涂料平铺形成一层网状涂层的(正面)上胶性涂层。
进一步地,所述的所述第一涂层涂料为硬性自交联丙烯酸乳液、软性自交联丙烯酸乳液、迪高270流平剂、迪高825消泡剂与水合聚而成,胶辊的涂料上量为10±0.5克/平方。
进一步地,所述第二涂层涂料为硬性自交联丙烯酸乳液、软性自交联丙烯酸乳液、迪高270流平剂、迪高825消泡剂与水合聚而成,所述网纹辊的涂料上量为6±0.5克/平方。
一种无塑纸,根据无塑纸的复涂制备方法制备而成,所述无塑纸从上到下依次包括(正面)上胶性涂层、(正面)复涂性涂层、纸张本体、(反面)复涂性涂层和(反面)上胶性涂层,(正面)上胶性涂层和(反面)上胶性涂层设置有网状涂层。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明无塑纸的复涂制备方法制备的无塑纸,能够有效的解决PE膜与纸张一体废纸不易降解,非常不环保;
2.本发明无塑纸的复涂制备方法制备的无塑纸,采用了复涂的创新工艺,达到表面的防漏、阻隔效果好的一层涂层形成的膜状;
3.复涂工艺结合与120目的网纹辊涂布方式形成网状有挺度、有硬度涂层相结合后组合而成的有挺度、有硬度、防水效果、印刷适应性强、成膜性能和润湿性好具有阻隔性、耐油性、耐乳酸、极佳的热封性能的涂层。

进一步地,所述的无塑纸的复涂制备方法,具体包括:
Ⅰ背面复涂:采用三辊上胶的方式,用胶辊在纸张的背面将第一涂层涂料平铺形成一层膜状的(反面)复涂性涂层4;
Ⅱ背面上胶性复合:采用网纹辊刮刀上漆的方式,用网纹辊在(反面)复涂性涂层4的外侧将第二涂层涂料平铺形成一层网状涂层6的(反面)上胶性涂层5;
Ⅲ正面复涂:采用三辊上胶的方式,用胶辊在纸张的正面将第一涂层涂料平铺形成一层膜状的(正面)复涂性涂层2;
Ⅳ正面上胶性复合:采用网纹辊刮刀上漆的方式,用网纹辊在(正面)复涂性涂层2的外侧将第二涂层涂料平铺形成一层网状涂层6的(正面)上胶性涂层1。
进一步地,所述的所述第一涂层涂料为硬性自交联丙烯酸乳液、软性自交联丙烯酸乳液、迪高270流平剂、迪高825消泡剂与水合聚而成,胶辊的涂料上量为10±0.5克/平方。
进一步地,所述第二涂层涂料为硬性自交联丙烯酸乳液、软性自交联丙烯酸乳液、迪高270流平剂、迪高825消泡剂与水合聚而成,所述网纹辊的涂料上量为6±0.5克/平方。
一种无塑纸,由无塑纸的复涂制备方法制备而成,所述无塑纸从上到下依次包括(正面)上胶性涂层1、(正面)复涂性涂层2、纸张本体3、(反面)复涂性涂层4和(反面)上胶性涂层5。
为了更加直观的展现本发明的复涂制备方法工艺优势,特以本发明和相同工艺采用单一变量的方法进行对比,
对比例一:
制备方法同实施例一,所不同的是:本对比例的制备过程中,将120目的网纹辊替换成普通胶辊;用胶辊替代网纹辊,实现不了结构组合后的钢性(挺度、硬度)的要求。
对比例二:
制备方法同实施例一,所不同的是:本对比例的制备过程中,只采用复涂工序,省去上胶复合工序;只采用复涂工序,省去上胶复合工序时,网辊上胶出的涂层表面形成网线条连接成的网状涂层6,它形成了一定的硬度,由于没有网辊上胶形成的涂层,达不到结构组合后的钢性(挺度、硬度)的要求。
对比例三:
制备方法同实施例一,所不同的是:本对比例的制备过程中,只采用上胶复合工序,省去复涂工序;只采用上胶复合工序,省去复涂工序时,网辊上胶复合后的涂层涂层与涂层间的频密低,涂层间的结合没有完整的由涂层形成的膜状层,导致防水效果、成膜性能和润湿性、阻隔性、耐油性、耐乳酸等性能不够或没有。
综上所述:1.本发明无塑纸的复涂制备方法制备的无塑纸,能够有效的解决PE膜与纸张一体废纸不易降解,不环保的问题;
2.本发明无塑纸的复涂制备方法制备的无塑纸,采用了复涂的创新工艺,达到表面的防漏、阻隔效果好的一层涂层形成的膜状;
3.复涂工艺结合与120目的网纹辊涂布方式形成网状有挺度、有硬度涂层相结合后组合而成的有挺度、有硬度、防水效果、印刷适应性强、成膜性能和润湿性好具有阻隔性、耐油性、耐乳酸、极佳的热封性能的涂层。
Claims (5)
1.一种无塑纸的复涂制备方法,其特征在于包括在无塑纸的原纸正背端面进行地复涂工序和上胶复合工序:
所述复涂工序包括背面复涂和正面复涂;
所述上胶复合工序包括背面上胶性复合和正面上胶性复合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无塑纸的复涂制备方法,其特征在于具体包括:
Ⅰ背面复涂:采用三辊上胶的方式,用胶辊在纸张的背面将第一涂层涂料平铺形成一层膜状的(反面)复涂性涂层;
Ⅱ背面上胶性复合:采用网纹辊刮刀上漆的方式,用网纹辊在(反面)复涂性涂层的外侧将第二涂层涂料平铺形成一层网状涂层的(反面)上胶性涂层;
Ⅲ正面复涂:采用三辊上胶的方式,用胶辊在纸张的正面将第一涂层涂料平铺形成一层膜状的(正面)复涂性涂层;
Ⅳ正面上胶性复合:采用网纹辊刮刀上漆的方式,用网纹辊在(正面)复涂性涂层的外侧将第二涂层涂料平铺形成一层网状涂层的(正面)上胶性涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无塑纸的复涂制备方法,其特征在于所述的所述第一涂层涂料为硬性自交联丙烯酸乳液、软性自交联丙烯酸乳液、迪高270流平剂、迪高825消泡剂与水合聚而成,胶辊的涂料上量为10±0.5克/平方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无塑纸的复涂制备方法,其特征在于所述第二涂层涂料为硬性自交联丙烯酸乳液、软性自交联丙烯酸乳液、迪高270流平剂、迪高825消泡剂与水合聚而成,所述网纹辊的涂料上量为6±0.5克/平方。
5.一种无塑纸,其特征在于由1-4任意一条权利要求中所述无塑纸的复涂制备方法制备而成,所述无塑纸从上到下依次包括(正面)上胶性涂层、(正面)复涂性涂层、纸张本体、(反面)复涂性涂层和(反面)上胶性涂层,(正面)上胶性涂层和(反面)上胶性涂层设置有网状涂层。
