Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of knitted garment fabrics and weaving, and particularly relates to a lace fabric with good air permeability and bursting resistance and a weaving method thereof.
Background
Because the lace fabric has good permeability and flexible and changeable patterns with rich layers, the lace fabric is well applied to the field of fashion. However, although most of the existing weaving methods of lace fabrics obtain certain air permeability, the use of the fabrics and the ready-made clothes experience of a wearer are affected due to the fact that the bursting strength is not good enough. Traditional lace fabrics, jacquard guide bars are usually woven in a mode of unidirectional lapping, as shown in figure 1, two yarns Y2 and Y3 are used as jacquard yarns, and because of the unidirectional lapping, the yarns in basic unit cells are not overlapped, the density of the yarns is difficult to be improved, and the yarns are adjacent and close to each other, the gaps between the yarns are limited, and although certain air permeability exists, the air permeability is difficult to meet the use requirement. Based on the defect, the jacquard guide bar is adjusted in the yarn laying direction on the basis of weaving of the existing lace fabric, and finally the purpose of improvement is achieved.

For further understanding of the features and technical means of the present invention, as well as the specific objects and functions attained by the present invention, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the invention discloses a lace fabric with good air permeability and burst resistance, which comprises a fabric body, wherein the fabric body is woven by five groups of yarns, namely Y1 yarn, Y2 yarn, Y3 yarn, Y4 yarn and Y5 yarn, wherein:
the Y1 yarn is woven in a variable chaining structure to form a main body layer of the fabric body and plays a role in skeleton support.
The Y2 yarn and the Y3 yarn are jacquard yarns, are woven in a mode that weft insertion structures are changed and yarn laying directions are opposite, the total coverage rate of the yarns in the basic cells is reduced, and the linear density of the yarns is overlapped to form the breathable anti-top-breaking layer. Due to the fact that the yarns are laid in the opposite directions, the Y2 yarns and the Y3 yarns are in an overlapped and superposed area, so that the linear density is increased, and the bursting resistance is improved; the reverse lapping yarns, the intersection of the Y2 yarn and the Y3 yarn, form larger pores, thereby further improving air permeability.
The Y4 yarn is a fancy yarn, and the fancy layer forming the fabric body is woven by changing the weft insertion structure, so that different patterns can be obtained by changing the specific weaving structure.
An elastic layer providing contractibility is also arranged in the fabric body and is woven by adopting a weft insertion structure of yarn Y5.
The yarn padding number of the Y1 yarn when the Y1 yarn is knitted by adopting a variable chaining structure is 1-0/0-1// or 0-1/1-0//.
The numbers of the padding yarns when the Y2 yarn and the Y3 yarn are woven are 0-0/2-2//, 2-2/0-0//, and the directions are opposite.
The yarn laying number when the Y4 yarn is knitted is 0-0/1-1/.
The yarn laying number when the Y5 yarn is knitted is 0-0/1-1/.
The Y1 yarn is filament or composite yarn, and the linear density is between 20 and 150D.
The Y2 yarn and the Y3 yarn are both filaments or composite yarns, and the linear density is between 30 and 280D.
The Y4 yarn is filament with linear density of 20-840D, the Y5 yarn is spandex with linear density of 40-1200D.
