A large heat treatment gas furnace is a common and indispensable heating device in the technical field of heat treatment, and is characterized in that a workpiece is placed in a gas furnace chamber, a flame nozzle in the gas furnace chamber is used for heating, and the workpiece is heated through heat conduction; generally, a plurality of flame nozzles are arranged in a large-scale gas furnace, in order to avoid direct burning of workpieces by the flame nozzles, a sizing block with a certain height is required to be placed on the trolley surface of the furnace chamber, then the workpieces are placed on the sizing block, a distance of 400 plus 500mm is reserved before the sizing block so that flame can pass through gaps between the sizing blocks, the purpose of uniformly heating the parts is achieved, generally, large-scale long-axis parts can be directly placed on the sizing block for heating, and two ends of the parts can be directly lifted during quenching and cooling; however, the common small and medium-sized parts cannot be directly placed on the sizing block, and the parts must be placed on a special tool, and then the tool is placed on the sizing block to achieve the purposes of heating, hoisting, quenching and cooling the parts; on the other hand, part of the special-shaped parts are inconvenient to directly lift in a high-temperature state, and the special-shaped parts are required to be placed on a special tool and then lifted for quenching and cooling, so that the special tool is very necessary to be invented.

The invention provides a tray for a large heat treatment gas furnace, as shown in figure 1, a plurality of sizing blocks 1 are sequentially arranged on a trolley 4 in the gas furnace at intervals, flame nozzles 2 are arranged at the space positions between the adjacent sizing blocks 1, the tray 3 is placed on the plurality of sizing blocks 1, under the jet heating of the flame nozzles 2, the tray 3 is heated, and a plurality of parts can be placed on the tray 3 for heating at the same time;
as shown in the figures 2 and 3, the tray 3 is a steel casting, the selected material is ZG230-450, and the main chemical components of the material are C less than or equal to 0.3%, Si less than or equal to 0.5%, Mn less than or equal to 0.5%, P and S less than or equal to 0.04%, Cr less than or equal to 0.35%, Ni less than or equal to 0.3%, and Mo less than or equal to 0.2%; when the tray is made of the material, a series of processes such as molding, smelting, casting and the like are required, firstly, a sand mold cavity with the size of the tray is made, iron ore raw materials are heated to 1550 ℃ by a refining furnace to be melted and then poured, and finally, related later-stage cleaning and detection are carried out, wherein the specific preparation process is shown in figure 4; when the tray of the steel casting is repeatedly heated along with a workpiece, because the carbon content of the material is low, the tray is heated in the furnace for many times, no crack or fracture is generated no matter the tray is cooled by water, oil or water-soluble quenching agent, the tray can be quenched and cooled along with parts made of different materials, and the reusability is good; although the tray is gradually lost after being heated at high temperature for a long time, the cost of the material is low, each tray can be repeatedly used for about 80-100 times at 800-1000 ℃, and the cost is greatly reduced compared with the cost for manufacturing a disposable special tool;
as shown in fig. 2, the tray of the present invention is mainly divided into two parts in terms of structural composition, and is composed of a heat-resistant stainless steel round bar 5 and a tray 3, wherein the heat-resistant stainless steel round bar 5 is added into a casting cavity, and is fixed inside a lifting lug 6 during casting;
the stainless steel round bar 5 is a heat-resistant stainless steel round bar made of 0Cr18Ni9Ti, the diameter of the heat-resistant stainless steel round bar is determined according to the diameter of a lifting lug, the diameter of the general lifting lug is about 100-120 mm, the lifting lug is convenient to lift and suspend an iron chain when in use, the material belongs to the austenitic stainless steel category and is common in the market, for example, one round bar in the market can be selected within the range of 0.5-800 mm; the material has an atomic structure of face-centered cubic under high temperature, has high dimensional stability, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and comprises the following main chemical components: less than or equal to 0.07 percent of C, less than or equal to 1.0 percent of Si, less than or equal to 2.0 percent of Mn, less than or equal to 0.03 percent of P and S, Cr: 17-19%, Ni: 8-11%, Ti: 0.5-0.7%; specific heat capacity: 0.5 × 1000J (kg.k), thermal conductivity: 0.15 multiplied by 100W/(cm.k), the material has high molecular bond strength, small thermal expansion coefficient, small deformation degree after being heated at high temperature, less high-temperature oxidation decarburization, good service performance at a high-temperature stage, no large deformation when being subjected to high temperature, and no more oxidation decarburized layer, and the addition of the stainless steel round rod 5 can prevent the lifting lug 6 from deforming too much when being lifted by the crane, so that the lifting weight of the lifting lug is increased, and the tray 3 is ensured not to deform and damage.
Tray 3 is being designed into latticed, and the overall dimension of tray 3 has been decided to the size and the quantity of net, and the gusset between the net has the support reinforcement effect to the tray, has guaranteed its non-deformable's characteristic, also plays the effect that the isolation support prevented dropping to little part. And the heat of the tray 3 can fully penetrate through the tray 3 in the heating process to achieve the purpose of uniformly heating the parts. The tray can be manufactured aiming at small parts and large parts, the thickness of the tray rib plate specially used for mounting the small parts can be properly reduced, the thickness of the rib plate specially used for mounting the large parts can be properly increased, the size of the grid can be adjusted according to the size of the mounted parts, and the tray can be manufactured into a special small and large tray. Therefore, the method is flexible and targeted, and the purposes of classifying and reducing the cost can be achieved.
The tray solves the problems of placing and heating of small and medium-sized parts and part of special-shaped parts in a large heat treatment gas furnace and lifting in the quenching and cooling process. The tray is divided into a tray 3 and a heat-resistant stainless steel round bar 5, the grid shape of the tray 3 can support the placement of small parts, and heat can fully pass through the tray up and down during heating, so that the parts are heated uniformly; the heat-resistant stainless steel round bar 5 is embedded in the lifting lug of the tray, the high-temperature strength of the lifting lug is effectively increased due to the good high-temperature resistance and the good strength of the heat-resistant stainless steel round bar, the whole lifting weight of the tray is further increased, the ZG230-450 material adopted by the tray does not generate any hardness and cracks after being quenched along with the heat treatment of a workpiece, the heat-resistant stainless steel round bar can be subjected to heat treatment together with parts made of any materials, and the tray has wide applicability, low price and good reusability. The tray effectively improves the charging amount of the large heat treatment gas furnace, improves the charging mode of medium and small parts in the large gas furnace, reduces the unit consumption of the natural gas of the parts per ton, and saves the special tooling cost for lifting special-shaped parts.
