Abstract
The invention discloses a water-based waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of coatings. The water-based waterproof coating comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-25.5% of acrylic emulsion, 8-10% of organic silicon rubber emulsion, 0.1-0.5% of initiator, 1.5-2.8% of film-forming agent, 0.8-1.8% of film-forming assistant, 0.1-0.9% of emulsifier, 0.05-0.3% of preservative, 0.1-0.55% of silane coupling agent and 21.5-49.8% of filler; the filler is a compound of calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide. The water-based waterproof coating is environment-friendly and pollution-free, has good mechanical property, ageing resistance and antibacterial property, and is suitable for industrial production and application.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, and particularly relates to a water-based waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The existing coatings on the market are mainly solvent-based coatings, and the solvent-based coatings contain a large amount of organic volatile matters, so that the coatings cause great harm to human bodies. In order to reduce the environmental pollution and the damage to human body caused by the coating, the water-based waterproof coating comes along, but the acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, flexibility and elasticity of the water-based waterproof coating still have certain defects, and further improvement is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the water-based waterproof coating with good elasticity, flexibility, ultraviolet resistance, fatigue resistance and aging resistance and the preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the water-based waterproof coating comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-25.5% of acrylic emulsion, 8-10% of organosilicon modified emulsion, 0.1-0.5% of initiator, 1.5-2.8% of film-forming agent, 0.8-1.8% of film-forming assistant, 0.1-0.9% of emulsifier, 0.05-0.3% of preservative, 0.1-0.55% of silane coupling agent and 21.5-49.8% of filler.
Preferably, the filler is at least one of calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, talcum powder, ceramic micro powder and calcined kaolin.
Preferably, the water-based waterproof coating comprises the following components in percentage by mass: comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 18-23% of acrylic emulsion, 8.7-9.5% of organosilicon modified emulsion, 0.2-0.4% of initiator, 2.0-2.5% of film-forming agent, 1.0-1.5% of film-forming assistant, 0.3-0.6% of emulsifier, 0.1-0.2% of preservative, 0.2-0.4% of silane coupling agent and 30-40% of filler; the filler is a compound of calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide.
Preferably, the water-based waterproof coating comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20% of acrylic emulsion, 9% of organic silicon modified emulsion, 0.3% of initiator, 2.3% of film-forming agent, 1.2% of film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.45% of emulsifier, 0.15% of preservative, 0.3% of silane coupling agent and 35% of filler.
Preferably, the initiator is potassium persulfate, the film forming agent is dibutyl phthalate, the film forming aid comprises at least one of 2,2, 4-trimethyl-1, 3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate, cellulose and glycol, the emulsifier is fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, the preservative is isothiazolinone, the silane coupling agent is 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, and the filler is calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide.
Preferably, the mass fraction of the calcium carbonate in the filler accounts for 20-45% of the coating, and the mass fraction of the titanium dioxide in the filler accounts for 1.5-4.8% of the coating.
Preferably, the water-based waterproof coating further comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1 to 0.4 percent of wetting agent, 0.05 to 0.25 percent of polyether modified organic silicon defoaming agent, 0.05 to 0.35 percent of polyether modified organic silicon flatting agent and 0.05 to 0.25 percent of antioxidant.
Preferably, the water-based waterproof coating further comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.2 to 0.3 percent of wetting agent, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of polyether modified organic silicon defoaming agent, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of polyether modified organic silicon flatting agent and 0.1 to 0.2 percent of antioxidant.
Preferably, the water-based waterproof coating further comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.25 percent of wetting agent, 0.15 percent of polyether modified organic silicon defoaming agent, 0.2 percent of polyether modified organic silicon flatting agent and 0.15 percent of antioxidant.
Besides, a proper amount of coloring agent, such as chromium green and the like, can be added into the coating; at least one of nano rectorite powder, potassium hexacatelate whisker and nickel hercynite can be added according to the heat insulation requirement; alternatively, zinc oxide and potassium tripolyphosphate are added to improve the tensile strength, stain resistance and reduce water absorption of the waterproof coating. .
Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the water-based waterproof coating, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing acrylic emulsion and water in proportion, stirring, adding organic silicon rubber emulsion and emulsifier, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) adding a silane coupling agent and an initiator into the mixed solution A, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution B;
(3) adding a film forming agent, a film forming aid and a preservative into the mixed solution B, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution C;
(4) and adding a wetting agent, a polyether modified organic silicon defoaming agent, a polyether modified organic silicon flatting agent and an antioxidant into the mixed solution C, uniformly stirring, adding a filler, and continuously stirring to obtain the water-based waterproof coating.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention discloses a water-based waterproof coating which is low in organic volatile matter content, healthy to human bodies, green and environment-friendly; the water-based waterproof coating has good storage stability, good acid and alkali resistance and long-acting bacteriostasis; in addition, the water-based waterproof coating has high elasticity and still keeps good elasticity at low temperature; and has good air permeability and breathing effect, and can ensure that the moisture of the base layer can be smoothly discharged without bulging.
Detailed Description
To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples.
Examples 1 to 9
The preparation raw materials of 9 examples of the water-based waterproof coating are shown in table 1.
The preparation method of the water-based waterproof coating of the embodiment 1-9 comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing acrylic emulsion and water in proportion, stirring, adding organic silicon rubber emulsion and emulsifier, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) adding a silane coupling agent and an initiator into the mixed solution A, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution B;
(3) adding a film forming agent, a film forming aid and a preservative into the mixed solution B, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution C;
(4) adding a wetting agent, a polyether modified organic silicon defoaming agent, a polyether modified organic silicon flatting agent and an antioxidant into the mixed solution C, stirring uniformly, adding a filler, and continuously stirring to obtain the water-based waterproof coating
Comparative examples 1 to 5
Comparative examples 1 to 5 are also water-based waterproof coatings, and the compositions thereof are shown in Table 2. The preparation method is the same as that of examples 1 to 9.

Performance testing
Mechanical properties were tested according to ASTM D412, air permeability was tested according to ASTM D1653, flame retardancy was tested according to ASTM E108, salt spray test was carried out according to ASTM B117, adhesion was tested according to GB1720-89(79), and stain resistance was tested according to GB/T9780-. The test results of examples 1 to 9 are shown in Table 3, and the test results of comparative examples 1 to 5 are shown in Table 4.

As can be seen from tables 3 and 4, examples 1-9 have significantly higher elongation at break and tensile strength than comparative examples 1-5, indicating that the coatings prepared with the formulations disclosed herein have better mechanical properties during use. In addition, after 10 days of salt spray experiments, the coating films obtained by brushing in the examples 1 to 9 are not peeled off and have no change, but the phenomena of foaming and peeling-off respectively appear in the comparative examples 1 to 5, which shows that the coating films prepared by the coating disclosed by the invention have better ageing resistance.
The low temperature flexibility test was performed on examples 1-9, which did not crack when bent 180 degrees at-26 degrees, while comparative examples 1-5 did crack when not bent 180 degrees. The stain resistance tests of the examples 1-9 and the comparative examples 1-5 are carried out by referring to the method of GB/T9780-2013, and the test results show that the examples 1-9 and the comparative examples 2-5 are free from pollution and have no perceptible color difference, while the comparative example 1 has obvious color difference. The test results show that when the coating prepared by the formula disclosed by the invention is brushed, a coating film has excellent low-temperature flexibility and stain resistance.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The water-based waterproof coating is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 15-25.5% of acrylic emulsion, 8-10% of organic silicon rubber emulsion, 0.1-0.5% of initiator, 1.5-2.8% of film-forming agent, 0.8-1.8% of film-forming assistant, 0.1-0.9% of emulsifier, 0.05-0.3% of preservative, 0.1-0.55% of silane coupling agent and 21.5-49.8% of filler; the filler is a compound of calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide.
2. The water-based waterproof coating material according to claim 1, comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 18-23% of acrylic emulsion, 8.7-9.5% of organic silicon rubber emulsion, 0.2-0.4% of initiator, 2.0-2.5% of film-forming agent, 1.0-1.5% of film-forming assistant, 0.3-0.6% of emulsifier, 0.1-0.2% of preservative, 0.2-0.4% of silane coupling agent and 30-40% of filler.
3. The water-based waterproof coating material according to claim 2, comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 20% of acrylic emulsion, 9% of organic silicon rubber emulsion, 0.3% of initiator, 2.3% of film-forming agent, 1.2% of film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.45% of emulsifier, 0.15% of preservative, 0.3% of silane coupling agent and 35% of filler.

The aqueous waterproof coating material according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the initiator is potassium persulfate, the film-forming agent is dibutyl phthalate, the film-forming auxiliary agent comprises at least one of 2,2, 4-trimethyl-1, 3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate, cellulose and ethylene glycol, the emulsifier is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, the preservative is isothiazolinone, and the silane coupling agent is 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane.
5. The aqueous waterproof coating material according to claim 1, wherein the mass fraction of calcium carbonate in the filler in the coating material is 20 to 45%, and the mass fraction of titanium dioxide in the filler in the coating material is 1.5 to 4.8%.

The water-based waterproof coating material according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1 to 0.4 percent of wetting agent, 0.05 to 0.25 percent of polyether modified organic silicon defoaming agent, 0.05 to 0.35 percent of polyether modified organic silicon flatting agent and 0.05 to 0.25 percent of antioxidant.

The water-based waterproof coating material of claim 6, further comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.2 to 0.3 percent of wetting agent, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of polyether modified organic silicon defoaming agent, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of polyether modified organic silicon flatting agent and 0.1 to 0.2 percent of antioxidant.

The water-based waterproof coating material according to claim 7, further comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.25 percent of wetting agent, 0.15 percent of polyether modified organic silicon defoaming agent, 0.2 percent of polyether modified organic silicon flatting agent and 0.15 percent of antioxidant.
9. A method for preparing the water-based waterproof coating material as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 8, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing acrylic emulsion and water in proportion, stirring, adding organic silicon rubber emulsion and emulsifier, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) adding a silane coupling agent and an initiator into the mixed solution A, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution B;
(3) adding a film forming agent, a film forming aid and a preservative into the mixed solution B, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution C;
(4) and adding a wetting agent, a polyether modified organic silicon defoaming agent, a polyether modified organic silicon flatting agent and an antioxidant into the mixed solution C, uniformly stirring, adding a filler, and continuously stirring to obtain the water-based waterproof coating.
