The edulcoration unit 1200 that this embodiment provided carries the cheese through the conveyer belt to make the cheese pass edulcoration passageway 1210 in transportation process, utilize the unit of blowing in edulcoration passageway 1210 to sweep the surface of cheese, thereby make the outer surface separation of impurity and cheese, be linked together edulcoration passageway 1210 with edulcoration passageway 1210, and meet edulcoration passageway 1210 with negative pressure air supply, thereby discharge the interior free impurity of edulcoration passageway 1210. Through adopting above-mentioned scheme, can reliably get rid of the impurity on section of thick bamboo yarn surface to collect the impurity of getting rid of, prevent to produce secondary pollution.

The blowing directions of the blowing holes 1212a of A1 in the two groups of blowing subunits A point to the position a which is positioned on the conveying path of the cheese and between the two groups of blowing subunits A. In the two groups of the A blowing subunits, the blowing direction of the A1 blowing holes 1212a of the group of the A blowing subunits located at the upstream of the conveying direction of the cone yarn forms an acute angle with the conveying direction of the conveying line, and the blowing direction of the A1 blowing holes 1212a of the group of the A blowing subunits located at the downstream of the conveying direction of the cone yarn forms an obtuse angle with the conveying direction of the conveying line. That is, the blowing direction of each A blowing pipe 1212 is arranged in a manner of gathering toward the a position, so that the effect of purging clear impurities is improved, the probability of leakage of free impurities at the A inlet and/or the A outlet is reduced, and the secondary pollution is further reduced.
The blowing direction of the blowing hole 1212a of the blowing tube A1 in the same blowing subunit A is deviated from the spacing direction of the two blowing tubes A1212 by 30 degrees. In practice, the blowing hole 1212A is made of round tube material, the diameter of the blowing hole 1212a of A1 is about 1mm, and the dimension of the blowing hole 1212b1 of A2 along the vertical direction is about 1 mm.
The A2 blowing hole 1212b1 on the upper part of the A blowing pipe 1212 can blow the upper surface of the cone yarn, and the lower surface of the cone yarn is blown by the A2 blowing hole 1212b 1. As another embodiment of this embodiment, the a blowing subunit and the C blowing subunit are arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of the conveying line, the a blowing subunit is arranged near the a inlet, the upper and lower ends of the a blowing pipe 1212 are arranged in a closed manner, the C blowing subunit includes bent C1 blowing pipes and C2 blowing pipes respectively arranged at two sides of the cheese conveying path, the C1 blowing pipe includes a standing C1 pipe section, a C1 upper bent pipe section and a C1 lower bent pipe section respectively arranged at the upper and lower ends of the C1 pipe section, the C2 blowing pipe includes a standing C2 pipe section, a C2 upper bent pipe section and a C2 lower bent pipe section respectively arranged at the upper and lower ends of the C2 pipe section, the ends of the C1 upper bent pipe section and/or the C1 lower bent pipe section are provided with flat C1 blowing ports, the C1 blowing ports are arranged corresponding to the upper surface/lower surface of the cheese, and the C2 is arranged at the ends of the C2 upper bent pipe section and/or the C2 lower bent pipe section, the blowing opening of the C2 is arranged corresponding to the upper/lower surface of the cone yarn. Wherein, the blowing direction of the C1 blowing port and the C2 blowing port is vertical to the conveying direction of the conveying line and forms an included angle with the horizontal direction, and the included angle is preferably 45 degrees.
The length direction of the cross section of the C1 air blowing port and the C2 air blowing port is consistent with the vertical direction, so that when the C1 air blowing port and the C2 air blowing port blow through the cheese, the air flow can form a vertical air curtain to increase the blowing range.
The height of the C1 air blowing pipe in the vertical direction is larger than that of the C2 air blowing pipe, a C1 air blowing opening at the tail end of the C1 upper bending pipe section is arranged corresponding to the upper surface of the cone yarn and used for blowing the upper surface of the cone yarn, and a C2 air blowing opening at the tail end of the C2 lower bending pipe section is arranged corresponding to the lower surface of the cone yarn and used for blowing the lower surface of the cone yarn.
Generally, when the cone yarn is placed on the conveying line, if the cone yarn is conical, the small end of the cone yarn is positioned at the downstream of the conveying direction, namely the small end is conveyed forwards, and the impurities on the end face of the large end of the cone yarn are more. In order to remove impurities on the big head end face, the B blowing sub-unit comprises a B1 blowing nozzle 1213 correspondingly arranged at an inlet A, the B1 blowing nozzle 1213 is positioned above a cheese conveying path, the blowing direction of the B1 blowing nozzle 1213 is inclined downwards and points to passing cheeses, the B1 blowing nozzle 1213 is connected with an air source, the B1 blowing nozzle 1213 is used for blowing the tail end face of the passing cheeses, and the tail end face of the cheeses is an end face of the cheeses positioned upstream in the conveying direction.
B1 blowing nozzle 1213 is disposed outside of casing 1211.

The B1 blowing nozzles 1213 and B2 can adopt the existing air injection joints, the painting joints are adjustable joints, and the air injection range and the air injection amount can be adjusted.
A transition chamber for discharging impurities is arranged at the top of the housing 1211, a B inlet and a B outlet are respectively arranged on two sides of the transition chamber along the vertical direction, the B inlet is communicated with the interior of the housing 1211, and the B outlet is connected with a negative pressure gas source; and a filtering unit for intercepting impurities is arranged in the transition chamber and is positioned between the inlet B and the outlet B. The transition chamber constitutes a part of the purge channel 1210.
The filter unit comprises a filter screen 1230 which is obliquely arranged, one side of the filter screen 1230 close to the B inlet is marked as an A screen surface, one side of the filter screen close to the B outlet is marked as a B screen surface, one side of the transition chamber is provided with an inspection port, and the inspection port is arranged corresponding to the A screen surface; the inspection opening is movably provided with an inspection cover for opening/closing the inspection opening. The condition of impurities deposited on the filter screen 1230 can be seen by opening the viewport, and the impurities are cleaned in time according to the requirement so as to ensure that the filter screen 1230 can be filtered in a better state; by closing the inspection opening, foreign materials can be prevented from entering the inspection opening, thereby preventing foreign materials from being deposited on the B-mesh surface of the filter mesh 1230, even from being sucked into the air supply.
Wherein, the mesh size of the filter screen 1230 is preferably 1mm × 1 mm.
In order to facilitate real-time observation of the state of the filter screen 1230, a transparent window may be disposed on the inspection cover, and the window may be used for observing the state of the screen surface a on the filter screen 1230. Thus, in the case of the tube wall viewport, the working state of the filter screen 1230 can be observed through the transparent window, and external foreign objects can be prevented from entering the impurity removing channel 1210.
Blocking pieces used for limiting the moving-out of impurities are respectively arranged at an inlet A and an outlet A of the housing 1211, the blocking pieces are movably installed and are in two states, namely, the blocking pieces are in an avoidance state for avoiding passing cone yarns; secondly, the blocking piece limits the working state of removing the impurities. By providing a blocking member, the impurities released in the casing 1211 can be blocked, and the impurities are prevented from leaking out of the impurity removing passage 1210 through the A inlet and/or the A outlet.
The blocking piece is a curtain made of flexible materials, the upper end of the curtain is connected with the encloser 1211 in an assembling mode, the rest of the curtain is arranged in a hanging mode, the curtain is lifted and put down in a self-adaptive mode when the cheese passes through, the cheese is allowed to pass when the curtain is lifted, and impurities are limited to move out of the impurity removing channel 1210 after the curtain is put down.
Preferably, the curtain is a sheet curtain made of soft materials such as silica gel and rubber.
The bagging unit 1300 in the embodiment comprises a first-stage conveyor belt, a second-stage conveyor belt and a third-stage conveyor belt which are horizontally arranged from front to back in sequence, the height of the upper belt surface of each third-stage conveyor belt is flush, the front end of each second-stage conveyor belt is connected with the rear end of the corresponding first-stage conveyor belt, the front end of each third-stage conveyor belt is connected with the rear end of the corresponding second-stage conveyor belt, and a first-stage side seat is vertically arranged on the ground on the left of the rear section of each first-stage conveyor belt;

The front end sleeve opening of the pressing sleeve is covered with a plastic bag in advance, when the first cone yarn passes through the pressing sleeve, the rotating roller on the driving roller shaft continuously transfers the bag, so that the plurality of cone yarns are respectively wrapped in the plastic bag in a tubular shape, and the tubular end part of the plastic bag is closed; a plurality of cone yarns enter the second-stage conveying belt when passing through the pressing sleeve and are wrapped by the tubular plastic bag, and the transition conveying belt on the second-stage conveying belt plays a role in assisting cone yarn movement and limiting cone yarns. The cone yarns wrapped in the plastic bag move along with the second-stage conveying belt, when a plastic bag between the first cone yarn and the second cone yarn moves to a position between the two supporting seats, the rotating shaft between the two supporting seats is driven by the rotating shaft driving motor to rotate for 360 degrees to drive the hot-pressing sealing seat to rotate, the hot-pressing sealing seat rotates to a position, between the first cone yarn and the second cone yarn, of the plastic bag to carry out hot-pressing sealing, and the plastic bag outside the first cone yarn is disconnected with the plastic bag outside the second cone yarn. And then the plastic bag between the second cone yarn and the third cone yarn moves to a position between the two supporting seats, at the moment, the hot-pressing sealing seats rotate by 360 degrees, and the hot-pressing sealing … … is sequentially carried out on the plastic bag between the second cone yarn and the third cone yarn, so that the plastic bags wrapping all the cone yarns and positioned between the adjacent cone yarns can be sequentially subjected to hot-pressing sealing.
The bagging unit 1300 is simple in structure and convenient to operate, does not need workers to participate manually, greatly simplifies bagging work of the cone yarns, and improves bagging work efficiency of the cone yarns.
As shown in fig. 15 to 18, a posture adjusting unit 1400 is further provided on the conveying line, the posture adjusting unit 1400 being disposed downstream of the bagging unit 1300 in the conveying direction for adjusting the posture of the package before the package is discharged from the conveying line so that the orientations of the adjacent packages in each row of packages loaded into the carton are arranged oppositely and/or the orientations of the adjacent two rows of packages loaded into the carton are arranged oppositely;
the posture adjusting unit 1400 comprises a conveying line for conveying the cheese, the conveying line has a conveying state for conveying the cheese and a staying state for temporarily staying the cheese, a mounting bracket 1410 is movably assembled at the side of the conveying line, and a restraining mechanism 1430 is rotatably assembled on the mounting bracket 1410; the constraint mechanism 1430 is provided with a constraint area 1432 with adjustable opening and closing states, the constraint area 1432 is used for constraining and containing the cone yarn, and the mounting bracket 1410 and the constraint mechanism 1430 are in the following two states: state a 1: the mounting bracket 1410 is moved to a position near the line in the park position while the package is moved into the restraining area 1432, and the rotational restraining mechanism 1430 turns the package moved into the restraining area 1432 by 180 °; state a 2: the mounting bracket 1410 is moved to a position away from the transport line while moving the package out of the restraining area 1432 and avoiding the transport of the package.
When the mounting bracket 1410 and the constraint mechanism 1430 are in the state of A1, the mounting bracket 1410 can be moved to a conveying line close to the residence state, so that the operation of turning the cheese by 180 degrees can be realized, and the cheese is turned around for conveying; after the turn around is accomplished, move installing support 1410 to the position of keeping away from the transfer chain, drive restraint area 1432 then and keep away from the section of thick bamboo yarn for the section of thick bamboo yarn shifts out restraint area 1432, thereby dodges the transport of section of thick bamboo yarn, and the transfer chain is carried to the section of thick bamboo yarn to restart at last.
The state of the conveying line, the state of the restraining mechanism 1430 and the state of the mounting bracket 1410 are regulated and controlled by the regulating and controlling unit, when the cheese needs to be turned, the state of the conveying line is regulated to a resident state, and then the restraining mechanism 1430 and the mounting bracket 1410 are regulated to an A1 state, so that the turning of the cheese is realized; when the cheese does not need to be turned, the bundling mechanism and the mounting bracket 1410 are adjusted to be in the A2 state, and then the conveying line is adjusted to be in the conveying state.
The mounting bracket 1410 is assembled above the conveying line in a lifting mode, and the mounting bracket 1410 is connected with a lifting adjusting assembly for adjusting the lifting and descending of the mounting bracket 1410; the axial direction of the cheese on the conveying line is consistent with the conveying direction of the conveying line, the restraining mechanism 1430 is rotatably mounted on the mounting bracket 1410 around an axis a, the axis a is arranged along the vertical direction, and the restraining mechanism 1430 is connected with a rotation adjusting assembly for adjusting the rotation of the restraining mechanism.

As an implementation of this embodiment, the upper ends of the a and B constraints 1431 and 1432 are respectively hinge-mounted on the a transition bracket 1420 by a hinge axis a, which is arranged horizontally and perpendicular to the a direction. When the a restraining member 1431 and the B restraining member 1432 descend to approach to the cone yarn on the conveying line in the parking state, the guide section is firstly contacted with the cone yarn, and then the a restraining member 1431 and the B restraining member 1432 are adaptively adjusted to turn over and be away from each other in the process that the guide section continues to descend, so that the restraining port 1432a is opened, and the cone yarn is allowed to enter the restraining area 1432. In practicing the present embodiment, it is necessary to cooperate with the reset component 1450 to provide an urging force after the package is moved into the restraining area 1432 to urge the restraining opening 1432a from the open state to the closed state, so as to restrain the package moved into the restraining area 1432. After the turning operation of the cone yarn is completed, the A restraining pieces 1431 and the B restraining pieces 1432 move upwards to be far away from the conveying line in the residence state, the cone yarn drives the A restraining pieces 1431 and the B restraining pieces 1432 to overturn and move away from each other under the action of the self weight of the cone yarn and overcomes the driving force of the reset assembly 1450, so that the restraining openings 1432a are opened to allow the cone yarn to move out of the restraining area 1432, and after the cone yarn is completely separated from the A restraining pieces 1431 and the B restraining pieces 1432, the A restraining pieces 1431 and the B restraining pieces 1432 are reset under the driving force of the reset assembly 1450, so that the restraining openings 1432a are closed.
As another embodiment of this embodiment, the A, B restraining element is formed of an elastomeric material that deforms to provide the urging force. When the a restraining member 1431 and the B restraining member 1432 move downward to be close to the cone yarn on the conveying line in the residence state, the guide section is firstly contacted with the cone yarn, and then the lower ends of the a restraining member 1431 and the B restraining member 1432 are adaptively adjusted to be elastically deformed and far away from each other in the process that the guide section continues to move downward, so that a restraining opening 1432a is opened, and the cone yarn is allowed to enter a restraining area 1432. After the turning operation of the cone yarn is completed, the a restraining parts 1431 and the B restraining parts 1432 move upwards to be far away from the conveying line in the parking state, the cone yarn drives the a restraining parts 1431 and the B restraining parts 1432 to be far away from each other under the action of self weight, so that the restraining openings 1432a are opened to allow the cone yarn to move out of the restraining area 1432, and after the cone yarn is completely separated from the a restraining parts 1431 and the B restraining parts 1432, the a restraining parts 1431 and the B restraining parts 1432 are reset under the action of elastic driving force, so that the restraining openings 1432a are closed.
One embodiment of the reduction assembly 1450 described above includes an a reduction member and a B reduction member, the a reduction member is installed between the a constraint member 1431 and the a transition bracket 1420, the a reduction member is used to adjust the a constraint member 1431 for reduction, and the lower end of the a constraint member 1431 moves close to the B constraint member 1432 when the a constraint member 1431 is reduced; the B resetting piece is arranged between the B restraining piece 1432 and the A transition bracket 1420 and is used for adjusting the B restraining piece 1432 to reset, and the lower end of the B restraining piece 1432 moves close to the A restraining piece 1431 when the B restraining piece 1432 is reset; A. the B reset piece is formed by a wound spring.
In another embodiment of the above-mentioned reduction assembly 1450, the reduction assembly 1450 is formed by a tension spring, and two ends of the tension spring are respectively connected to the a constraining member 1431 and the B constraining member 1432. The upper ends of the a and B constraints 1431 and 1432 are connected to two ends of a tension spring, respectively.
In order to limit the open state and the closed state of the restriction opening 1432a, so that the restriction mechanism 1430 can achieve its function in a relatively stable state, the preferred embodiment of the present embodiment is that the limiting assembly includes an a limiting assembly 1460 and a B limiting assembly 1470, the a limiting assembly 1460 is used for limiting the a and B restrictions 1431 and 1432 of the restriction opening 1432a in the open state, and the B limiting assembly 1470 is used for limiting the a and B restrictions 1431 and 1432 of the restriction opening 1432a in the closed state; the a-limit assembly 1460 comprises an a1 limit 1461 and an a2 limit 1462 which are respectively arranged outside the constraint mechanism 1430, one end of the a1 limit 1461 is connected with the a transition bracket 1420, the other end is used for abutting against the outer surface of the a constraint 1431 when the constraint port 1432a is in an open state, one end of the a2 limit 1462 is connected with the a transition bracket 1420, and the other end is used for abutting against the outer surface of the B constraint member 1432 when the constraint port 1432a is in an open state; the B-position limiter assembly 1470 includes a B1 limiter 1471 and a B2 limiter 1472 between the a-position limiter 1431 and the B-position limiter 1432, one end of the B1 limiter 1471 is connected to the a-transition bracket 1420, and the other end is used to abut against the inner surface of the a-position limiter 1431 when the limiting opening 1432a is in the closed state, one end of the B2 limiter 1472 is connected to the a-transition bracket 1420, and the other end is used to abut against the inner surface of the B-position limiter 1432 when the limiting opening 1432a is in the closed state, and the distance between the other ends of the B1 limiter 1471 and the B2 limiter 1472 is set to be adjustable. The distance between the other ends of the B1 limiting pieces 1471 and the B2 limiting pieces 1472 is set to be an adjustable structure so as to meet the requirement that the yarns with different sizes move into the constraint region 1432, and if the size of the yarns is larger and the constraint opening 1432a is smaller, the smooth movement of the yarns into the constraint region 1432 is not facilitated, so that the distance between the other ends of the B1 limiting pieces 1471 and the B2 limiting pieces 1472 is set to be an adjustable structure, the constraint opening 1432a can be adjusted according to the size of the actual yarns, and the size of the constraint opening 1432a in a closed state can be adapted to the size of the yarns to be adjusted.
Specifically, a B1 limiting element 1471 and a B2 limiting element 1472 are respectively mounted on the a transition support 1420 through limiting supports; the B1 limit piece 1471 and the B2 limit piece 1472 have the same structure and comprise an adjusting bolt and a positioning nut which are matched, the length direction of the adjusting bolt is consistent with the direction a, and the cap part of the adjusting bolt is used for abutting against the inner surface of the A limit piece 1431 when the limit opening 1432a is in a closed state; the limiting support is provided with a threaded through hole for mounting the adjusting bolt, the threaded through hole and the adjusting bolt form a bolt-nut matched connection, the positioning nut is assembled on the adjusting bolt, the positioning nut limits the position of the bolt cap part of the adjusting bolt along the a direction when the positioning nut is locked, and the position of the bolt cap part of the adjusting bolt along the a direction can be adjusted when the positioning nut is loosened.
The a restraining part 1431 and the B restraining part 1432 are respectively made of plate members, the structure of the a restraining part 1431 and the B restraining part 1432 is the same, and the a restraining part 1431 and the B restraining part include a first plate surface 1431a, a second plate surface 1431B, and a third plate surface 1431c which are sequentially arranged along the vertical direction, wherein the first plate surface 1431a and the second plate surface 1431B are "<" or "(" shaped arrangement, the second plate surface is "<" or "(" shaped arrangement, the joint line/joint surface of the first plate surface part 1431a and the second plate surface part 1431b, and the joint line/joint surface of the second plate surface part 1431b and the third plate surface part 1431c are all arranged along the body length direction of the a hinge shaft, a nip formed between the first plate surface part 1431a and the second plate surface part 1431b points to the inner side of the constraint area 1432, and a nip formed between the second plate surface part 1431b and the third plate surface part 1431c points to the outer side of the constraint area 1432; the third plate surface portion 1431c constitutes the guide section.
To prevent the bobbin yarn from slipping out of the restraining area 1432 due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation during the turning operation of the bobbin yarn by the restraining mechanism 1430 after the bobbin yarn is moved into the restraining area 1432, the preferred embodiment of the present invention is that the surfaces of the a restraining member 1431 and the B restraining member 1432 which are disposed opposite to each other are respectively provided with a sliding prevention member 1440, and the sliding prevention members 1440 are used for moving out of the restraining area 1432 along the axial direction of the bobbin yarn when the bobbin yarn is turned.
The anti-slip members 1440 are formed of protruding strips arranged on both side portions of the first plate surface 1431a and the second plate surface 1431b in the plate width direction. The first plate surface 1431a and the second plate surface 1431b are aligned in the plate width direction. The surface of sand grip is the arcwall face, can prevent to produce the friction damage to the section of thick bamboo yarn like this.
The arrangement range of the protruding strips in the vertical direction includes a part of the first plate surface portion 1431a and the entirety of the second plate surface portion 1431 b.
The outer contour of the spun yarn is generally cone-shaped, and the conicity of different spun yarns may be different, and if the plate width of the third plate surface portion 1431c is wide, the spun yarn may be scratched with a local edge of the third plate surface portion 1431c in the process of moving into the constraint area 1432. In order to facilitate smooth movement of the different sizes of the cheese into the restraining area 1432 and to prevent the third plate surface portion 1431c from causing scratch damage to the cheese, it is preferable that the plate width of the third plate surface portion 1431c is gradually reduced downward in the vertical direction.
The action of the restraining mechanism 1430 is regulated by a regulating unit, in order to accurately acquire position information of the cheese to determine whether the cheese reaches a position corresponding to the restraining mechanism 1430, thereby facilitating the regulating unit to accurately regulate and control the action of the restraining mechanism 1430, in this embodiment, the yarn winding machine preferably further comprises an A position detection mechanism arranged corresponding to the restraining mechanism 1430, the A position detection mechanism is connected with the regulating unit, the A position detection mechanism is used for acquiring a position signal of the cheese when the cheese moves to a specified position below the restraining mechanism 1430 and sending the position signal to the regulating unit, and the regulating unit regulates and controls the state of the restraining mechanism 1430 according to preset regulating and controlling parameters, so that the directions of adjacent cheeses loaded in a carton are opposite, gaps between the adjacent cheeses are reduced, and the space utilization rate of the carton is improved. The regulatory parameters include the number of times the position signal is received within the interval of two actions performed by the constraint mechanism 1430. Wherein, the opposite orientation of the adjacent cone yarns in the carton means that the orientation of two adjacent cone yarns in the same row of cone yarns is opposite, and/or the orientation of the cone yarns in two adjacent rows is also opposite.
Specifically, the a-position detection mechanism includes an a-position switch 1481 and a shift 1482 arranged vertically, the shift 1482 is rotatably mounted on the rack 1000 around an axis b, the axis b is arranged perpendicular to the axis a, and the axis b is consistent with the line width direction of the conveying line, a local body of the shift 1482 is arranged corresponding to the a-position switch 1481, an upper end of the shift 1482 is arranged corresponding to a lower portion of a passing bobbin yarn, an a reset member is arranged between the shift 1482 and the rack 1000, the a reset member is used for driving the shift 1482 to contact with/separate from the position switch, and the a-position switch 1481 is separated from/contact with the shift 1482 when the passing bobbin yarn abuts against the upper end of the shift 1482, so as to generate a position signal.
When the restraining means 1430 performs the turning-over operation on the package, if the package is not separated from the transport line, there is inevitably a hindrance in the turning-over operation. In order to ensure that the package yarn can reliably and stably realize the turning, a preferable embodiment of the embodiment further comprises a supporting piece 1483 which is assembled in a lifting way, wherein the supporting piece 1483 is used for being positioned at the lower side of the package yarn conveying path when the constraint mechanism 1430 is in the state of A2, and is used for lifting the package yarn before the constraint mechanism 1430 is turned over when the constraint mechanism 1430 is in the state of A1, so that the package yarn is separated from the conveying line; here, the support 1483 rises to the upper side of the paddle 1482 when the restraint mechanism 1430 is in the a1 state.
The supporting member 1483 is provided with a hollow portion through which the upper end of the shifting plate 1482 movably passes, and the shape and size of the hollow portion are adapted to the movable range of the shifting plate 1482.
Wherein, the b axis level is arranged, and the vacancy portion is the bar hole, and the length direction in bar hole is unanimous with the direction of delivery of transfer chain.
The support 1483 is formed as a horizontally disposed support plate. The upper plate surface of the supporting plate is preferably a plane.
The rack 1000 is provided with a B-position switch 1491 for limiting the rotation in place of the restraint mechanism 1430, the a-transition support 1420 is provided with a positioning part 1492 arranged corresponding to the B-position switch 1491, the B-position switch 1491 obtains a position signal of the positioning part 1492 and sends the position signal to the regulating and controlling unit when the positioning part 1492 rotates 180 degrees forward along with the a-transition support 1420, the regulating and controlling unit regulates the lifting assembly to regulate the mounting support 1410 to ascend and the supporting member 1483 to descend after receiving the position signal, and then regulates the rotation regulating assembly to regulate the a-transition support 1420 to rotate 180 degrees reversely to reset, wherein the forward rotation of the a-transition support 1420 is used for turning over and turning over the bobbin yarn.
An inverted U-shaped enclosure is mounted on the frame 1000 above the conveyor line, with the mounting bracket 1410 disposed within the shell of the U-shaped enclosure. The elevation adjustment unit is a telescopic cylinder, and a cylinder body of the telescopic cylinder is fixed on the upper side of the casing 1211.
The embodiment also provides a material turning unit, which aims to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, the transverse shape of the cheese is converted into the vertical shape for arranging and bagging/boxing by adopting a manual material turning mode, so that the production efficiency is reduced, and the labor intensity and the labor cost are increased.
The turning unit comprises a conveying line for horizontally conveying the cheese to be turned in a horizontal posture, the length direction of the cheese is consistent with the conveying direction, the conveying line firstly unloads the part, located on the downstream of the conveying direction, of the cheese, so that the cheese is turned into a vertical falling under the action of the unloaded local weight, a bearing surface for bearing the cheese falling is arranged outside the discharge end of the conveying line, and the bearing surface is horizontally arranged and is lower than the height of the cheese on the conveying line.
The turn-down unit that this embodiment provided carries the section of thick bamboo yarn with horizontal form gesture through the conveyer line, when treating that the part of section of thick bamboo yarn is earlier unloaded by the conveyer line, the position of unloading in advance drags the section of thick bamboo yarn whole under self weight effect and is lifted off to the form of standing gradually by horizontal form upset gradually, accepts the section of thick bamboo yarn of unloading through the face of accepting in the discharge end outside that sets up the conveyer line, can accomplish the gesture upset of section of thick bamboo yarn. By adopting the above scheme, the posture conversion of the cone yarn can be conveniently realized, the posture adjustment efficiency of the cone yarn can be effectively improved, the continuity of cone yarn packaging is favorably realized, and the packaging efficiency is further improved.

The floating installation is used for adapting to small-range change of the size of the cone yarn, namely the accommodation requirement of the cone yarn in a small size range can be adapted; and the position of the B transition support 1560 is adjusted through the spacing adjusting component, so that the size of the temporary storage area can be adjusted to be greatly changed, and the size range of the cheese which can be adapted to the temporary storage area is changed.
The distance adjusting assembly is formed by a piston rod of an air cylinder, the length direction of the piston rod is consistent with the conveying direction of the conveying line, the piston rod is connected with the B transition support 1560, and a cylinder body of the air cylinder is installed on the rack 1000. When the piston rod stretches out, the size of the temporary storage area along the conveying direction can be adjusted to be small, and when the piston rod retracts, the size of the temporary storage area along the conveying direction can be adjusted to be large.
The side towards the transfer chain is provided with buffering portion on keeping off the material piece, through setting up buffering portion, can cushion the impact of section of thick bamboo yarn to keeping off the material piece to make the section of thick bamboo yarn steadily fall.
The side that keeps off the material piece and go up towards the transfer chain still is provided with two departments and rights the portion, and two departments are right the portion and are arranged in the both sides of buffering portion along transfer chain line width direction branch, and two departments are right the portion and are arranged with the both sides correspondence of the section of thick bamboo yarn of unloading on the transfer chain respectively for right the section of thick bamboo yarn of whereabouts in-process, in order to keep the section of thick bamboo yarn to fall in the region of keeping in order to found the form gesture.
The material blocking part is formed by a vertical material blocking plate.

The separating guide plate guides the discharging direction of the cone yarn, so that the cone yarn can be stably transited in the overturning and falling process, and the overturning failure is prevented.
The separating and guiding plate comprises an inclined plate body and a vertical plate body which are arranged up and down correspondingly, the distance between the plate surface of the inclined plate body and the discharging end part of the conveying line is gradually increased from top to bottom, the plate surface of the vertical plate body is arranged along the vertical direction, and the temporary storage area is arranged between the vertical plate body and the material blocking piece. Wherein, the inclined plate body is used for guiding the unloading direction of the cone yarn, and the vertical plate body is used for limiting the cone yarn falling into the temporary storage area with the striker plate.
One side of the temporary storage area is provided with a discharge port for moving out the cone yarns in the vertical posture, the other side of the temporary storage area is provided with a pushing piece movably mounted along the line width direction of the conveying line, the pushing piece and the discharge port are arranged along the line width direction of the conveying line in a forward extending mode, the pushing piece is used for pushing the cone yarns in the temporary storage area out of the discharge port, and the pushing piece is connected with a pushing adjusting assembly used for adjusting the pushing piece to move along the conveying direction of the conveying line. The material pushing adjusting assembly is formed by a piston rod of an air cylinder, the piston rod is connected with a material pushing piece, a cylinder body of the air cylinder is installed on the rack 1000, the material pushing piece can be made of a plate, and the size of the plate is matched with that of a single cheese and is arranged corresponding to the cheese in the temporary storage area.
The lower part of striker plate is provided with vacancy portion, and the position that corresponds with vacancy portion on the B transition support 1560 is equipped with position detection switch, and position detection switch is used for obtaining the position signal of section of thick bamboo yarn and sends to the regulation and control unit when section of thick bamboo yarn falls to in the temporary storage area completely, and the regulation and control unit regulates and control to push away material adjusting part and adjusts the section of thick bamboo yarn that pushes away in the temporary storage area after receiving position signal and release.
The position detection switch arranged on the B transition bracket 1560 is an infrared correlation switch, and a correlation plate of the infrared correlation switch is arranged on the vertical plate body of the separation guide plate and is flush with the plate surface of the vertical plate body. The infrared correlation board is arranged corresponding to the vacant part. When the bobbin yarn completely falls into the temporary storage area, the infrared light state between the infrared correlation plate and the infrared correlation switch changes, so that a corresponding position signal is generated, the regulating and controlling unit judges that the bobbin yarn completely falls into the temporary storage area according to the position signal, the regulating and controlling material pushing regulating assembly regulates the material pushing piece to push out the bobbin yarn in the temporary storage area, the temporary storage area is empty and then is used for receiving the next bobbin yarn to turn over the material and then falls into the temporary storage area, and when the bobbin yarn completely falls into the temporary storage area and the infrared correlation switch generates the position signal, the regulating and controlling unit regulates the material pushing piece to push out the bobbin yarn in the temporary storage area, and the operation is repeated in a circulating mode.
The regulation and control unit is one of a single chip microcomputer, a programmable logic controller, an industrial personal computer and an upper computer. Which is capable of receiving information, processing information and outputting a processing result for the purpose of executing a control instruction.
As shown in fig. 19 to 20, the discharging unit 1500 includes a discharging channel 1510, the discharging channel 1510 is used for arranging the cone yarn in a straight line along the length direction of the discharging channel 1510, one end of the discharging channel 1510 has a feeding hole for the cone yarn to move in, and the other end of the discharging channel 1510 has a discharging hole for the cone yarn to move out; the width of the discharge channel 1510 is adapted to the outer contour of the individual yarn packages; the device further comprises a B-transfer component 1570 arranged beside the discharge channel 1510, wherein the B-transfer component 1570 is used for removing the cone yarn after the cone yarn in the discharge channel 1510 reaches a preset number.
A temporary storage area is arranged between the discharge unit 1500 and the discharge end of the conveying line and is used for receiving the cone yarn which is discharged from the discharge end of the conveying line and turned into a vertical shape; the temporary storage area is correspondingly provided with an A material transferring assembly, and the A material transferring assembly is used for transferring the cone yarns in the temporary storage area to the discharging unit 1500; the discharge unit 1500 is provided with a discharge channel for arranging the cone yarns in a straight line, a feed port of the discharge channel is arranged corresponding to a discharge port of the temporary storage area, and a discharge port of the discharge channel is arranged corresponding to a feed port of the A, B material containing groove; the discharge unit 1500 is correspondingly provided with a pushing member, and the pushing member is used for pushing the yarns arranged in the discharge channel into the material containing box 2300.
In the discharging unit 1500 provided in this embodiment, the cone yarns are arranged in a line shape along the length direction of the discharging channel 1510 through the discharging channel 1510, the cone yarns enter the discharging channel 1510 through the feeding port of the discharging channel 1510, when the number of the cone yarns in the discharging channel 1510 reaches a predetermined number, the discharging of the cone yarns is completed, and the cone yarns arranged in the discharging channel 1510 are removed from the discharging port of the discharging channel 1510 through the B transferring component 1570. Through adopting above-mentioned scheme, can replace the manual work to make up the row material to the section of thick bamboo yarn according to the preface for the section of thick bamboo yarn can be derived with the form of arranging, and the bagging-off/case is implemented to the section of thick bamboo yarn of the form of arranging to the follow-up of being convenient for, and then is favorable to improving the packing efficiency of section of thick bamboo yarn.
In order to enable the discharge channel 1510 to be adapted to the discharge requirements of different sizes of packages, the preferred embodiment of this example is: the width dimension of discharge channel 1510 is set to an adjustable configuration.
The discharge channel 1510 is a trough-shaped structure with an open top, the trough-shaped structure is formed by two oppositely arranged A-side limiting pieces 1520 and B-side limiting pieces 1530 and a support piece positioned between the two side limiting pieces, the A-side limiting pieces 1520 and the B-side limiting pieces 1530 are arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction, and the B-side limiting pieces 1530 are installed in a floating mode along the spacing direction of the A, B side limiting pieces 1530. By installing the B-side stopper 1530 in a floating manner, the width of the discharge channel 1510 can be automatically adjusted according to the size of the cone yarn, and only the size adjustment range is small, so that the device is suitable for discharging the cone yarn with a small size change range.

That is, the change in position of the transition bracket is used to achieve a wide range of adjustment in the width dimension of discharge channel 1510, while the floating mounting of B-side stop 1530 is used for adaptive adjustment in response to small range variations in the size of the package. The location of the transition support determines the maximum width dimension of the discharge channel 1510, and the float-mounted B-side stop 1530 allows for discharge of packages within the maximum width dimension, increasing the flexibility of the package discharge requirements for different sizes.
If the A, B side stop is in hard contact with the package in the discharge passage 1510, the possibility of damaging the package is increased. In this regard, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the A, B side stoppers are respectively provided with soft elastic supporting members 1550 on opposite sides, the supporting members 1550 are disposed in the discharge channel 1510, and the supporting members 1550 are used for arranging and/or conveying the package yarn in the discharge channel 1510 in an upright posture.
Specifically, the holding members 1550 are formed by bristles, the length direction of the bristles is the same as the width direction of the discharge channel 1510, the arrangement range of the bristles along the length direction of the discharge channel 1510 is suitable for the arrangement range of the discharge channel 1510, and the arrangement range of the bristles along the vertical direction is suitable for the distribution range of the cone yarns in the discharge channel 1510 along the vertical direction. The B-turning component 1570 includes a B-pushing member 1571 movably mounted above the discharge channel 1510, the B-pushing member 1571 has freedom of movement along the length direction and the vertical direction of the discharge channel 1510, and two ends of a stroke of the B-pushing member 1571 moving along the length direction of the discharge channel 1510 are respectively arranged corresponding to a feed port and a discharge port of the discharge channel 1510; the pushing element 1571B can move down from above the feed inlet to a low position after the number of the cone yarns in the discharge channel 1510 reaches a preset number, and can move the cone yarns in the discharge channel 1510 out of the discharge outlet by translating along the length direction of the discharge channel 1510; the B pusher 1571 may move the yarn package in the discharge channel 1510 out of the discharge port, and then move the yarn package up to a high position to avoid the yarn package moving from the discharge port into the discharge channel 1510.
The B pushing piece 1571 is connected with a B lifting adjusting component for adjusting the B pushing piece to lift, the B lifting adjusting component is installed on a B mounting rack, the B mounting rack is movably assembled along the length direction of the discharge channel 1510, and the B mounting rack is connected with a B material transferring adjusting component for adjusting the B mounting rack to translate along the length direction of the discharge channel 1510.
The B lifting adjusting assembly is composed of a piston rod of a B1 air cylinder, the B transferring adjusting assembly is composed of a piston rod of a B2 air cylinder, a piston rod of a B1 air cylinder is connected with the B pushing piece 1571, a cylinder body of a B1 air cylinder is connected with a piston rod of a B2 air cylinder, and a cylinder body of a B2 air cylinder is connected with the rack 1000.
Specifically, the B pushing member 1571 is formed by a B pushing plate, and the plate surface of the B pushing plate is vertically arranged and perpendicular to the length direction of the discharging channel 1510; the plate width of the B stripper plate is less than the width of the discharge channel 1510.
In the case where the width dimension of the B stripper plate is not adjustable, the width of the B stripper plate is adapted to the minimum width dimension of the discharge channel 1510.
With the a-side stopper 1520 fixedly fitted and the B-side stopper 1530 movably fitted, the B ejector plate is disposed close to the a-side stopper 1520.

When the clamping plates 5510 are driven by the C driving assembly to approach each other, the clamping plates 5510 clamp the cheese, and when the clamping plates 5510 are driven by the C driving assembly to separate from each other, the clamping plates 5510 release the clamped cheese.

The weighing mechanism 1800 includes weighing scales disposed on the conveyor line, and the weighing scales used are known as existing equipment for weighing the bundled cartons.
The discharge mechanism 1900 includes a discharge gripper disposed at the end of the conveyor line, the discharge gripper being movably mounted on the frame 1000, and the discharge gripper moving to grip the carton from the conveyor line and discharge the carton from the conveyor line for collection.
The present embodiment also includes a method of carton packing a package of cone yarn, comprising the steps of:

step S3: taking out the cone yarn in the other of the A, B material containing grooves at the same time of step S2;
step S4: boxing and packaging the taken cheese;
when the cheese arranged according to the preset number is pushed into the A, B material containing groove, the cheese is pressed on the cheese through the pressing plate arranged corresponding to the material outlet of the A, B material containing groove, the stable posture of the cheese is kept when the cheese is pushed into the A, B material containing groove, when the A driving assembly drives the material containing box to move, the pressing plate moves upwards and is drawn out of the A, B material containing groove, the pressing plate is installed on the cheese posture retainer in a lifting mode, and the cheese posture retainer is arranged on the rack;
when the material containing box is driven by the A driving assembly to enable the feeding port of the A/B material containing groove to correspond to the arranged cone yarns alternately, the A/B material containing groove filled with the arranged cone yarns is lifted upwards to a high position through a lifting plate arranged on the rack, the cone yarns in the groove are lifted to the discharging port of the A/B material containing groove, then the lifted cone yarns are clamped and conveyed into a carton on a carton conveying line through a clamping plate movably arranged on the rack, and after the completion, the lifting plate is lowered to a low position for the next time of filling the arranged cone yarns into the A/B material containing groove;
after the cone yarn in one of the A/B material containing grooves is conveyed into a carton on a carton conveying line by a clamping piece, a layer of partition plate is arranged on the cone yarn in the carton by a partition plate arrangement component arranged on a machine frame;
when the feeding port of the A, B material containing groove corresponds to the arranged cone yarns, the carton is conveyed by the carton conveying line to correspond to the A/B material containing groove, the opening of the carton is expanded outwards by driving the expanding piece through rotating the fixed rod arranged on the rack, so that the clamping plate for clamping the cone yarns can extend into the carton, and the cone yarns can be released and then can exit from the carton;

when the adjusted and lifted cartons are conveyed continuously, the cartons are sealed through a sealing mechanism arranged on the rack, and then the sealed cartons are bound through a binding mechanism.

The method for carton packing of cone yarn according to claim 1, characterized in that the bundled cartons are transported continuously and weighed by a weighing mechanism arranged on the transport line, and after weighing, the cartons are unloaded and stacked by an unloading mechanism for collection while being transported to the exit end of the transport line.
