the warning sound horn plays the warning superposed signal after power amplification.
At the moment, a signal superposition mode is adopted for diagnosis, when audio warning is needed, the generated diagnosis signal is firstly superposed with a warning sound signal corresponding to a preset warning sound, so that a warning superposition signal is obtained, and the warning superposition signal is still played by using a warning sound loudspeaker because audio warning is needed;
the mode only diagnoses the function of the warning sound system when audio warning is needed, namely, when the audio warning is needed, the superposed signals are played, the situation that the diagnostic signals are continuously played according to the preset diagnostic period is avoided, and the energy consumption is reduced to a certain extent.
Similarly, the detection process in this manner is the same as that when the diagnostic signal is continuously played according to the preset diagnostic period, that is, when the ultrasonic frequency corresponding to the diagnostic signal exists in the environmental sound wave, the warning sound system is determined to be normal in function, and otherwise, the warning sound system is determined to be abnormal in function.

Claims (8)

1. An in-vehicle entertainment system for sounding a warning tone, the in-vehicle entertainment system comprising a digital signal processor and a warning tone system, the warning tone system comprising a warning tone power amplifier and a warning tone horn;
the digital signal processor is connected with the warning sound power amplifier and used for generating a diagnosis signal according to a preset ultrasonic frequency and sending the diagnosis signal to the warning sound power amplifier according to a preset diagnosis period, the digital signal processor is also connected with the microphone and used for receiving an environment sound wave in the vehicle, which is acquired by the microphone, and identifying whether the ultrasonic frequency corresponding to the diagnosis signal exists in the environment sound wave, when the ultrasonic frequency corresponding to the diagnosis signal exists in the environment sound wave, the warning sound system is judged to be normal in function, otherwise, the warning sound system is judged to be abnormal in function;
the warning sound power amplifier is connected with a warning sound loudspeaker and used for carrying out power amplification on the diagnosis signal and sending the diagnosis signal after power amplification to the warning sound loudspeaker;
the warning sound horn is used for playing the diagnosis signal after power amplification;
the vehicle-mounted entertainment system also comprises a media sound system, wherein the media sound system comprises a media sound power amplifier and a media sound loudspeaker;
the digital signal processor is connected with the media sound power amplifier and is also used for sending the warning sound signal to the media sound power amplifier after judging that the warning sound system is abnormal in function;
the media audio power amplifier is connected with the media audio loudspeaker and used for performing power amplification on the diagnosis signal and sending the diagnosis signal after power amplification to the media audio loudspeaker;
and the media loudspeaker receives and plays the warning sound signal.
2. The in-vehicle entertainment system of claim 1, wherein:
the digital signal processor is further used for superposing the diagnostic signal and the warning sound signal to obtain a warning superposed signal and sending the warning superposed signal to the warning sound power amplifier;
the warning sound power amplifier is further used for carrying out power amplification on the warning superposed signal and sending and forwarding the warning superposed signal after power amplification to the warning sound loudspeaker;
the warning sound loudspeaker is also used for playing the warning superposed signal after power amplification.
3. The in-vehicle entertainment system of claim 1, wherein:
and the digital signal processor is also used for generating warning sound system function abnormity information after judging that the warning sound system has abnormal functions, and sending the warning sound system function abnormity information to the MCU processor, and the MCU processor generates a prompt signal according to the warning sound system function abnormity information and sends the prompt signal to an automobile instrument for prompting.

the digital signal processor generates a diagnosis signal according to a preset ultrasonic frequency;
sending the diagnosis signal to a warning sound power amplifier according to a preset diagnosis period;
the warning sound power amplifier is used for carrying out power amplification on the diagnosis signal and sending the diagnosis signal after power amplification to the warning sound loudspeaker;
the warning sound horn plays the diagnosis signal after power amplification;
the digital signal processor acquires environmental sound waves in the vehicle by using a microphone, identifies whether the ultrasonic frequency corresponding to the diagnostic signal exists in the environmental sound waves, and judges that the warning sound system has normal function when the ultrasonic frequency corresponding to the diagnostic signal exists in the environmental sound waves, otherwise, judges that the warning sound system has abnormal function; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
after generating the diagnostic signal, before the in-vehicle entertainment system acquires ambient sound waves inside the vehicle by using a microphone and identifies whether the ultrasonic frequency exists in the ambient sound waves, the method further comprises the following steps:

the digital signal processor forwards the warning sound signal to a vehicle media sound system;
the vehicle media sound system receives and plays the warning sound signal.
7. The method for diagnosing the function of an in-vehicle entertainment system according to claim 5, wherein after determining that the warning sound system is malfunctioning, the method further comprises the steps of:
the digital signal processor generates warning sound system function abnormity information and sends the warning sound system function abnormity information to the MCU processor, and the MCU processor generates a prompt signal according to the warning sound system function abnormity information and sends the prompt signal to an automobile instrument for prompting;
and prompting the abnormal function of the warning sound system by using the automobile instrument.
8. The method for diagnosing the function of an in-vehicle entertainment system according to claim 5, wherein after determining that the warning sound system is malfunctioning, the method further comprises the steps of:
