Abstract

一种基于GSM和光敏电阻的油箱防盗系统,主体由单片机模块、光敏电阻模、震动传感器模块、声光警告模块以及GSM模块构成,将光敏电阻置于油箱盖侧面,震动传感器置于油箱上,打开开关,检测到油箱盖子被打开时,会触发蜂鸣器报警,同时,GSM模块也会向手机发送信息,提醒有被偷油的可能,发明从光敏电阻触发,结合GSM模块,加上了震动传感器,能有效地防止报警器的误报,即使人离车子很远也可以实现防盗,具有误报率低,操作简单,成本低廉的优点。

基于GSM模块和光敏电阻的油箱防盗系统
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种基于GSM模块和光敏电阻的防盗装置,尤其是能有效防止油箱中油被盗的油箱防盗装置。
背景技术:
近年来,随着长途运输行业的发展,长途运输过程中偷油事件频繁发生,于是车主们对于油箱防盗报有了更迫切地需求,以应对“身怀绝技”的偷油贼。市面上已上市的震动式防盗,利用震动传感器和压力传感器,在油箱体和油箱口处分别安装震动和压力传感器,当油箱盖被打开时或油箱本身发生剧烈震动的时候,通过传感器单元向喇叭发出信号,利用声音向四周发出警报。
缺点:由于震动传感器是在油箱体上,当受到剧烈撞击时,极其容易误报,由于是两个传感器加喇叭的组合,线路较为麻烦,维护较难,在司机长期离开车辆时,即使被盗,司机也没法知道。
同时提出了液压传感器的想法,在油箱内部设计一个液压感应器,在油箱液压变化明显时,由二线制隔离膜片扩散硅液位变送器负责信号的处理。其由带隔离膜片的扩散硅压力传感器和模块电路组成,带隔离膜片的扩散硅压力传感器是将检测的压力信号转换成电压信号;,通过传感器发出警报。
缺点:但实施难度较大,需要对油箱改造,而且电子单元与油箱安全性能的问题也有待解决,电子单元引起油箱爆炸的可能性存在,电子单元设计较为困难,须同时具备多种功能,造价较为昂贵。
还有针对油箱本身的改造,但防盗油箱仅仅只是对油箱口进行了更改,未考虑到盗窃的人不会在乎油箱的损失,会强行破开油箱体进行盗窃的可能性,具有极大的缺陷,市场价值极小。
我们就这一现状,查阅大量资料,决定将光敏电阻添加至油箱防盗中,同时安加入了GSM模块和单片机技术最终实现油箱防盗的功能。
发明内容:
本发明解决其技术问题的方法是提供一种基于gsm模块和光敏电阻的油箱防盗系统,通过光敏电阻和震动传感器实时监测油箱状态,在监测到异常时,通过gsm模块像提前确定好的手机发送信息,同时蜂鸣器会持续报警。
本发明将分为以下几个模块:
1.光敏电阻信息采集模块
将光敏电阻置于油箱内侧通过油箱盖的开关光照情况来实现监测油箱是否被打开,如打开则将光敏信号传输到单片机最小系统,在监测到异常时再传输信号到蜂鸣器。
2.单片机最小系统
负责接收各种信号,同时控制各大部件的运行状态。
3.震动传感器模块
主要是为了防止油箱被破坏而导致的偷油事情的发生,震动传感器放于油箱处,如果有工具强行破开油箱,会触发震动传感器,从而引起防盗装置,设计时我们考虑到了有可能时。
4.声光警告模块和GSM模块
该模块时为了监测到异常数据时,触发警报并且通过GSM模块像手机报警。

具体实施方式:
下面通过结合附图及实物视图,来对本发明做进一步阐述
首先是由附图4,震动传感器,检测到震动时数据,将输出一个低电平到附图1单片机模块,由附图5光敏电阻设计,选择型号为BH1750,检测到反常的光照时将信号输入到附图1单片机模块,附图1单片机系统设计图右边是单片机,使用为STC89C51,左上是复位电路,由R3和C1构成,完成复位操作,左下是晶振电路,当收到异常信息时,将信息传输至附图2声光报警模块,f1是蜂鸣器,由于蜂鸣器需要的几百安的电流,单片机io口没办法实现,所以,需要一个放大电路来对蜂鸣器供能,当有电流通过时,开启灯光和蜂鸣器警报,同时信息有附图1单片机系统传输至附图3GSM模块,由提前写好的GSM模块发送信息到司机处,以此达到防盗效果。
本发明有以下优点:
a.采用独特的光敏电阻,利用油箱被打开时光源变化,来解决偷油问题,由于采用封闭不透光式,在不透光时几乎没有能耗损失。
b.采用gsm和单片机技术,即使时人离开较远,也对油箱油有监控效果,在被盗情况下第一时间发出警报并且通知到司机手机。
c.相对于市面上的装置误报率低,成功率高,是直接从本源解决掉问题,盗窃者打开油箱就一定会触发光敏电阻或震动传感器。
d.采用全自动控制,仅需要打开开关,自动运行。

1.一种油箱防盗装置,包括电源接入口(1),单片机系统(2),GSM模块(3),光敏传感器(4),震动传感器(5),蜂鸣器和警示灯(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防盗装置,其特征在于:所述单片机系统(2)与光敏传感器(4)以及GSM模块(3)和组成主模块(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防盗装置,其特征在于:所述防盗装置传感器由光敏传感器(4)及振动传感器(5)分别构成,互补验证。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,感知到异常信号,蜂鸣器及警示灯(6)开始警报。
