Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for sterilizing and relieving itching.
Background
Beriberi, medically known as tinea pedis, commonly known as tinea pedis moisture, is an infectious disease of foot skin caused by fungi such as trichophyton rubrum. The subjective symptom is severe pruritus, and the clinical manifestation is as follows: redness (erythema, papule), blisters (blisters, pustules), scaling (desquamation), erosion (erosion), dampness (hyperhidrosis, weeping fluids), and other conditions often associated with infection. The medicines for treating fungal tinea such as dermatophytosis and the prescription are rare and numerous. The commonly used drugs are: nystatin, miconazole, ketoconazole, griseofulvin, itraconazole, fluconazole, terbinafine, amoprofen, huiwe ointment, chi-shi liniment, gentian violet, undecylenic acid preparation, potassium permanganate, cyclopirolast, naftifine, mildew, fuqi, dackering, clotrimazole, pikangwang, zuoguang, tinea pedis, betulin, etc.
Although oral administration and external application for treating fungal dermatophytosis such as dermatophytosis have different degrees of curative effects, the oral administration and external application all have the defects of uncertain curative effect, unsatisfactory effect and the like. For example, oral administration of drugs, whether new or old, has the disadvantages of great toxic and side effects, long treatment course, high cost and difficulty in being held by patients, some drugs are required to be taken under the guidance of doctors, some drugs are expensive, some drugs cannot be supplied, and people are not used to the general antifungal drugs. The external medicine has slow effect mostly and short effect-relapse occurs in less than one month after the medicine is taken; most of the medicines have single dosage form and single effect, can only kill or partially kill fungi at focus, but have no effect on fungi hidden in the external environment of feet such as shoes, socks, pads and the like (such as lack of disinfection function); some medicines have narrow action surface and poor osmosis, and the fungi at the focus cannot be killed completely by pressing the roots; some medicines are only effective on erosive beriberi, but have poor curative effect on other types of fungal tinea; some contain hormones such as Pikangwang, which are restrictive drugs; some easily generate drug resistance; most external drugs are inconvenient to use, are not sanitary, have large irritation and are easy to cause drug-induced pollution to the internal and external environments of feet, so that fungi are bred or parasitized; most of the medicines have complex production process and high production cost, and are not convenient to popularize and use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems and provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for sterilizing and relieving itching. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the traditional Chinese medicine composition for sterilizing and relieving itching comprises the following components in parts by weight:
200 parts of fructus cnidii, 200 parts of radix stemonae, 50-100 parts of fructus xanthil, 30-50 parts of liquorice, 20-50 parts of dried alum, 20-30 parts of realgar, 300 parts of paris polyphylla, 200-40 parts of borneol, 300 parts of cactus, 200-300 parts of purslane, 30 parts of pepper and white spirit.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for sterilizing and relieving itching, which comprises the following steps:
s1, removing impurities from raw materials and cleaning;
and S2, soaking the tea in 60-degree white spirit for more than half a year.
As an improvement, the paris polyphylla, the cactus and the purslane are all fresh products.
As an improvement, the white spirit soaked in the S2 is soaked in a sealed mode.
The invention has the advantages that:
the invention has obvious effect on tinea pedis caused by fungi, and has fast treatment speed and no adverse reaction. Meanwhile, the invention also has good treatment effect on mosquito bites and eczema.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail and specifically with reference to the following examples so as to facilitate the understanding of the present invention, but the following examples do not limit the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for sterilizing and relieving itching, which comprises the following components:
150g of fructus cnidii powder, 150g of radix stemonae powder, 50g of cocklebur fruit powder, 30g of liquorice, 20g of dried alum, 20g of realgar, 30g of borneol, 200g of paris polyphylla (fresh product), 200g of cactus (fresh product), 200g of purslane (fresh product) and white spirit.
Removing impurities from the above Chinese medicinal materials, cleaning, soaking in 30 jin liquor in a jar, sealing, storing for half a year, and taking out.
When in use, the cotton ball is dipped in the liquid medicine, and is coated on the affected part until the affected part has slight burning feeling and the temperature of the affected part reaches about 45 ℃, and then the cotton ball is taken down. Applied twice daily.
Example 2
The embodiment discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for sterilizing and relieving itching, which comprises the following components:
200g of fructus cnidii powder, 200g of radix stemonae powder, 100g of cocklebur fruit powder, 50g of liquorice, 50g of dried alum, 30g of realgar, 40g of borneol, 300g of paris polyphylla (fresh product), 300g of cactus (fresh product), 300g of purslane (fresh product) and white spirit.
The method of making and using this example is the same as example 1.
Example 3
The embodiment discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for sterilizing and relieving itching, which comprises the following components:
200g of fructus cnidii powder, 150g of radix stemonae powder, 75g of cocklebur fruit powder, 40g of liquorice, 30g of dried alum, 20g of realgar, 35g of borneol, 300g of paris polyphylla (fresh product), 300g of cactus (fresh product), 300g of purslane (fresh product) and white spirit.
The method of making and using this example is the same as example 1.
The applicant carried out verification tests on the scheme of the invention:
the number of the test persons was 80.
The test method comprises the following steps:
the trial patients were treated for a period of 3 weeks using the protocol disclosed in example 1, and the healing patients could end the treatment earlier. The treatment effect and adverse reaction of the patients are recorded regularly during the treatment process.
Test evaluation criteria:
(1) improvement: the itching feeling of the affected part is reduced, the area of the affected part is reduced, the erosion area is reduced, the red and swollen state of the skin is reduced, and the quantity of blisters is reduced.
(2) And (3) healing: the itching feeling is eliminated, the red and swollen skin of the affected part is removed, the blister is scabbed, and the normal skin is basically recovered.
(3) And (4) invalidation: the itching sensation was not improved and the affected area was largely unchanged.
The experimental results are as follows:
TABLE 1 evaluation of treatment effectiveness
Improvement (/ man) | Recovery (/ human) | Invalid (/ human) | Total (/ human) | |
First week | 42 | 22 | 16 | 80 |
Second week | 19 | 54 | 7 | 80 |
The third week | 5 | 74 | 1 | 80 |
As can be seen from Table 1, most patients had better therapeutic effect in the first week; after the treatment for three weeks is finished, the effective rate (the number of people who are cured and improved) is 98.75%, and the cure rate is 92.5%. In addition, in the statistics of treatment effect, no adverse reaction of patients is found.
The invention also treats 10 eczema patients and 2 mosquito and insect bite patients. It also healed within 2 weeks.
The invention has obvious effect on tinea pedis, mosquito bite and eczema caused by fungi, and has quick treatment speed and no adverse reaction.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, but they are merely exemplary, and the present invention is not equivalent to the above described embodiments. Any equivalent modifications and substitutions to those skilled in the art are also within the scope of the present invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent alterations and modifications be included within the scope of the invention, without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
