Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The frying machine does not have empty pipe detection and correction operation among the current traditional scheme, when the frying machine stews and makes liquid material pipeline appear leaking gas and produce the empty pipe, the liquid volume of extraction is not enough, leads to the condiment input inaccurate, reduces the dish taste. The liquid extraction device can accurately extract the required amount of target liquid, avoid the situation that the amount of the extracted liquid is insufficient due to empty pipes, and improve the liquid extraction accuracy.
Example one
In some optional embodiments, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of a control method for liquid quantitative extraction according to the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, a first aspect of the present application provides a method for controlling a liquid quantitative extraction, the method comprising the following steps:
s1100, acquiring total amount information of the target liquid, wherein the total amount information comprises the total liquid weight of the target liquid and the target weight of the required target liquid;
the total liquid weight of the target liquid can be obtained by weighing the target liquid, please refer to fig. 11, and fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 11, including liquid material bottle 1, the inlet pipe 2, discharging pipe 3, liquid pump 4, weighing device 5 and host computer 6, wherein, liquid material bottle 1 is used for depositing target liquid, 2 one ends of inlet pipe insert in the target liquid, the other end communicates with the inlet of liquid pump 4, the liquid outlet of liquid pump 4 is connected with discharging pipe 3, the pot body 7 is aimed at to discharging pipe 3, thereby can put in target liquid to the pot body 7 in, liquid material bottle 1 places on weighing device 5, host computer 6 is used for obtaining weighing device 5 measuring weight with weighing device 5 electric connection, host computer 6 still is used for controlling liquid pump 4 work with liquid pump 4 electric connection. The target weight is the weight of the target liquid to be used, and when implemented, the target weight can be input by a user, for example, by a touch screen, a keyboard, or the like.
S1200, controlling the liquid material extraction device to work for a preset time to extract the target liquid;
the preset time is a time value preset by the system, in some embodiments, the preset time may be set by a user, the preset time is stored in a local database, the system can access the local database to obtain the preset time, and then control the liquid material extraction device to work for the preset time, the liquid material extraction device is used for extracting the target liquid, and the liquid material extraction device includes, but is not limited to, a water pump, a liquid pump, and other liquid extraction devices.
S1300, obtaining the actual weight of the residual target liquid, and calculating the weight difference between the total weight of the liquid and the actual weight;
the liquid material extracting device extracts part of target liquid after working for a preset time, or taking the example that the target liquid is stored in the liquid material bottle 1, the liquid material extracting device is a liquid pump 4, the system controls the liquid material extracting device to extract part of target liquid in the liquid material bottle 1 into the pot body 7 after working for the preset time, at the moment, the system detects the actual weight of the target liquid left in the liquid material bottle 1, and then the difference value between the total weight of the liquid and the actual weight is calculated to be the weight difference value.
And S1400, judging whether the weight difference value and the target weight meet a preset weight condition. When the weight difference value and the target weight are judged to meet the preset weight condition, executing the step S1500, and when the weight difference value and the target weight are judged not to meet the preset weight condition, executing the step S1200;
the weight condition is a preset comparison rule, in some embodiments, the weight condition is that a difference between the weight difference and a target weight is smaller than a specific weight threshold, in implementation, the weight threshold is related to classification of target liquid, for example, in an intelligent cooker, the intelligent cooker needs to quantitatively extract the target liquid to put into a wok, the target liquid includes but is not limited to soy sauce, edible oil, vinegar, clear water, and the like, for condiments such as soy sauce, edible oil, vinegar, and the like, the putting amount needs to be strictly controlled, and is accurate to grams or even milligrams, so that fried dishes are delicious, for clear water, and the like, the putting amount can be widened and controlled, the putting amount can float between dozens of grams or even dozens of grams, the system can obtain the type of the target liquid, for example, a liquid bottle 1 containing the target liquid is attached with a code, and the type of the target liquid can be known by scanning the label code, and a weight condition corresponding to the type of the target liquid is determined.
And S1500, finishing material pumping.
If not, that is, the weight difference and the target weight do not meet the preset weight condition, the system returns to step S1200 to continue to extract the target liquid for the preset time until the weight difference and the target weight meet the preset weight condition. Taking the weight condition as an example that the difference between the weight difference and the target weight is smaller than a specific weight threshold, the system calculates the difference between the weight difference and the target weight, when the difference is larger than the weight threshold, it indicates that the weight of the extracted target liquid does not reach the target weight, controls the liquid material extraction device to work again for a preset time to extract the target liquid, measures the actual weight of the remaining target liquid, calculates the weight difference and compares the weight difference with the target weight, and finishes the material extraction process until the weight difference is judged to meet the preset weight condition.
In some embodiments, the system structure shown in fig. 11 is taken as an example, and includes a liquid material bottle 1, a feeding pipe 2, a discharging pipe 3, a liquid pump 4, a weighing device 5, a main machine 6 and a pot body 7. The control method for liquid quantitative drawing provided by the present application is applied to the main unit 6, and when the target liquid is drawn, the time required for the liquid pump 4 to draw a quantitative target liquid can be calculated according to the flow rate of the target liquid drawn by the liquid pump 4. However, in the actual application process, because the position sealing between the feeding pipe 2 connected to the liquid inlet of the liquid pump 4 and the liquid material bottle 1 is not good, air leaks in the pipeline, air enters the feeding pipe 2 to form an empty pipe, the liquid pump 4 is continuously controlled to work according to the time required for drawing a fixed amount of target liquid, and the condition that the amount of the target liquid is not accurate can be caused.
When the liquid pump extracts target liquid with target weight, the total liquid weight of the target liquid is firstly obtained, for example, the host 6 sends a weighing command to the weighing device 5, the weighing device 5 measures that the total weight of the liquid material bottle 1 is X grams, the host 6 also sends a feeding command to the liquid pump 4, the liquid pump 4 extracts the target liquid for preset time according to the feeding command sent by the host 6, for example, the target liquid is extracted for A seconds, the weighing device 5 measures the total weight of the liquid material bottle 1 again to be Y grams after the discharging is finished, the host 6 calculates that the actual extraction amount of the target liquid is X-Y grams according to the actual weight fed back by the weighing device 5, the system judges whether X-Y and the target weight meet preset weight conditions, when air exists in the feeding pipe 2, the actual extraction amount X-Y grams is less than the target weight, the system judges that a weight difference value and the preset weight condition of the target weight, at this time, the host machine 6 issues a feeding command again to the liquid pump 4, the liquid pump 4 pumps the target liquid for a second again, the weighing device 5 measures the total weight Z g of the liquid material bottle 1 again after the blanking is finished, the host machine 6 calculates the actual pumping amount of the target liquid to be X-Z g in total according to the feedback of the weighing device 5, the host machine 6 judges whether the actual pumping amount (weight difference) is consistent with the blanking amount required by the system, namely whether the weight difference and the target weight meet preset weight conditions, for example, the difference between the weight difference and the target weight is less than 1 g, the preset weight conditions are considered to be met, if the difference between the actual pumping amount and the target weight is less than 1 g, the action is finished, if the difference between the actual pumping amount and the target weight is still greater than 1 g, the above flow steps are repeated until the error between the actual pumping amount and the target weight is within the allowable range of the system, and finishing blanking.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining total amount information of target liquid, including total liquid weight of the target liquid and target weight required by the target liquid, controlling a liquid material extracting device to work for preset time to extract part of the target liquid, detecting the remaining actual weight of the target liquid to calculate a weight difference value, wherein the weight difference value is the weight of the liquid obtained by extraction, matching the weight difference value with the target weight to judge whether the preset weight condition is met, repeating the steps to control the liquid material extracting device to work for preset time to extract the target liquid when the weight difference value and the target weight do not meet the preset weight condition until the weight difference value between the total liquid weight and the actual weight of the target liquid and the target weight meet the preset required weight condition, accurately extracting the target liquid, and avoiding the condition that the extracted liquid amount is insufficient due to empty pipes, the liquid extraction accuracy is improved.
Example two
In some optional embodiments, after the target liquid is quantitatively extracted, whether an empty pipe phenomenon exists or not may be detected in the process of extracting the target liquid, please refer to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a basic flow diagram of an empty pipe judgment according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, when the judgment result is no, the method further includes the following steps after the step of controlling the liquid material extraction device to work for a preset time until the weight difference value and the target weight meet the weight condition:
s1610, calculating and generating pumping time according to the target weight and the rated pumping speed of the liquid material pumping device;
the rated material pumping speed is the maximum liquid pumping speed of the liquid material pumping device under normal operation, in the implementation, the rated material pumping speed of the liquid material pumping device is calibrated by a manufacturer, the rated material pumping speed can also be set by user input, for example, a user reads a nameplate of the liquid material pumping device to obtain the rated material pumping speed, and stores the rated material pumping speed into a local database, and after the system obtains the rated material pumping speed, the system calculates the material pumping time required for pumping the target liquid with the target weight.
S1620, acquiring the actual liquid material weight of the target liquid after the liquid material extraction device works for material extraction time;
in some embodiments, the preset time is not equal to the pumping time, and when the system repeatedly executes the steps S1200 to S1400, the working time of the liquid pumping device is overlapped, and the actual weight of the target body fluid is monitored in real time, so that when the working time of the liquid pumping device is equal to the pumping time, the actual weight of the target liquid is obtained as the actual weight of the liquid and stored in the local database, and when empty pipe judgment is needed, the actual weight of the liquid can be obtained by accessing the local database.
S1630, judging whether the actual weight and the target weight of the liquid material accord with a preset empty pipe judgment rule, if so, executing the step S1640, and if not, ending the flow;
and S1640, sending preset empty pipe alarm information to an upper computer and/or uploading the preset empty pipe alarm information to a cloud server.
The empty pipe judgment rule is a judgment rule preset by a system and used for judging whether the empty pipe phenomenon occurs in the pipeline, and specifically, when the actual weight of the liquid material is equal to the target weight, or the difference between the actual weight of the liquid material and the target weight is less than a preset weight threshold (for example, 2 grams, 5 grams or 10 grams), the empty pipe phenomenon does not occur in the pipeline. Taking the structure shown in fig. 11 as an example, when the liquid pump 4 works for a pumping time, because the feeding pipe 2 is empty, the actual weight of the liquid of the target liquid obtained by pumping is smaller than the target weight, the system determines that the actual weight of the liquid and the target weight conform to a preset empty pipe determination rule, and sends preset empty pipe alarm information to an upper computer, wherein the upper computer includes but is not limited to a display, a mobile phone, a computer, a notebook, and the like, and during implementation, the liquid level abnormal information can be uploaded to a cloud server, or simultaneously sent to the upper computer and the cloud server, and stored by the cloud server or forwarded to an associated electronic device, so that a user can find out the empty pipe abnormal in time to further take corresponding measures to process, for example, maintain or replace the feeding pipe 2 and the liquid pump 4, thereby enhancing the sealing performance of the feeding pipe 2 and the liquid pump 4, avoiding the situation where the feed pipe 2 is empty again. And when the system judges that the actual weight and the target weight of the liquid material do not accord with the preset empty pipe judgment rule, namely the actual weight of the liquid material of the target liquid extracted by the liquid material extraction device is consistent with the target weight, the feeding pipe 2 is not empty pipe, and the system does not give an alarm to end the process.
EXAMPLE III
In some alternative embodiments, please refer to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a basic flow diagram of a liquid abnormality alarm according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, in step S1200, controlling the liquid material extraction device to operate for a preset time to extract the target liquid, and recording the number of operations of the liquid material extraction device; after the step of judging that the weight difference value and the target weight do not accord with the preset weight condition, the control method for quantitatively extracting the liquid further comprises the following steps of:
s1710, judging whether the working frequency reaches a preset frequency threshold, executing a step S1720 when the judgment result is yes, and executing a step S1200 when the judgment result is no;
and S1720, generating abnormal information of the total amount of the liquid, and sending the abnormal information to an upper computer and/or uploading the abnormal information to a cloud server.
When the system judges that the weight difference value and the target weight do not accord with the preset weight condition, the system executes the operation of controlling the liquid material extraction device to continue working for the preset time, and simultaneously records the working times of controlling the liquid material extraction device to work for the preset time by the system. When the working frequency reaches a preset frequency threshold value, for example, the working frequency reaches 50 times, 80 times or 100 times, that is, when the liquid material extraction device extracts the target liquid and extracts the preset frequency threshold value, the weight difference value and the target weight of the extracted target liquid still do not accord with preset weight conditions, it is judged that the target liquid is possibly used up, the system generates liquid total amount abnormal information, and sends the liquid total amount abnormal information to the upper computer, so as to remind a user that the target liquid is abnormal, or simultaneously sends the liquid total amount abnormal information to the upper computer and the cloud server, and the cloud server stores or forwards the liquid total amount abnormal information to the associated electronic equipment, so as to remind the user.
Example four
In some alternative embodiments, please refer to fig. 4, and fig. 4 is a basic flowchart illustrating setting of the preset time according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, before the step of controlling the liquid material extracting device to operate for the preset time to extract the target liquid, the method further includes the following steps:
s1010, obtaining classification information of the target liquid;
the classification information represents the type of the target liquid, in implementation, the classification information of the target liquid may be input by a user and stored in a local database, and in other embodiments, the classification information of the target liquid may be stored in a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag, for example, the liquid material bottle 1 is attached with an RFID tag, the RFID tag stores the classification information corresponding to the target liquid in the liquid material bottle 1, and the RFID tag may be read and written in a Radio Frequency manner, please refer to fig. 5, where fig. 5 is a specific flowchart illustrating the process of acquiring the classification information according to the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the step of acquiring classification information of the target liquid includes the steps of:
s1001, controlling a radio frequency module to radiate a preset radio frequency signal to an RFID (radio frequency identification) tag, wherein the RFID tag stores classification information of target liquid;
s1002, obtaining the classification information fed back after the RFID label receives the radio frequency signal.
The RFID tag is used for receiving the wireless radio frequency signal, generating induction current when receiving the wireless radio frequency signal, and transmitting classification information stored in the chip by virtue of energy obtained by the induction current.
And S1020, searching a target time corresponding to the classification information in a preset liquid pumping database to serve as preset time.
The system acquires the classification information, then traverses the classification information in a preset liquid pumping database, inquires the target time corresponding to the classification information, when in implementation, the liquid pumping database stores time information corresponding to different liquid types in advance, such as time information corresponding to soy sauce, oil consumption and clear water respectively, and the preset time is determined according to the classification information of the target liquid, so that the extracted liquid meets the actual use requirement.
Taking the application of the control method for quantitatively extracting liquid in the application to a cooking machine as an example, in the cooking process of the cooking machine, liquid needs to be quantitatively put in to ensure the taste of dishes, for example, target liquid is soy sauce and clear water, the soy sauce and the clear water are respectively contained in liquid material bottles which are not used, each liquid material bottle is correspondingly provided with a weigher, a feeding pipe, a liquid pump and an RFID reader, a host is electrically connected with the weigher, the liquid pump and the RFID reader, because the usage amount of the soy sauce and the clear water is different every time, for example, only 10 grams or 15 grams of the soy sauce is probably needed to be added into the dishes, the extraction time needs to be finely controlled every time of extracting the soy sauce, for example, the preset time of extracting the soy sauce is 0.2 second, the soy sauce is 5 grams of 0.2 second, and the clear water is used for stewing soup or pot washing and the like, half jin or one jin is needed to be used every time, for, the weight of the clear water which is extracted for 2 seconds is 300 g, and liquid pumps with different material extracting speeds can be arranged corresponding to different liquids so as to meet the use requirements. When the target liquid needs to be quantitatively extracted, for example, 15 g of soy sauce is extracted, the classification information in the RFID label stored on a liquid material bottle is acquired through an RFID reader, then the target time corresponding to the classification information is searched in a liquid extraction database as preset time, the system measures the whole weight of the soy sauce through a weigher and controls a liquid pump to work for the preset time to extract the soy sauce, the residual actual weight of the soy sauce is measured after the extraction is finished, the weight difference value between the weight difference value and the whole weight is calculated, whether the weight difference value and the target weight (15 g) meet preset weight conditions or not is judged, if not, the liquid material extraction device is continuously controlled to work for the preset time to extract the soy sauce, then the weighing calculation and the judgment are carried out until the weight difference value and the target weight meet the preset weight conditions, the influence of an empty pipe in a pipeline is eliminated, and the required amount of the, the liquid extraction accuracy is improved, and the situation that the amount of the extracted liquid is insufficient due to empty pipes is avoided. It should be noted that the preset time and the weight in the above embodiments are exemplified values, and in implementation, the preset time and the weight of the target liquid may also be other specific values, which can achieve the purpose of improving the accuracy of quantitatively extracting the target liquid.

EXAMPLE six
In some alternative embodiments, the present application also provides a cooker comprising a control device for the quantitative liquid extraction as described above.
When implementing, as shown in fig. 11, the system architecture of the cooking machine includes liquid material bottle 1, the inlet pipe 2, the discharging pipe 3, liquid pump 4, weighing device 5 and host computer 6, wherein, liquid material bottle 1 is used for depositing target liquid, during inlet pipe 2 one end is inserted into target liquid, the other end communicates with the inlet of liquid pump 4, the liquid outlet and the discharging pipe 3 of liquid pump 4 are connected, the pot body 7 is aimed at to discharging pipe 3, thereby can put target liquid into the pot body 7, liquid material bottle 1 is placed on weighing device 5, host computer 6 is used for obtaining weighing device 5 measuring weight with weighing device 5 electric connection, host computer 6 still is used for controlling liquid pump 4 work with liquid pump 4 electric connection.
When the target liquid is extracted, that is, when the cooker performs the feeding, the time required for the liquid pump 4 to quantitatively extract the target liquid can be calculated according to the flow rate of the target liquid extracted by the liquid pump 4.
When the liquid pump extracts the target liquid with the target weight, the host 6 issues a weighing command to the weighing device 5 to obtain the total weight of the liquid, the weighing device 5 measures that the total weight of the liquid material bottle 1 is X grams, meanwhile, the host 6 also issues a feeding command to the liquid pump 4, the liquid pump 4 extracts the target liquid for a preset time according to the feeding command issued by the host 6, for example, the target liquid is extracted for A seconds, after the discharging is finished, the weighing device 5 measures that the total weight of the liquid material bottle 1 is Y grams again, the host 6 calculates that the actual extraction amount of the target liquid is X-Y grams according to the actual weight fed back by the weighing device 5, the system judges whether the X-Y and the target weight accord with preset weight conditions, when air exists in the feeding pipe 2, the actual extraction amount X-Y grams is less than the target weight, the system judges that the weight difference value and the target weight do not accord with the preset weight conditions, for example, if the difference between the actual extraction amount and the target weight is less than Z grams, the action is finished if the preset weight condition is met; and if the difference between the actual extraction amount and the target weight exceeds Z grams, the preset weight condition is not met, the process steps are repeated until the error between the actual extraction amount and the target weight is within the range allowed by the system, and the blanking is finished.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
