Still including pressing from both sides tight material mechanism 9, press from both sides tight material mechanism 9 including second connecting rod 91, support material post 92, fourth spring 93 and step up ring 94, hold 3 outer wall left and right sides middle parts of material seat and all be connected with second connecting rod 91, second connecting rod 91 inboard all is connected with supports material post 92, it all is connected with on the material post 92 to slidingtype and adds ring 94, it all is connected with fourth spring 93 to step up between the ring 94 outside and the second connecting rod 91 outside, fourth spring 93 all overlaps on supporting material post 92.

the upper part of the first support frame (4) is connected with the fixed material mechanism (7) in a sliding manner, and parts of the fixed material mechanism (7) are matched with parts of the slitting mechanism (6);
the third rotating shaft (5) is connected with the peeling mechanism (8) in a threaded mode, parts of the peeling mechanism (8) are connected with the first supporting frame (4) in a sliding mode, and parts of the peeling mechanism (8) are matched with parts of the slitting mechanism (6).
2. A melon and fruit peeling and slitting device for food processing according to claim 1, wherein the transmission and speed change mechanism (2) comprises:
one side of the top of the bottom plate (1) is connected with the servo motor (21);
the middle of the top of the bottom plate (1) is rotatably connected with a first rotating shaft (22), and the top of the first rotating shaft (22) is connected with the bottom of the material bearing seat (3);
the transmission assembly (23) is connected between the first rotating shaft (22) and an output shaft of the servo motor (21);
the second rotating shaft (24) is rotatably connected to one side, close to the first rotating shaft (22), of the top of the bottom plate (1);
and a transmission and speed change gear set (25) is connected among the second rotating shaft (24), the first rotating shaft (22) and the third rotating shaft (5).
3. A melon and fruit peeling and slitting device for food processing according to claim 2, wherein the slitting mechanism (6) comprises:
the second supporting frame (61) is arranged on one side, close to the first rotating shaft (22), of the top of the bottom plate (1);
the intermediate gear (62) is rotatably connected between the two sides of the upper part of the second support frame (61);
one side of the second support frame (61) is connected with the first rack (63) in a sliding manner, and the first rack (63) is meshed with the intermediate gear (62);
the first spring (64) is connected between the bottom of the first rack (63) and the bottom plate (1);
one side of the first support frame (4) close to the middle gear (62) is connected with a second rack (65) in a sliding mode, and the second rack (65) is meshed with the middle gear (62);
the cutting blade group (66) is arranged on one side, close to the material bearing seat (3), of the second rack (65), and the cutting blade group (66) is matched with a part of the fixed material mechanism (7).
