The ozone generator 12 is arranged in the middle of the air filter element 14, the air filter element 14 filters dust in air, the ozone generator 12 is communicated with an inlet of a fan 17 (the fan 17 can be a Roots fan and the like) through a ventilation hose 11, and an outlet of the fan 17 is communicated with a spraying device through another ventilation hose 11.
