The charging and paying method utilizes the current driving path of the vehicle judged and recorded by the vehicle-mounted equipment, automatically calculates the fee to be paid in real time according to the received specific fee collection standard of the relevant road, bridge and tunnel, and finishes automatic payment in a pre-bound payment mode when leaving the toll road section.
The vehicle-mounted equipment is provided with satellite positioning and 5G positioning functions, and the current driving path of the vehicle is accurately judged and recorded in combination with the driving path of the vehicle. The equipment is simultaneously provided with a 5G internet of things communication function, and can receive the related information of the current road provided by the server, including whether the current path contains a charging item, a charging standard and the like.
And after the vehicle-mounted equipment determines that the passing path of the vehicle contains a charging item, immediately calculating the fee to be paid according to the charging item and the driving path, and immediately completing the fee payment after leaving the charging road section.
The vehicle-mounted equipment can receive other related information of the highway system through the 5G internet of things communication function and provides confirmation or correction for judging the driving path.
The biggest difference between the charging mode and the charging mode of the existing toll road is that the vehicle-mounted equipment completes automatic charging of vehicle passing and actively completes charging without charging and charging by a charging system at a charging place. If all vehicles adopt the charging mode of the invention to charge, the existing toll collection places of roads, bridges and tunnels can be eliminated, and a large amount of expenses required for building the toll collection places in road construction and huge labor cost in road management and operation can be saved.
