The electronic commerce transaction big data cloud platform is characterized by comprising a data storage module, a login and registration module and a transaction big data cloud platform, wherein the transaction big data cloud platform comprises three layers, namely a system bottom layer, a middle layer and a system upper layer; the system bottom layer consists of a plurality of merchant internet servers, and the merchant internet servers are used for providing price inquiring and ordering services; the middle layer is used for realizing interaction between a system bottom layer and a system upper layer, the middle layer is specifically a workflow engine module, the system upper layer is specifically a transaction cloud platform, and the transaction cloud platform is used for realizing business logic and external display; interface definition and separation are carried out among the system bottom layer, the middle layer and the system upper layer by adopting a Web service technology, and interaction among the system bottom layer, the middle layer and the system upper layer is carried out by adopting SOAP messages;
the workflow engine module is used for realizing interaction between a system bottom layer and a system upper layer and controlling a complete customer purchase transaction process, and the specific purchase transaction process comprises the following steps:

step three: after the customer selects the commodity and the merchant, placing an order through order service in Web service of the transaction cloud platform, and feeding back the order service to the merchant;
step four: after the order is confirmed, the customer carries out payment operation to the online bank through the transaction cloud platform;
step five: and after the confirmation information is obtained, the transaction cloud platform informs the merchant of delivering goods to finish the transaction.

The e-commerce transaction big data cloud platform of claim 1, wherein: the transaction cloud platform is specifically composed of a customer management module, a merchant management module, a front-end service module and a background management module, wherein the customer management module is used for realizing management of personal information and order information by customers, and the merchant management module is used for maintaining an online store in a Web page mode through the transaction cloud platform by merchants to realize maintenance of business information; the front-end service module is used for providing registration, payment, commodity navigation and merchant navigation functions, the customer and the merchant are positioned to the merchant or the commodity in a keyword inputting mode through the commodity navigation or merchant navigation function in the front-end service module, and the background management module is used for maintaining the transaction cloud platform and comprises a commission management unit, the merchant and a customer management unit.
