The information processing method provided by the embodiment of the application is suitable for server side equipment of a home service platform. The server device may be a computer device that provides services related to home services to the user, and generally has the capability of undertaking and securing the services. The server-side equipment can respond to a service request of the user terminal and provide services such as home service subscription or reservation and the like for the user. The server device may be a single server device, a cloud server array, or a Virtual Machine (VM) running in the cloud server array. In addition, the server device may also refer to other computing devices with corresponding service capabilities, such as a terminal device (running a service program) such as a computer.
The user terminal may be installed with a home services type application. The user terminals are different in implementation form, and the housekeeping service applications are different in implementation form. For example, the user terminal is a desktop or a notebook, and the like, and the home service application may be implemented as a client or a web page, and the like; for another example, the user terminal is a smart phone, a wearable device, or the like, and the home service application may be implemented as an APP.
The server-side equipment and the user terminal equipment can be in wireless or wired connection. Optionally, the ue may be communicatively connected to the server device through a mobile network, and accordingly, the network format of the mobile network may be any one of 2G (GSM), 2.5G (GPRS), 3G (WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, CDMA2000, UTMS), 4G (LTE), 4G + (LTE +), 5G, WiMax, and the like. Optionally, the user terminal may also be in communication connection with the server device through bluetooth, WiFi, infrared, or the like.
In practical application, the user terminal can display the associated information of the home service provider for the user to look up. The user can decide whether to reserve or subscribe the home-based service provided by the home-based service provider by referring to the associated information of the home-based service provider. In the embodiment of the present application, the home-based service provider refers to a company, an organization, and the like that provide home-based services for a user, and may be a month-to-law company, a nurse company, a moving company, a cleaning company, a home maintenance service company, and the like. Accordingly, the home care service provided by the home care service provider may be, but is not limited to, services of a month sao, a child care, a caregiver, moving, cleaning, home maintenance, and the like. The association information of the home service provider may include: an identification (e.g., name, etc.) of the home service provider, a profile, a detailed description, address information, a contact address, and a type of home service provided by the home service provider. The plurality means 2 or more than 2.
In consideration of the fact that the display sequence of the home service providers often affects the orders of users for the home service providers, the orders of the home service providers in the front of the display sequence are generally large, and the orders of the home service providers in the back of the display sequence are small. In order to improve the utilization rate of service resources provided by the home administration service provider and prevent the generation of a lower order quantity of the home administration service provider with the front display order from being over-requested, and a lower order quantity of the home administration service provider with the back display order is less, even 0, the embodiment provides a method for performing display sequencing based on the real-time service capability of the home administration service provider, and the specific implementation manner is as follows:
the historical order information of the home services provider may reflect the service capabilities of the home services provider to some extent. Based on this, in step 101, historical order information of a plurality of home service providers may be obtained. Wherein, a plurality means 2 or more. Wherein, historical order information includes: and one or more of historical evaluation information, order placing quantity, order receiving quantity and completion quantity corresponding to the historical orders. The historical evaluation information may be a historical score, an evaluation grade, a comment, or the like. The plurality of home service providers may be all home service providers of the home service platform or part of the home service providers of the home service platform. The types of the home services provided by the home service providers may be completely the same or partially the same. Further, in step 102, the service capabilities of the plurality of home service providers may be calculated according to the historical order information of the plurality of home service providers. The service capacity represents a service capacity upper limit of each home service provider calculated according to the historical order information.
Further, considering that the real-time order information of the home administration service provider reflects the currently paid service capability of the home administration service provider to some extent, in step 101, the real-time order information of a plurality of home administration service providers can be obtained. Wherein, the real-time order information may include: and the information of the household service provider such as the order placing quantity, the order receiving quantity, the requirement of the real-time order and the like. Wherein, the demand of the real-time order can include: the expected service time of the order, the type of service, the qualification of the personnel required for the service, the number of the personnel required for the service, and the like. Further, in step 103, service redundancy capabilities of the plurality of home service providers may be determined according to the real-time order information of the plurality of home service providers and the service capabilities of the plurality of home service providers. The service redundancy capability of the home service provider is the service capability that the home service provider can provide, namely the remaining service capability. Then, in step 104, the display order of the plurality of home service providers may be determined according to the service redundancy capabilities of the plurality of home service providers, and in step 105, the display order of the plurality of home service providers is provided to the user terminal. For the user terminal, the associated information of the plurality of home service providers can be displayed according to the display sequence of the plurality of home service providers.
In this embodiment, since the display order of the associated information of the home administration service provider at the user terminal is sorted according to the service redundancy capability of the home administration service provider, the service redundancy capability of the home administration service provider can reflect the service capability that the home administration service provider can provide, which is beneficial to improving the order number of the home administration service provider with strong service redundancy capability, and is further beneficial to improving the resource utilization rate of the home administration service provider and reducing the resource waste of the home administration service provider.
In order to further improve the resource utilization rate of the home administration service providers, the home administration service providers can be dispatched according to the service redundancy capabilities of the home administration service providers. Optionally, the order may be preferentially assigned to the home service provider with strong service redundancy capability, so that the service requirement of the user is satisfied in time.
In an embodiment of the present application, the historical order information of the multiple home services providers may include: the method comprises the following steps of obtaining one or more of historical order placing quantity, historical order receiving quantity, historical order completion rate, historical evaluation information and the like of a home service provider. The historical order information is counted by taking days, 2 days, weeks or multiple weeks as a unit, and the historical order information can reflect the service capacity of the home service provider in unit time. Optionally, the historical rating information may include: the historical order evaluation in unit time or the historical evaluation of the home-based service provider reflects the service quality of the home-based service provider and the satisfaction degree of the user on the home-based service provider to a certain extent. For an order with low service quality or low user satisfaction, the service capability of the home service provider cannot meet the order to a certain extent. Based on the above analysis, an alternative embodiment for determining the service capabilities of multiple home service providers is: acquiring historical evaluation information aiming at each of a plurality of household service providers from historical order information of the plurality of household service providers; according to historical order information of a plurality of home administration service providers, calculating the order taking rate and the order completion rate of the home administration service providers; and calculating the service capacity of the plurality of home administration service providers according to the respective historical evaluation information, order taking rate and order completion rate of the plurality of home administration service providers.
Optionally, for any one of the multiple home administration service providers (defined as home administration service provider a), obtaining a historical order placing amount and a historical order receiving amount of the home administration service provider a from historical order information of the home administration service provider a; and taking the ratio of the historical order receiving quantity of the home administration service provider A to the historical order receiving quantity as the order receiving rate of the home administration service provider A.
Correspondingly, acquiring historical order receiving quantity and historical completion quantity of the home administration service provider A from historical order information of the home administration service provider A; and taking the ratio of the historical completion quantity of the home administration service provider A to the historical order receiving quantity as the order completion rate of the home administration service provider A.
Further, considering that an order with low service quality or low user satisfaction indicates that the service capability of the home-based service provider cannot satisfy the order to some extent, based on this, when calculating the service capabilities of the plurality of home-based service providers, the service weighting coefficients of the plurality of home-based service providers can be calculated according to the historical evaluation information, the order receiving rate, and the order completion rate of the plurality of home-based service providers.
Calculating respective historical effective order amount of the multiple household service providers according to respective service weighting coefficients and historical order completion amount of the multiple household service providers; and taking the history effective order quantity of each of the plurality of home service providers as the service capacity of the plurality of home service providers. Wherein the historical effective order amount is a historical effective order completion amount.
Alternatively, for a service capability provider with poor rating, low order taking rate or low order completion rate in the historical rating information, a low service weighting coefficient may be multiplied. For example, a home service provider has a historical completion count of 100 sheets, but has 20 bad scores; or the order receiving amount of the home service provider is 200, but the order completion amount is only 100, and the historical effective order completion amount of the home service provider is multiplied by a lower service weighting coefficient. E.g., 75%, 80%, etc. And specific values are determined according to set calculation rules and historical order information of the home service provider.
Further, since the historical effective order amount of the home-based service provider reflects the order amount that the home-based service provider can accomplish to a certain extent, the difference between the real-time order amount and the historical effective order amount of the plurality of home-based service providers can be calculated by the plurality of home-based service providers in real time, and the service redundancy capabilities of the plurality of home-based service providers can be determined according to the difference between the real-time order amount and the historical effective order amount of the plurality of home-based service providers; wherein, the larger the difference between the real-time order quantity and the historical effective order quantity of the home service provider is, the stronger the service redundancy capability is. Alternatively, the difference between the real-time order amount and the historical effective order amount of the home service provider may be used as an index for measuring the home service capability of the home service provider, or the difference between the real-time order amount and the historical effective order amount of the home service provider may be directly used as the service redundancy capability of the home service provider.
Further, the plurality of home service providers may be ranked according to their service redundancy capabilities. Preferably, the stronger the service redundancy capability of the home service provider, the more forward its presentation order is. Accordingly, any one of the plurality of service home service providers (defined as a first home service provider) determines that the display order of the home service provider is behind the other home service providers if the home service provider has no service redundancy capability. In some embodiments, the first home service provider refers to a home service provider whose then real-time order amount reaches its historical effective order amount, i.e., a home service provider without service redundancy capability. One or more first home service providers may exist among the plurality of home service providers. Wherein the number of the first home service providers is less than or equal to the number of the plurality of home service providers in the step 101.
Optionally, if there are multiple first housekeeping service providers, the multiple first housekeeping service providers may be ranked according to service capabilities of the multiple first housekeeping service providers, and ranking results of the multiple first housekeeping service providers are used as display orders of the multiple first housekeeping service providers. That is, in the present embodiment, the display order of the first home service providers is located behind other home service providers with service redundancy capability, and the first home service providers are sorted according to the size of the service capability.
Further, for the first housekeeping service provider without the service redundancy capability, in order to prevent the first loading service provider from being unable to process the user order in time due to excessive ordering of the user, the ordering entry of the first housekeeping service provider without the service redundancy capability may be closed to clearly indicate that the daily order receiving amount of the housekeeping service provider reaches the upper limit of daily processing, so that the user can select other housekeeping service providers with the service redundancy capability conveniently, the waiting time of the user is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the execution subjects of the steps of the methods provided in the above embodiments may be the same device, or different devices may be used as the execution subjects of the methods. For example, the execution subject of steps 101 and 102 may be device a; for another example, the execution subject of step 101 may be device a, and the execution subject of step 102 may be device B; and so on.
In addition, in some of the flows described in the above embodiments and the drawings, a plurality of operations are included in a specific order, but it should be clearly understood that the operations may be executed out of the order presented herein or in parallel, and the sequence numbers of the operations, such as 101, 102, etc., are merely used for distinguishing different operations, and the sequence numbers do not represent any execution order per se.
