And finally, binding the human body characteristic information corresponding to the same user with the user registration information to integrate into a database of the corresponding user.
After user registration information (mainly comprising a user name and a mobile phone number) and human body characteristic information which are matched with the user are obtained, the track of the user can be monitored.
In an embodiment of the present application, the user registration information at least includes a user name and a mobile phone number; the processor 230 is further configured to:
A. acquiring a track of the user in a mall based on a time sequence through a plurality of video data covering different positions according to the human body characteristic information of the user; wherein the track is used for analyzing personnel visit conditions of one or more business areas in the commercial site;
B. predicting the consumption intention of the user according to the track, and feeding back merchant information of one or more corresponding merchants related to the consumption intention of the user to the user through a mobile phone number in the user registration information.
It should be noted that the cameras 220 in the user information obtaining and associating system 200 described herein are only arranged corresponding to the human-computer interaction terminal 210, and the cameras 220 are arranged in a plurality of areas in the whole business place to track the tracks of the users.
In some embodiments, for the tracking of the user, the user appearing in the video data can be confirmed or matched through the human body feature data of the user, and then the trajectory of the user can be analyzed based on the time point.
The application can also realize the track of the user with the face information through a target tracking algorithm, namely a neural network-based deep learning algorithm for finding the interested target motion position in the images in the video sequence. The target tracking algorithm includes, but is not limited to, such algorithms as the MeanShift tracking algorithm, the Camshift tracking algorithm, the similarity metric algorithm, the Kalman filter algorithm, and the like.
In an embodiment of the present application, the merchant information includes: any one or more combinations of product information of the merchant, discount information of the merchant, deal amount information of the merchant, and sales amount ranking information of the merchant in the merchant.
For example, information on hot-sold products, products with high sales, highly rated stores, and store information with high sales provide users with high-quality recommendations to improve the possibility of bargaining.
In this embodiment, the user trajectory obtained through analysis can be used to find which stores the user goes to, and certainly under the authority of acquiring the in-store camera 220, the user can also know which products the user emphatically looks at, so as to predict what the user may buy, and accordingly, high-quality products, stores, preferential activities and the like can be pertinently recommended to the user.
For example, the obtained user track is analyzed, it is found that the user goes to a plurality of shops selling ceramic tiles, and it can be predicted that the user wants to buy ceramic tiles, and hot ceramic tile products including styles, prices, preferential information and the like can be sent to the user in a short message form through a mobile phone number in user registration information, or the user is informed through the ways under the condition that the user pays attention to the public number or the applet of the market, so that high-quality products, shops, preferential activities and the like can be pertinently recommended to the user.
For another example, if it is found that the user has gone to a large number of furniture stores but cannot know what product the user specifically wants to buy, it is recommended to send the user the store information of high sales or high reputation or the store information of the sales promotion activity.
In summary, the user information acquisition and association system can correspond user information to specific people, realize integration of the user information and user characteristics, and can predict the purchasing intention of the user according to the track of the user, thereby providing targeted high-quality service for the user.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the apparatus 300 includes:
an obtaining module 301, configured to obtain user information and video data of one or more locations in a shopping mall;
the processing module 302 is configured to extract human body feature information of the registered user according to the video data, and bind the human body feature information with the corresponding user registration information.
It should be noted that, because the contents of information interaction, execution process, and the like between the modules/units of the apparatus are based on the same concept as the method embodiment described in the present application, the technical effect brought by the contents is the same as the method embodiment of the present application, and specific contents may refer to the description in the foregoing method embodiment of the present application, and are not described herein again.
It should be further noted that the division of the modules of the above apparatus is only a logical division, and the actual implementation may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity, or may be physically separated. And these units can be implemented entirely in software, invoked by a processing element; or may be implemented entirely in hardware; and part of the modules can be realized in the form of calling software by the processing element, and part of the modules can be realized in the form of hardware. For example, the processing module 302 may be a separate processing element, or may be integrated into a chip of the apparatus, or may be stored in a memory of the apparatus in the form of program code, and a processing element of the apparatus calls and executes the functions of the processing module 302. Other modules are implemented similarly. In addition, all or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently realized. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in the form of software.
For example, the above modules may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the above methods, such as: one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), or one or more microprocessors (DSPs), or one or more Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), among others. For another example, when one of the above modules is implemented in the form of a Processing element scheduler code, the Processing element may be a general-purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other processor capable of calling program code. For another example, these modules may be integrated together and implemented in the form of a system-on-a-chip (SOC).
In an embodiment of the present application, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the functionality of the system as described in fig. 2.
The computer-readable storage medium, as will be appreciated by one of ordinary skill in the art: the embodiment for realizing the functions of the system and each unit can be realized by hardware related to computer programs. The aforementioned computer program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. When the program is executed, the embodiment including the functions of the system and the units is executed; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
To sum up, the present application provides a user information acquisition and association system, device and storage medium, the system includes: the man-machine interaction terminal is used for acquiring user registration information; one or more cameras for acquiring video data at one or more locations within the mall; and the processor is used for extracting the human body characteristic information of the registered user according to the video data and binding the human body characteristic information with the corresponding user registration information.
The application effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

Claims (11)

1. A system for obtaining and associating user information, the system comprising:
the man-machine interaction terminal is used for acquiring user registration information;
one or more cameras for acquiring video data at one or more locations within the mall;
and the processor is used for extracting the human body characteristic information of the registered user according to the video data and binding the human body characteristic information with the corresponding user registration information.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the user registration information is registered through a registration channel provided by scanning a two-dimensional code displayed on the human-computer interaction terminal.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the processor is further configured to perform the following functions:
after the user registration information is acquired, starting a preset interactive application program on the human-computer interaction terminal;
realizing interaction with a user through a control signal received by the human-computer interaction terminal, and calculating corresponding reward information when the interactive application program is finished;
adding the reward information to the user registration information.
4. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the user registration information includes at least a user name and a mobile phone number.
5. The system of claim 3, wherein the interactive content of the interactive application comprises: questionnaire survey, sign-in, draw a lottery, point acquisition and exchange, game, take a picture, sing song any one.
6. The system according to claim 1, wherein the extracting the human body feature information of the registered user according to the video data and binding with the corresponding user registration information comprises:
selecting the video data covering the position of the human-computer interaction terminal according to the position of the human-computer interaction terminal of the acquired user registration information;
determining a user to be registered in the video data according to the acquisition time of the user registration information;
extracting human body characteristic information corresponding to the user according to the video data;
and binding the human body characteristic information corresponding to the same user with the user registration information.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the human characteristic information comprises: any one or more of face feature information, body shape feature information, gait feature information, dressing color feature information, and hair style feature information.
8. The system of claim 6, wherein the user registration information comprises at least a user name and a mobile phone number; the processor is further configured to perform the following functions:
acquiring a track of the user in a mall based on a time sequence through a plurality of video data covering different positions according to the human body characteristic information of the user; wherein the track is used for analyzing personnel visit conditions of one or more business areas in the commercial site;
predicting the consumption intention of the user according to the track, and feeding back merchant information of one or more corresponding merchants related to the consumption intention of the user to the user through a mobile phone number in the user registration information.
9. The system of claim 7, wherein the merchant information comprises: any one or more combinations of product information of the merchant, discount information of the merchant, deal amount information of the merchant, and sales amount ranking information of the merchant in the merchant.
10. An electronic device, the device comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring user information and video data of one or more positions in a market;
and the processing module is used for extracting the human body characteristic information of the registered user according to the video data and binding the human body characteristic information with the corresponding user registration information.
11. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed, perform the functions of the system of any one of claims 1 to 9.
