技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造用于覆盖层、卫生器皿的部件和厨房设备等的产品的方法。
发明概述
本发明更具体地涉及一种具有特殊性能的产品,所述产品能够被用作用于覆盖层、卫生器皿的部件和厨房设备和家庭工作台面(worktop)的产品。这种产品由一种聚合透明树脂或者也可以是彩色的树脂构成,其中,由大理石和/或其它石头的砾石构成的插入物基本上被均匀地埋置着。所述砾石也可以由其它工艺回收的废料获得,并且最好是圆滑的。
为了获得特定的效果,保证树脂的表面保护,以及其它目的或优点,根据本发明,可以设想产品的有用表面应该通过用研磨刷拭擦而加工,从而在对应于树脂的地方获得轻微的凹陷,而在对应于所述插入物的地方获得轻微的凸起,这些凸起基本均匀地分布并被所述凹陷包围着。
有利的是,在一个可能的实施例中,在利用研磨剂磨擦之前,该产品被“斩首”(即,被机加工以均匀地去除一个有限的厚度),由此所述插入物出现在具有光滑表面的所述表面上;由所述插入物形成的轻微的凸起保持光滑、共面(平齐)、并且由所述轻微的凹陷包围着,所述轻微的凹陷通过磨擦获得。
在磨擦之后可以是对树脂和插入物的表面抛光处理。
本发明还涉及一种用于覆盖层、卫生器皿的部件和厨房设备和家庭工作台面的产品。这种产品由一种聚合透明树脂或者也可以是或多或少彩色的树脂构成,其中,由大理石和/或其它石头的砾石构成的插入物基本上被均匀地埋置着;所述砾石也可以由其它工艺回收的废料而获得。根据本发明的产品,其特征在于,在所述产品的有用表面上具有对应于所述插入物的轻微凸起和对应于所述树脂的轻微的凹陷。
有利地,所述插入物可以是表面光滑的(作为所述“斩首”加工的结果),从而使所述凸起变得光滑和共面(平齐)并且被所述轻微的凹陷包围着。

优选实施例
如附图所示,其使用了一种已知的技术(如同1995年3月19日相同申请人的在先意大利专利申请No.FI/96/A/54),由透明的、也可能是彩色的合成树脂1和一些埋置在所述树脂中形式为砾石或其它石头材料的插入物3形成了密聚体,所述石头材料或者是天然的或者可能是通过先前的工艺由废料获得的,例如通过先前的工艺处理碎片以获得通过水的拉力自然移动形成的天然砾石具有的圆滑形状;所述树脂然后被聚合。聚合的树脂足够透明或者完全透明,从而使插入物3能够通过所述树脂的厚度被看到。
前述产品所获得的表面如图1所示,具有一个表面S,该表面将会是可见的,并且通常是几何平坦的。如上所述,一个平坦的表面提供这样一种非常均匀的外观,从而具有并不总是可以接受的特性。另外,因为表面S几乎全部由聚合树脂1构成,其抗机械磨损性能和抵抗热应力的性能没有提供将在家政情况使用时最好由所述表面提供的稳定性;所述热应力例如由在所述表面上放置温度相对较高的金属烹饪器具产生,所述家政情况例如厨房工作台面表面或者在起居室等中的表面。
根据本发明,可以通过使用光洁度逐渐增加的研磨剂、以强度或大或小地磨擦的方式处理所述表面S,从而磨擦所述插入物提供更大抵抗力的所述树脂的未覆盖表面;因此,在处理表面S1之后,如图2所示,通过所磨树脂区域使表面S1变得起伏并且通过所述树脂中埋置的表面插入物的结构(其实际上保持不变)提供了更大的抵抗力。结果,表面S1由所述表面上的由所述插入物的表面表示的凸起部分和由所述树脂形成的具有轻微凹陷和起伏的区域构成,其中所述树脂区域因此不会与放置在以这种方式处理的产品上的任何物体直接接触。
根据本发明进一步的改进,如图1所示的起始产品首先通过去除一定的厚度X而进行加工(即所谓“斩首”),从而形成一个平坦表面S10(图3);该表面S10部分由树脂构成,部分由石头材料的插入物构成,所述插入物与所述树脂一起被磨掉,并且该插入物形成基本平坦、平齐并且出现在表面S10上的表面I。在这种情况下,同样地,在去除一定厚度X之后,即,如图3中所示所述表面插入物13的所谓“斩首”之后,用研磨剂磨擦,如同已经描述的用于图2中所示工艺;因此,最终表面由“斩首”的插入物13和形成轻微凹陷的表面S13的区域I构成(图4和图6);形成轻微凹陷的表面S13与所述平齐的表面I相连并且具有轻微倒圆的周边。在这种情况下,同样地,放置在已处理产品的最终表面上的物体支撑在由石头插入物13的材料形成的区域I上,而所凹陷S13中的表面被保护着,不会与所述物体接触。因此,所述物体只是由表面I支撑着。
“斩首”作用会降低由树脂形成的表面的百分比,从而增加耐热、耐磨损能力。
如图2、4或6所示,通过上述处理获得的所述表面轻微起伏的外观当然更加赏心悦目,并且通过其它方式区别于平滑表面的外观,所述平滑表面例如图1中完全由树脂S构成,或者如图3中由表面S10和“斩首”材料13的表面I构成。相反,参照图2或者参照图4和6获得的结构与完全和单一平坦的表面相比具有更多的特性和变化的外观。
关于上述美学的优点,其具有一个功能性的效果是,由聚合树脂形成的表面S1或表面S13的凹陷被保护着与磨损或者热效应隔开,因为后者否则会在放置蒸煮容器或其它物体时作用在树脂上,放置这些容器或物体可以为任何目的而例如放在厨房工作台面上。由石头插入物形成的凸出表面(例如表面I或图2倒圆的表面)耐磨损和耐热,并且能长期保持其光泽。
所述聚合树脂在聚合后必须是透明的或者基本透明的,以允许看到插入物3或13,就象是浸没在清水中的砾石。因为这些树脂会随时间产生轻微的色彩变化,所述透明树脂在开始时可以有利地被轻微地染色,以避免由于过分的色彩变化而导致在聚合时完全透明和无色的树脂在产品制造完成一段时间后变黄;这种随时间可能的色彩变化被加入到聚合树脂的透明物质的轻微初始色彩中,从而避免了由于随时间变化的色彩的变化产生过分显著的区别。
附图所示仅仅是一个例子,并且纯粹是本发明的一个实践性的表示,所述发明的形式和设置可以变化而不离开本发明所限定的范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于制造用于覆盖层、卫生器皿的部件和厨房设备等的产品的方法,所述产品由一种聚合透明树脂构成,由大理石和/或其它石头的砾石构成的插入物基本上被均匀地埋置在其中,其特征在于,所述产品的有用表面通过用研磨剂磨擦而加工,从而在对应于树脂的地方获得轻微的凹陷,而在对应于所述插入物的地方获得轻微的凸起,这些凸起均匀地分布并被所述凹陷包围着。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种方法,其特征在于,在用所述研磨剂磨擦之前,所述产品被切除一定的厚度,从而使所述插入物表现出水平的表面,并且由所述插入物形成的轻微的凸起与所述轻微的凹陷平齐并且由所述轻微的凹陷包围着。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,磨擦之后对所述树脂和插入物进行表面抛光处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,使用一种在聚合时变得具有轻微的色彩的树脂。
5.一种用于覆盖层、卫生器皿的部件和厨房设备等的产品,所述产品由一种聚合透明树脂构成,由大理石和/或其它石头的砾石构成的插入物基本上被均匀地埋置其中,其特征在于,所述产品的有用表面分别对应于所述插入物和所述树脂具有轻微的凸起和轻微的凹陷。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种产品,其特征在于,在所述表面上的插入物被加工平整,从而所述凸起也被加工平整、平齐并被所述轻微的凹陷包围着。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的一种产品,其特征在于,所述透明的聚合树脂具有轻微的色彩。
