Background
The T-shaped beam bridge is a beam bridge with a T-shaped beam as a main load-bearing structure. T-beam refers to a beam having a T-shaped cross-section. The two side parts are called flanges, and the middle part is called a beam rib. The form is formed by digging out the concrete in the tension area of the rectangular beam which does not work against the bending bearing capacity, compared with the original rectangular beam, the form has the same bending bearing capacity, and simultaneously can save the concrete consumption and reduce the self weight of the structure. The T-beam is simple to manufacture, mature in process, clear in stress and good in crossing capacity, so that the bridge type is largely built on roads in China and plays an important role in improving road traffic in China.
With the rapid development of national economy, the traffic volume is greatly increased, and the requirements of people on bridges are higher and higher. Some bridges, of which a large part is occupied by T-beam bridges, need to be dismantled or rebuilt for reasons of design life, traffic planning deployment, self-hazards, etc. In the process of dismantling the upper structure of the T-shaped beam bridge, blasting or mechanical chiseling methods are generally adopted, but the methods often generate larger noise to seriously affect the lives of local residents, and simultaneously, a large amount of dust can be generated in the process of constructing to cause huge pollution to the environment, and the work of cleaning the construction waste generated after construction is extremely difficult. The T-shaped girder bridge is also dismantled by adopting a static cutting mode, but in the dismantling process, in order to ensure the stability of the dismantled girder section and prevent overturning, the traditional procedure is to firstly cut a girder section and then hoist the girder section. And then cutting the next beam section again, and then the hoisting equipment can continue hoisting only after the cutting is finished, thereby causing great machine resource waste and prolonging the construction period.
Disclosure of Invention
To solve the above problems, the present invention provides a method for quickly removing a superstructure of a T-beam bridge.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
The invention provides a method for quickly dismantling an upper structure of a T-shaped beam bridge, which comprises the following steps:
(A) dividing beam sections: dividing the existing bridge into a plurality of beam sections by taking the existing bridge expansion joints and the hinge joints as secants, and simultaneously determining the hoisting sequence of each beam section;
(B) setting a transverse temporary support: the transverse temporary supports are arranged at the flanges of every two adjacent T-shaped beams and are perpendicular to the hinge joints, and the number of the transverse temporary supports arranged on every two adjacent T-shaped beams is determined according to the length of the T-shaped beams;
(C) dismantling the expansion joint: dismantling all expansion joints of the existing bridge, ensuring that all spans of the T-shaped beam are separated from each other and not influenced mutually;
(D) removing the hinge joint, and cutting and separating each beam section: before removing the hinge joints, drilling 4 hoisting holes on each beam section by using a drilling machine, then removing all the hinge joints to separate each beam section, temporarily removing the transverse temporary supports when encountering the blocking of the arranged transverse temporary supports during the removal of the hinge joints, fixing the transverse temporary supports on the beam sections after partially removing the transverse temporary supports, and ensuring the stability of the T-shaped beam in the removal process by the temporary transverse supports during the removal of the hinge joints by maintaining the transverse connection of each adjacent beam section;
(E) hoisting the beam section to a specified position: and (C) hoisting by using a floating crane or a crane according to the hoisting sequence of the beam sections determined in the step (A), firstly, enabling the steel wire rope to pass through the drilled holes on the beam sections and be fixed with the floating crane or the crane, then, dismantling the T beam to be hoisted and the transverse temporary support arranged on the adjacent T beam, hoisting the T beam to a specified position, and repeating the process until all the beam sections are hoisted.
The method for quickly dismantling the upper structure of the T-shaped beam bridge is characterized in that in the step (B), the transverse temporary support consists of a cross beam, a bolt, a nut and a gasket, the cross beam is fixed with a flange plate of the T-shaped beam through the bolt, the nut and the gasket to form the transverse temporary support, and the cross beam is I-shaped steel or channel steel.
The method for quickly removing the upper structure of the T-shaped beam bridge comprises the step (C) of removing the expansion joint by using an air pick and a diamond disc saw or a rope saw.
The method for quickly dismantling the upper structure of the T-shaped beam bridge comprises the step (D) of adopting a hydraulic rotary or core drilling machine as a drilling machine, wherein 4 hoisting holes are symmetrical in pairs in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction.
The method for quickly dismantling the upper structure of the T-shaped beam bridge comprises the step (D) of dismantling the hinge joint by using an air pick, gas cutting and a diamond butterfly saw or a rope saw.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: through setting up horizontal interim support, avoided T roof beam bridge superstructure to demolish the condition that the in-process probably appears the T roof beam lateral toppling, guaranteed the stability of demolising in-process T roof beam, ensured the safety of work progress, shortened construction period, improved the efficiency of construction, reduced construction cost, can promote in actual engineering.

Detailed Description
For a more complete understanding of the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present invention, a method for quickly removing a superstructure of a T-beam bridge includes the steps of:
(A) dividing beam sections: dividing the existing bridge into a plurality of beam sections by taking the existing bridge expansion joints and the hinge joints 6 as secants, and simultaneously determining the lifting sequence of each beam section;
(B) setting a transverse temporary support 1: the transverse temporary supports 1 are arranged at the flanges of two adjacent T-shaped beams and are perpendicular to the hinge joints 6, and the number of the transverse temporary supports 1 arranged on each two adjacent T-shaped beams is determined according to the length of the T-shaped beams;
(C) dismantling the expansion joint: dismantling all expansion joints of the existing bridge, ensuring that all spans of the T-shaped beam are separated from each other and not influenced mutually;
(D) removing the hinge joint 6, and cutting and separating each beam section: before removing the hinge joints 6, drilling 4 hoisting holes on each beam section by using a drilling machine, then removing all the hinge joints 6 to separate each beam section, temporarily removing the transverse temporary supports 1 when the set transverse temporary supports 1 block when removing the hinge joints 6, fixing the transverse temporary supports 1 on the beam sections after partially removing the hinge joints 6, and ensuring the stability of the T-shaped beam in the removing process by the temporary transverse supports 1 in order to keep the transverse connection of each adjacent beam section in the removing process of the hinge joints 6;
(E) hoisting the beam section to a specified position: and (C) hoisting by using a floating crane or a crane according to the hoisting sequence of the beam sections determined in the step (A), firstly, enabling the steel wire rope to pass through the drilled holes on the beam sections and be fixed with the floating crane or the crane, then, dismantling the T beam to be hoisted and the transverse temporary support 1 arranged on the adjacent T beam, hoisting the T beam to a specified position, and repeating the process until all the beam sections are hoisted.
The method for quickly dismantling the upper structure of the T-shaped beam bridge is characterized in that in the step (B), the transverse temporary support 1 is composed of a cross beam 2, a bolt 3, a nut 4 and a gasket 5, the cross beam 2 is fixed with a flange plate of the T-shaped beam through the bolt 3, the nut 4 and the gasket 5 to form the transverse temporary support 1, and the cross beam 2 is I-shaped steel or channel steel.
The method for quickly removing the upper structure of the T-shaped beam bridge comprises the step (C) of removing the expansion joint by using an air pick and a diamond disc saw or a rope saw.
