s6, removing impurities in the papermaking pulp by a washing and adsorbing method, namely replacing waste liquid in the cooked papermaking pulp by water, and adding an adsorbent to adsorb and discharge the impurities in the paper pulp in the washing process;
s7, screening the papermaking pulp by using a screening net, and dehydrating the screened papermaking pulp to realize concentration of the papermaking pulp;
s8, adding a bleaching auxiliary and a chemical deodorant into the concentrated papermaking pulp, uniformly stirring to fully bleach the pulp, wherein the bleaching time is 1-1.5 h, the bleaching temperature is 60-70 ℃, and finally bleaching and deodorizing the papermaking pulp are realized;
s9, carrying out pulp grinding operation on the bleached papermaking pulp through a high-consistency mill to form paper pulp, and adding oxalic acid into the pulp subjected to the pulp grinding operation to whiten the pulp, wherein the pulp grinding temperature is 70-80 ℃, and the pulp grinding time is 40-60 minutes.

The invention provides a pulping process of high-ash corrugated base paper, which comprises the following steps:
s1, selecting paper making raw materials required by the corrugated base paper pulping process, and weighing the paper making raw materials with required mass according to the formula of the corrugated base paper;
s2, cleaning and dedusting the paper making raw materials to remove dust impurities carried on the paper making raw materials, tearing the paper making raw materials by using a tearing machine, and adding a certain amount of aqueous solution to wet the torn paper making raw materials after tearing operation;
s3, conveying the torn raw materials into a crusher by using a belt conveyor, and crushing the papermaking raw materials by using the crusher so that the papermaking raw materials are crushed into particles with the diameter of 20-35 mm;
s4, decomposing the lignin structure in the papermaking raw material in a special orientation manner by a biological pulping method and adopting special strains, and finally realizing the degradation of the lignin in the papermaking raw material;

In S1, the papermaking raw material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
bark: 80 parts of wheat straw: 40 parts of straw stalk: 35 parts of bagasse: 28 parts of waste paper: and 25 parts.
In an alternative embodiment, in S4, the special strains include white rot fungi, brown rot fungi and soft rot fungi, which have good lignin decomposition effect and high decomposition efficiency.
In an alternative embodiment, in S8, the bleaching assistant comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of alumina, 8-12 parts of hydrogen peroxide, and sodium silicate: 8-10 parts of sodium nitrite, 5-8 parts of papermaking whitening agent: 2-5 parts. The bleaching auxiliary has better bleaching performance, can achieve better bleaching effect, and is beneficial to improving the quality of the prepared corrugated base paper.
In an alternative embodiment, before S5, a squeezing operation is further included, specifically as follows: the papermaking raw materials are conveyed to the pulp extruder through the screw conveyor, pulp extruding is carried out on the papermaking raw materials by the pulp extruder for more than one time, the subsequent pulping operation is facilitated, the quality of subsequently prepared paper pulp is obviously improved, waste liquid generated in the pulp extruding process is used for cleaning and dedusting operation in S2, secondary utilization of aqueous solution is realized, and water resources are saved.
In an alternative embodiment, in S6, a beating operation is further included, specifically as follows: the method comprises the steps of selecting a grinding sheet with good fibrillation performance for avoiding secondary cutting of fibers, keeping long fibers to have enough length, increasing the fluffing quantity of the fiber surface as much as possible, strengthening hydrogen bond combination, improving the strength of the finally prepared base paper, controlling the beating degree to be 25-28 degrees SR, and contributing to improving the paper pulp quality.
In the invention, firstly, the papermaking raw materials required by the corrugated medium pulping process are selected, and the papermaking raw materials with required mass are weighed according to the formula of the corrugated medium; cleaning and dedusting the papermaking raw materials to remove dust impurities carried on the papermaking raw materials, tearing the papermaking raw materials by using a tearing machine, and adding a certain amount of aqueous solution to wet the torn papermaking raw materials after tearing operation is finished; then conveying the torn raw materials into a crusher by using a belt conveyor, and crushing the papermaking raw materials by using the crusher so as to crush the papermaking raw materials into particles with the diameter of 20-35 mm; then, by a biological pulping method and by adopting special strains to specially and directionally decompose the lignin structure in the papermaking raw material, finally, the lignin in the papermaking raw material is degraded; then, the degraded papermaking raw material is cooked through a paper pulp boiler, and a sodium hydroxide solution, hydrogen peroxide and magnesium sulfate are added into the paper pulp boiler, wherein the cooking temperature is adjusted to 80-100 ℃, the cooking time is 6-8 hours, and finally papermaking slurry is formed; then removing impurities in the papermaking pulp by a washing and adsorbing method, namely replacing waste liquid in the boiled papermaking pulp by water, and adding an adsorbent in the washing process to adsorb and discharge the impurities in the paper pulp; then, screening the papermaking pulp by using a screening net, and dehydrating the screened papermaking pulp to realize the concentration of the papermaking pulp; then adding a bleaching auxiliary agent and a chemical deodorant into the concentrated papermaking pulp, uniformly stirring to fully bleach the pulp, wherein the bleaching time is 1-1.5 h, the bleaching temperature is 60-70 ℃, and finally bleaching and deodorizing the papermaking pulp are realized; finally, carrying out pulp grinding operation on the bleached papermaking pulp through a high-concentration mill to form paper pulp, adding oxalic acid into the pulp subjected to the pulp grinding operation to whiten the pulp, wherein the pulp grinding temperature is 70-80 ℃, and the pulp grinding time is 40-60 minutes, and finally obtaining the paper pulp for preparing the corrugated base paper;
the method is simple to operate, the prepared paper pulp has excellent quality, the quality of the corrugated base paper prepared subsequently is improved, the production cost is low, the raw materials are easy to obtain, and the method is suitable for large-scale popularization and use.

1. The pulping process of the high-ash corrugated base paper is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, selecting paper making raw materials required by the corrugated base paper pulping process, and weighing the paper making raw materials with required mass according to the formula of the corrugated base paper;
s2, cleaning and dedusting the paper making raw materials to remove dust impurities carried on the paper making raw materials, tearing the paper making raw materials by using a tearing machine, and adding a certain amount of aqueous solution to wet the torn paper making raw materials after tearing operation;
s3, conveying the torn raw materials into a crusher by using a belt conveyor, and crushing the papermaking raw materials by using the crusher so that the papermaking raw materials are crushed into particles with the diameter of 20-35 mm;
s4, decomposing the lignin structure in the papermaking raw material in a special orientation manner by a biological pulping method and adopting special strains, and finally realizing the degradation of the lignin in the papermaking raw material;
s5, cooking the degraded papermaking raw material through a paper pulp cooker, adding a sodium hydroxide solution, hydrogen peroxide and magnesium sulfate into the paper pulp cooker, adjusting the cooking temperature to 80-100 ℃, and cooking for 6-8 hours to finally form papermaking slurry;
s6, removing impurities in the papermaking pulp by a washing and adsorbing method, namely replacing waste liquid in the cooked papermaking pulp by water, and adding an adsorbent to adsorb and discharge the impurities in the paper pulp in the washing process;
s7, screening the papermaking pulp by using a screening net, and dehydrating the screened papermaking pulp to realize concentration of the papermaking pulp;
s8, adding a bleaching auxiliary and a chemical deodorant into the concentrated papermaking pulp, uniformly stirring to fully bleach the pulp, wherein the bleaching time is 1-1.5 h, the bleaching temperature is 60-70 ℃, and finally bleaching and deodorizing the papermaking pulp are realized;
s9, carrying out pulp grinding operation on the bleached papermaking pulp through a high-consistency mill to form paper pulp, and adding oxalic acid into the pulp subjected to the pulp grinding operation to whiten the pulp, wherein the pulp grinding temperature is 70-80 ℃, and the pulp grinding time is 40-60 minutes.
2. The pulping process of the high ash corrugated medium paper as claimed in claim 1, wherein in S1, the papermaking raw material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
bark: 70-90 parts of wheat straw: 35-45 parts of straw stalk: 30-40 parts of bagasse: 25-30 parts of waste paper: 20-30 parts.
3. The pulping process of the high ash corrugated medium paper as claimed in claim 2, wherein the papermaking raw material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
bark: 70 parts of wheat straw: 35 parts of straw stalk: 30 parts of bagasse: 25 parts of waste paper: and 20 parts.
4. The pulping process of the high ash corrugated medium paper as claimed in claim 2, wherein the papermaking raw material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
bark: 90 parts of wheat straw: 45 parts of straw stalk: 40 parts of bagasse: 30 parts of waste paper: 30 parts of.
5. The pulping process of the high ash corrugated medium paper as claimed in claim 2, wherein the papermaking raw material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
bark: 80 parts of wheat straw: 40 parts of straw stalk: 35 parts of bagasse: 28 parts of waste paper: and 25 parts.
6. The pulping process of high ash corrugated medium paper according to claim 1, wherein the specific strains adopted in S4 include white rot fungi, brown rot fungi and soft rot fungi.
7. The high ash corrugated medium pulping process according to claim 1, wherein in S8, the bleaching assistant comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10-15 parts of alumina, 8-12 parts of hydrogen peroxide, and sodium silicate: 8-10 parts of sodium nitrite, 5-8 parts of papermaking whitening agent: 2-5 parts.
8. The high ash corrugating medium pulping process of claim 1, further comprising a pulp squeezing operation before S5, specifically as follows:

firstly, selecting a grinding sheet with good fibrillation performance for avoiding secondary cutting of fibers, keeping long fibers with enough length, increasing the fluffing quantity of the fiber surface as much as possible, strengthening hydrogen bond combination, improving the strength of the finally prepared base paper, and controlling the beating degree to be 25-28 DEG SR.
