Abstract

The primer overcomes the defects of poor adhesion, environmental pollution, complex process, high energy consumption and the like of the existing primer for the integrated board, forms a three-dimensional network structure by crosslinking and curing the waterborne epoxy resin and the curing agent, greatly improves the compactness, the adhesion, the salt and alkali resistance and the sealing property of a paint film under the matching of various optimized components and optimized dosage proportion in a system, and has the advantages of simple construction, environmental protection and low energy consumption.

As can be seen from the table above, the waterborne two-component epoxy transparent primer for the integrated plate has better adhesive force, water resistance, alkali resistance, saltpetering alkali resistance and other performances than the waterborne epoxy primer of the comparison sample 1, does not need polishing and ultraviolet irradiation in the application property, and has better application property than the UV primer of the comparison sample 2.
Wherein, the results of adhesion test 1: the coating does not fall off or crack; results of adhesion test 2: the paint film of the plate is basically not cracked and skinned. The aqueous two-component epoxy transparent primer for the integrated board is particularly suitable for a prefabricating process (film coating, cutting and the like) of industrial coating of the integrated board, and has extremely high matching property with the process.
The two-component epoxy clear primer for integral panels and the method for preparing the same according to the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and any modification or replacement according to the principles of the present invention is within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. The water-based two-component epoxy transparent primer for the integrated board is characterized in that: the paint mainly comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A and the component B are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1: 0.15 to 0.35 of the raw materials are mixed,
the component A is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
wetting agent 1.5-2.5 parts
20-35 parts of thickening agent
400 portions of water-based epoxy resin
1.5-2.5 parts of flatting agent
2-2.5 parts of defoaming agent
2.5-3.5 parts of bactericide
Water is added until the total amount of the component A is 1000 parts;
wherein the water-based epoxy resin is bisphenol A epoxy resin;
the component B consists of a water-based amine curing agent or a water-based amine curing agent aqueous solution, wherein the water-based amine curing agent aqueous solution consists of a water-based amine curing agent and water, and the mass percentage of the water-based amine curing agent is more than or equal to 70%.
2. The waterborne two-component epoxy clear primer for integral panels according to claim 1, characterized in that: the bisphenol A epoxy resin is Jechow JCW 3551G.
3. The waterborne two-component epoxy clear primer for integral panels according to claim 1, characterized in that: the thickening agent is a polyurethane thickening agent.
4. The waterborne two-component epoxy clear primer for integral panels according to claim 3, characterized in that: the polyurethane thickener is one or any combination of more than two of PU thickener, Gaotai XS-71 thickener or RM-8W thickener.

The waterborne two-component epoxy clear primer for integral panels according to claim 1, characterized in that: the wetting agent is one or any combination of two of a non-ionic wetting agent and an alkyl polyoxyethylene ether wetting agent, the leveling agent is a polyurethane leveling agent, the defoaming agent is a polyether siloxane copolymer defoaming agent, and the bactericide is a common kaempferia bactericide.
6. Method for the preparation of a water-based two-component epoxy clear primer for integral panels according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: comprises the following steps which are carried out in sequence:
preparing a component A:
1. sequentially adding a wetting agent and a thickening agent which accounts for 1/7-1/2 of the total weight of the thickening agent into 230 portions of 200-230 portions of water while stirring at the rotating speed of 500-600r/min, and dispersing for 5-10min until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
2. sequentially adding the water-based epoxy resin, the flatting agent, the rest thickening agent, the defoaming agent, the bactericide and the rest water into the mixture obtained in the step (1), and then dispersing and stirring at the rotating speed of 700-900r/min for at least 10min to ensure that the viscosity is 60-70ku at 25 ℃;
(II) preparing a component B:
the component B is prepared into aqueous solution of aqueous amine curing agent by directly adopting aqueous amine curing agent or mixing water and aqueous amine curing agent;
and (III) mixing the component A and the component B when in use:
and mixing the component A and the component B to prepare the water-based two-component epoxy transparent primer for the integrated board.
