本发明公开了一种水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆铜门涂料,由以下重量份数的原材料组成:去离子水:10‑20,水性丙烯酸分散体:20‑25,消泡剂:0.1‑0.2,防霉防藻剂:0.1‑0.2,防冻剂:0.5‑0.7,防涂鸦助剂:2‑3,紫外线吸收剂1‑2,水性色精:5‑8,甲醚化氨基树脂8‑12,酸催化剂1‑2,有机硅氧烷改性羟基丙烯酸树脂:20‑25,硅溶胶8‑10,耐磨蜡粉:5‑8,附着力促进剂:1‑2,硅烷偶联剂:1‑2。该涂料绿色环保,与铜的附着力好,具有丰满度高更美观,抗涂鸦性能突出,易清洗等优点。

一种水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆铜门涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆铜门涂料,同时,本发明还涉及该涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
铜门,金碧辉煌、沉稳厚重,给人的常常是一种庄严神圣的感觉,非常受现代人民的青睐,铜是一种极其稳定的金属,不过铜门虽天然防腐,但遇到大量硫及硫化物时,还是容易产生化学变化,铜门若用在室外,如别墅大门等,铜门的表面就需要涂上一层特殊的涂层结构,免受雨雪淋落,防止降水中硫化物腐蚀。此涂层结构首先要环保,符合环保要求,其次与铜的附着力好,不容易脱落,然后漆膜丰满度高,易清洗。
发明内容
本发明提供一种水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆铜门涂料,有效防护铜门,使得铜门耐磨,丰满度更高,表面更易清洗。
一种水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆铜门涂料,所述涂料由以下重量份数的原材料组成:去离子水:10-20,水性丙烯酸分散体:20-25,消泡剂:0.1-0.2,防霉防藻剂:0.1-0.2,防冻剂:0.5-0.7,防涂鸦助剂:2-3,紫外线吸收剂1-2,水性色精:5-8,甲醚化氨基树脂8-12,酸催化剂1-2,有机硅氧烷改性羟基丙烯酸树脂:20-25,硅溶胶8-10,耐磨蜡粉:5-8,附着力促进剂:1-2,硅烷偶联剂:1-2。
进一步的,所述的酸催化剂为德国沃克尔VOK-KEPERCATVOK-543。
进一步的,所述的防涂鸦助剂为聚醚改性硅油。
进一步的,所述的防霉防藻剂为2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮。
进一步的,所述的硅溶胶为酸性硅溶胶。
进一步的,所述的硅烷偶联剂为KH550。
进一步的,所述的耐磨蜡粉为聚四氟乙烯蜡粉。
进一步的,所述的附着力促进剂为环氧磷酸酯高分子聚合物,优选苍洪BETTERSOL7277。
上述的水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆铜门涂料的制备方法,按原材料配方依次将去离子水、消泡剂、加入搅拌罐中,搅拌加水性丙烯酸分散体,有机硅氧烷改性羟基丙烯酸树脂,1200r/min高速搅拌15min,加入水性色精、耐磨蜡粉、甲醚化氨基树脂,防涂鸦助剂,硅溶胶、附着力促进剂、硅烷偶联剂,1200r/min高速搅拌15min,降低搅拌速度到800r/min加入防霉防藻剂、防冻剂搅拌20min,加入紫外线吸收剂和酸催化剂搅拌均匀,即得到水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆铜门涂料。
本发明所述的水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆铜门涂料具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供了水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆铜门涂料,选用水性丙烯酸分散体、有机硅氧烷改性羟基丙烯酸树脂为主体树脂,与全甲醚化氨基树脂搭配,氨基树脂中的活性基团与水性丙烯酸树脂中的羟基、羧基以及有机硅氧烷改性羟基丙烯酸树脂中的羟基,硅羟基反应,形成交联互穿网络结构,提供涂膜优异的耐水性、高硬度、丰满度,全甲醚化氨基树脂氢特303,固含100%,醚化改性使树脂具有优异的柔韧性,不易开裂,耐水性好。
本发明选用酸性硅溶胶与酸性催化剂搭配促进氨基树脂的交联固化反应,且酸性硅溶胶中的硅羟基可以与氨基树脂以及有机硅氧烷改性羟基丙烯酸树脂中的硅羟基交联固化,形成交联的有机-无机杂化结构,使涂层具有优异的耐磨性,且无机材料的引入,使涂层具有阻燃性能,且耐候性能优异。本发明酸催化剂为德国沃克尔VOK-KEPERCATVOK-543,该催化剂为强酸型,解封温度:65C,优异催化温度:110-135C,高温烘烤不黄变,低温下不结晶,超过优异催化温度固化时可提高漆膜硬度及加工性能而不影响漆膜外观,在常温下没有催化作用,不影响体系的储存安定性。
硅烷偶联剂KH550的加入一方面与附着力促进剂共同作用,提高涂膜在铜基材上的附着力,另一方面,KH550中含有的氨基可以与水性丙烯酸树脂中的羟基、羧基以及有机硅氧烷改性羟基丙烯酸树脂中的羟基,硅羟基反应,参与交联固化,提高涂层的交联密度,从而提高涂层的耐溶剂性能及防腐性能。
聚醚改性硅油可以提供涂层优异的防涂鸦抗粘贴效果,与聚四氟乙烯蜡粉搭配使用,提高整体涂膜的疏水性能,使涂层具有光滑的手感和耐沾污性能。

基于本发明的设计思想,下面,结合具体的实施例对本发明的水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆铜门涂料做进一步的详细描述:

所述的酸催化剂为德国沃克尔VOK-KEPERCATVOK-543。所述的防涂鸦助剂为聚醚改性硅油。所述的防霉防藻剂为2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮。所述的硅溶胶为酸性硅溶胶。所述的硅烷偶联剂为KH550。所述的耐磨蜡粉为聚四氟乙烯蜡粉。所述的附着力促进剂为环氧磷酸酯高分子聚合物(苍洪BETTERSOL 7277)。
实施例1-3的涂料采用以下方法制备得到:按原材料配方依次将去离子水、消泡剂、加入搅拌罐中,搅拌加水性丙烯酸分散体,有机硅氧烷改性羟基丙烯酸树脂,1200r/min高速搅拌15min,加入水性色精、耐磨蜡粉、甲醚化氨基树脂,防涂鸦助剂,硅溶胶、附着力促进剂、硅烷偶联剂,1200r/min高速搅拌15min,降低搅拌速度到800r/min加入防霉防藻剂、防冻剂搅拌20min,加入紫外线吸收剂和酸催化剂搅拌均匀,即得到水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆铜门涂料。
对实施例1-3制备得到水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆铜门涂料进行性能测试,检测结果如下表所示:

1.一种水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆铜门涂料,其特征在于,所述涂料由以下重量份数的原材料组成:
去离子水:10-20,水性丙烯酸分散体:20-25,消泡剂:0.1-0.2,防霉防藻剂:0.1-0.2,防冻剂:0.5-0.7,防涂鸦助剂:2-3,紫外线吸收剂1-2,水性色精:5-8,甲醚化氨基树脂8-12,酸催化剂1-2,有机硅氧烷改性羟基丙烯酸树脂:20-25,硅溶胶8-10,耐磨蜡粉:5-8,附着力促进剂:1-2,硅烷偶联剂:1-2。

9.一种如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆铜门涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,按原材料配方依次将去离子水、消泡剂、加入搅拌罐中,搅拌加水性丙烯酸分散体,有机硅氧烷改性羟基丙烯酸树脂,1200r/min高速搅拌15min,加入水性色精、耐磨蜡粉、甲醚化氨基树脂,防涂鸦助剂,硅溶胶、附着力促进剂、硅烷偶联剂,1200r/min高速搅拌15min,降低搅拌速度到800r/min加入防霉防藻剂、防冻剂搅拌20min,加入紫外线吸收剂和酸催化剂搅拌均匀,即得到水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆铜门涂料。
