The working principle of the invention is as follows: sewage to be treated is put into the equipment box 1 through the feed hopper 2, the buffer plate 3 in the feed hopper 2 is used for buffering and shunting, the sewage is sprayed out from a spray head at the bottom of the feed hopper 2, the first motor 12 is started to drive the second gear 8 to rotate, the second gear 8 is meshed with the first gear 7, so that the first stirring blade 6 on the first stirring shaft 5 is driven to rotate to stir and scatter, the sewage and smaller scrap iron overflow from a sieve hole on the sieve plate 11, the sieve plate 11 is obliquely arranged to prevent the sewage from entering the first storage box 13, the larger scrap iron in the sewage is conveyed into the first storage box 13 under the transmission action of the auger blades 10 on the conveying shaft 9 to be collected, the smaller scrap iron in the sewage falls into the lower part and is adsorbed by the magnet column 14, the first cylinder 19 is started to push the connecting block 38 to drive the insulating sleeve 15 to move, and the scrap iron on the column magnet 14 is pushed into the lower part, meanwhile, the cleaning shaft 16 drives the rotating gear 37 to be meshed with the rack 36 under the rotating connection relationship, so as to drive the brush 17 on the cleaning shaft 16 to rotationally clean, the iron filings on the water filter net 18 are pushed to a position close to the second containing box 31, the waterproof electromagnet 32 is started, the generated magnetic force adsorbs the pushed iron filings, when the iron filings in the second containing box 31 need to be discharged and treated, the waterproof electromagnet 32 is not operated, the second air cylinder 33 is started, the scraper 34 is driven to descend for cleaning operation, the iron filings in the second containing box 31 are discharged from the discharge pipe 35, the water pump 21 is operated, sewage in the equipment box 1 is extracted through the water suction pipe 20 and is sprayed out from the spray head on the water spray pipe 22, the oil removal net 23 is used for removing oil, required purifying liquid is added from the liquid injection pipe 24, the second motor 27 is started to drive the second stirring blade 26 on the second stirring shaft 25 to rotationally stir, the purifying effect of sewage is improved, and meanwhile, water is adsorbed and sterilized through the HEPA filter screen 28 and the activated carbon layer 29, so that pollution-free water is discharged from the water outlet pipe 30, subsequent use is facilitated, and the device is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
It should be particularly noted that, the components in the present application are all general standard components or components known to those skilled in the art, and the design of the buffer plate 3, the first stirring component, the material conveying component, the first driving component, the sieve plate 11, the cylindrical magnet 14, the iron scrap cleaning component, the second driving component, the waterproof electromagnet 32, the scraper component, the oil removing net 23, the second stirring component, the HEPA filter net 28 and the activated carbon layer 29 is applied to a sewage treatment equipment for mechanical component production in combination, which is an innovative point of the present application, and effectively solves the problems of low decontamination efficiency and resource recycling incapability of the existing sewage treatment equipment for mechanical component production.
