The U-shaped rod 81 is matched with a through hole formed in the V-shaped die 5, and the bottom surface of the pressing plate 82 is 3 mm higher than the top of the pushing plate 71 after rising, so that the pushing plate 71 can move at the bottom of the pressing plate 82, and the pushing plate 71 can push out folded and flattened paper.
The inner mold 21, the push plate 71 and the press plate 82 are all provided with position sensors, so that the inner mold 21, the push plate 71 and the press plate 82 can automatically stop after running in place in automatic control.
The shell 1 is provided with an automatic control circuit system and an operation panel, and the automatic control circuit system is connected with the compression assembly 2, the transmission assembly 3, the push plate assembly 7, the pressing assembly 8 and the paper pushing device 9. The use mode is as follows:
1. one or more sheets of paper are inserted into the paper insertion opening, and after being laid flat, the end of the paper is pressed by pressing the pressing key 6.
2. Then, starting a push plate cylinder on the control panel to push the push plate 71 to the right, and moving the push plate 71 to the right; the compression cylinder is actuated to raise the inner die 21 and compress the paper.
3. After the inner mold 21 is lifted to the right position, the push plate 71 cylinder is retracted again, and the inner mold 21 is retracted and reset.
4. The lower pressure cylinder is started to press the pressure plate 82 downwards to flatten the paper folded in the zigzag shape, the hold-down key is pressed finally to release the fixation of the paper, and the paper pushing device is started to push the paper out by the roller 91.
The distance ab from the bottom end of the push plate 71 to the left end of the top of the inner die 21 is equal to the length of the cd at the top of the inner die 21, and is also equal to the length of the inclined surface of the push plate 71, so that after the press plate 82 is pressed down, the A4 paper is folded into folded surfaces with three surfaces having equal widths, and the part pressed by the pressing key 6 is used as a bagging position.
