In the specific working process of the medical labeling and coding machine of the embodiment, after a label belt is coded in the coding machine, the label belt is output to a position between the labeling roller 2 and the tearing roller 3 through the label outlet 101, at this time, the labeling roller 2 and the tearing roller 3 are located at initial positions, the label adsorption port 201 and the material belt adsorption port 301 are located at up-and-down opposite positions as shown in fig. 1, when labeling is performed, a person can start a programmable controller through a main control switch, the controller controls the first electromagnetic valve 7 and the second electromagnetic valve 8 to act, so that the label adsorption port 201 and the material belt adsorption port 301 respectively adsorb a label and a lining paper of the label belt, then the controller controls the stepping motor 4 to drive the labeling roller 2 and the tearing roller 3 to synchronously and reversely rotate, the label and the lining paper are torn, the cutter 302 of the tearing roller 3 cuts off the label belt, the label rotates to the outside of the labeling port 11 along with the labeling roller 2, and the person only needs to paste a label on the label, the controller can be designed in a programming program of the controller in advance to temporarily pause and reserve a certain sticking time, after the pause, a person is expected to stick articles on the labels, then the controller controls the first electromagnetic valve 7 and the second electromagnetic valve 8 to reversely act to enable the label adsorption port 201 and the material belt adsorption port 301 to loosen the labels, then the stepping motor 4 is controlled to drive the labeling roller 2 to rotate to roll and stick the labels on the surfaces of the articles, finally, the controller controls the stepping motor 4 to drive the labeling roller 2 and the tearing roller 3 to rotate back to the initial positions to complete a complete labeling action, and the subsequent labeling operation can be completed by repeating the steps. The rolling and pasting mode is convenient to operate in cooperation with people, large pasting pressure cannot be generated, articles cannot be damaged easily, and pasted labels are complete and firm.
As a preferable scheme of this embodiment, the bottom of the protective shell 10 is provided with a waste discharge port 13, a waste material box 14 is arranged below the waste discharge port 13, and the waste material box 14 is slidably inserted into the bottom of the protective shell 10 through a guide rail, so that the waste material box 14 can be conveniently detached and cleaned of lining paper waste materials.
