The river floating salvage ship for the hydraulic engineering as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the garbage fishing device comprises an outer barrel (5), wherein the outer barrel (5) is arranged on the inner side of a v-21274H-shaped frame (4), inner walls at two ends of the outer barrel (5) are fixedly connected with first circular plates (7) through fixing rods (6), the circle centers of the first circular plates (7) and the outer barrel (5) are overlapped, a hole is formed in the middle of each first circular plate (7), a hollow shaft (8) is fixedly connected to the hole, a first bearing seat (9) is installed on the v-21274H-shaped frame (4), the first bearing seat (9) is sleeved with the hollow shaft (8), a second circular plate (10) is arranged inside the outer barrel (5), the second circular plate (10) deviates from the circle center of the outer barrel (5) and corresponds to the position between the first circular plates (7) at two ends of the outer barrel (5), and a first connecting rod (11) is rotatably connected to the second circular plate (10), the inner wall of the outer barrel (5) is rotatably connected with a fishing claw (12), the other end of the first connecting rod (11) is rotatably connected with the fishing claw (12), a backstop groove (13) matched with the fishing claw (12) is formed in the outer barrel (5), a solid shaft (14) is fixedly connected to the second circular plate (10), the two ends of the solid shaft (14) penetrating out of the hollow shaft (8) are respectively rotatably connected with two inner sides of the v-21274; and the shape frame (4), and the solid shaft (14) and the hollow shaft (8) are driven by a driving device to rotate in the same speed and the same direction.

4. The river floating salvage ship for the hydraulic engineering as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the transmission device (16) is 1 of a chain matched with a chain wheel and a belt matched with a belt pulley.
5. The river floating salvage ship for hydraulic engineering as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the outer side of the v-shaped frame (4) is provided with a first gathering device.

The river floating salvage ship for the hydraulic engineering as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the first gathering device comprises a fifth bevel gear (23), the fifth bevel gear (23) is sleeved at the two ends of the solid shaft (14) which penetrate out of the v-shaped frame (4), a second bearing seat (24) is arranged at the outer side of the v-shaped frame (4), a third rotating shaft (25) is sleeved on the second bearing seat (24), a sixth bevel gear (26) is sleeved at the upper end of the third rotating shaft (25), the sixth bevel gear (26) is meshed with the fifth bevel gear (23), the outer side of the v-shaped frame (4) is fixedly connected with a fixing plate (27), the fixing plate (27) is rotatably connected with a first gathering net (28), the middle part of the first gathering net (28) is rotationally connected with a second connecting rod (29), the other end of the second connecting rod (29) is rotationally connected with a third connecting rod (30), the other end of the third connecting rod (30) is fixedly connected with the lower end of the third rotating shaft (25).
