and 4, step 4: the sawdust on the edge of the chopping board is brushed off by the rotation of the cylindrical brush 41 of the second sanding device 4, the edge of the chopping board is sanded to be smooth by the sandpaper 42, and the scraps brushed off by the cylindrical brush 41 are collected by the cover 43 and sucked off by the dust suction pipe.
In conclusion, in the chopping board edge milling and sanding production line structure provided by the invention, the rectangular chopping board is conveyed through the conveying belt, one edge of the chopping board is exposed, and the rectangular chopping board passes through the sanding device and the edge milling device respectively, so that the integrated assembly line operation of sanding and milling the edge of the chopping board is realized, compared with the traditional chopping board edge milling and sanding mode that the chopping board needs to be pressed and fixed, the chopping board processing efficiency can be greatly improved, and the yield per unit time is improved, in the edge milling device structure, 4 cutter wheels driven by the air cylinder are arranged, including 2 upper cutter wheels and 2 lower cutter wheels, the turning directions of the 2 upper cutter wheels are opposite, the turning directions of the 2 lower cutter wheels are opposite, in the edge milling method, in order to avoid the chopping board from edge cracking caused in the edge milling process, each cutter wheel only mills two thirds of the edge of the chopping board, namely, after the first upper cutter wheel mills the upper two thirds of the front edge, the first upper cutter wheel drives the first upper cutter wheel to be separated from the edge of the chopping board through the air cylinder, and then the second upper cutter wheel mills the upper edge of the back two thirds, and because the two cutter wheels are opposite in direction, the edge cracking of the chopping board can be avoided, and the edge of the chopping board can be completely and uniformly milled.

the edge milling method comprises the following steps:
step 1: the conveying belt drives the chopping board to move forwards, and the first two thirds of the edge of one side edge of the chopping board is milled through the first upper cutter wheel; then, the first lower cutter wheel mills the front two thirds of the lower edge of one side of the chopping board;
step 2: the conveying belt continuously drives the chopping board to move forwards, and the second upper knife wheel mills the back two thirds of the edge of one side of the chopping board in a direction opposite to that of the first upper knife wheel; then, the second lower cutter wheel mills the rear two thirds of the lower edge of one side of the chopping board in a direction opposite to the direction of the first lower cutter wheel;
the conveying belt is provided with a limiting device, so that when the chopping board is conveyed forwards on the conveying belt, one side edge of the chopping board is exposed out of the edge of the conveying belt;
the edge milling device comprises a base, a first upper cutter wheel, a first air cylinder, a first lower cutter wheel, a second air cylinder, a second upper cutter wheel, a third air cylinder, a second lower cutter wheel and a fourth air cylinder; the first upper cutter wheel is connected to the base through a first air cylinder, the first lower cutter wheel is connected to the base through a second air cylinder, the second upper cutter wheel is connected to the base through a third air cylinder, and the second lower cutter wheel is connected to the base through a fourth air cylinder;
the first upper cutter wheel and the first lower cutter wheel are opposite in rotation direction, the first upper cutter wheel and the second upper cutter wheel are opposite in rotation direction, and the first upper cutter wheel and the second lower cutter wheel are the same in rotation direction;
the first lower knife wheel is positioned at the front lower part of the first upper knife wheel relative to the conveying direction of the conveying belt, the second upper knife wheel is positioned at the front upper part of the first lower knife wheel relative to the conveying direction of the conveying belt, and the second lower knife wheel is positioned at the front lower part of the second upper knife wheel relative to the conveying direction of the conveying belt.
2. The edge milling method of the edge milling device for the chopping board with the explosion-proof edge as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diameter of the first lower cutter wheel is smaller than that of the first upper cutter wheel, and the diameter of the second lower cutter wheel is smaller than that of the second upper cutter wheel.
3. The edge milling method of the edge milling device for the chopping board with the explosion-proof edge according to claim 1, wherein the moving directions of the first cylinder, the second cylinder, the third cylinder and the fourth cylinder are all horizontal directions which are vertical to the conveying direction of the conveying belt.
