Abstract
A control device of an open type electric tool comprises a ratchet wheel component and a drive circuit, wherein when a clamping piece of the open type electric tool is driven to rotate in a forward rotation direction through a gear set driven by a motor, if the drive circuit detects that the load of the motor reaches a fastening value, the drive circuit drives the motor to stop driving the clamping piece to rotate; when the clamping piece is driven to rotate in the reverse rotation direction and the clamping piece rotates to the alignment position with the opening in an open shape, the ratchet wheel assembly synchronously positions the gear set, so that the load of the motor exceeds a set value, and the driving circuit stops the motor to drive the clamping piece to rotate, so that the clamping piece can be quickly, accurately and simply controlled to be positioned at the alignment position, the operation steps and time are reduced, and the waste and the process efficiency are reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to power tools, and more particularly to a control device for an open-type electric tool.
Background
Generally, a pipeline such as an oil pipe or a gas pressure pipe is bent and extended, and then a nut joint provided at an end of the pipeline is combined with a seat joint to form a passage through which liquid or gas flows. If the pipeline is assembled, the nut joint can be rotated one by manually holding the open spanner, and the open type power tool can be used for quickly and massively executing the rotating operation.
The open type power tool can be electric or pneumatic, most of the open type power tools are provided with a driven hollow clamping piece, the clamping piece is provided with an opening, a pipeline can penetrate through the hollow part of the clamping piece, and the clamping piece is nested in the nut joint to drive the nut joint to rotate, so that the nut joint can be screwed or released.
However, if the clamping member of the open-type power tool is carelessly operated or is not operated according to the correct steps during the driving process, the clamping member is not rotated to the correct position, so that the clamping member cannot be moved out of the pipeline or the nut connector, and a user must repeatedly try to rotate the opening of the clamping member to the correct position, so that the open-type power tool and the pipeline can be separated from each other.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the present invention is directed to a control device for an open type electric tool, which can control a clamping member to be located at an alignment position quickly, accurately, and simply, thereby reducing the number of operation steps and time, reducing waste, and improving process efficiency.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a control device for an open type electric tool, the open type electric tool includes a motor, the motor drives a clamping member with an opening to rotate in a forward rotation direction or a reverse rotation direction through a gear set, the control device includes a ratchet assembly and a driving circuit, when the clamping member is driven to rotate in the forward rotation direction, if the driving circuit detects that the load of the motor reaches a fastening value, the driving circuit drives the motor to stop driving the clamping member to rotate; when the clamping piece is driven to rotate towards the reverse rotation direction and the clamping piece rotates to the alignment position where the opening is opened, the ratchet wheel component synchronously positions the gear set, so that the load of the motor exceeds a set value, and the driving circuit stops the motor to drive the clamping piece to rotate; therefore, the invention can quickly, accurately and simply control the clamping piece to be positioned at the alignment position, reduce the operation steps and time, reduce the waste and improve the process efficiency.
Preferably, the ratchet assembly has a ratchet block and a reset member, the ratchet block is disposed adjacent to the clamping member, the elastic force of the reset member drives the ratchet block to swing toward a positioning portion of the gear set, when the clamping member rotates in a forward rotation direction, the ratchet block cannot be embedded into the positioning portion, when the clamping member rotates in a reverse rotation direction until the ratchet block is embedded into the positioning portion, the gear set does not rotate any more and the opening of the clamping member is in an open alignment position toward the front of the body.
Preferably, wherein the open power tool is of a straight configuration.
Preferably, the open type electric tool comprises a body and a detachable lithium battery for supplying electric energy, the motor and the gear set are arranged in the body, and the motor receives the electric energy provided by the lithium battery to drive the gear set.

The technical contents and features of the present invention will be described in detail below by referring to preferred embodiments and accompanying drawings, and the present invention can be widely applied to open type electric tools of various forms or specifications, and those skilled in the art will understand that the description of the present embodiment is in the upper description without limiting the application field, for example, the material or shape term includes and is not limited to the material or shape specified in the description, and the position term includes and is not limited to arrangement, proximity, connection or adjacency. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the open type electric tool of the preferred embodiment is exemplified by a linear structure, and the open type electric tool provided by the present invention includes a main body 10 and a detachable lithium battery 12 for supplying electric power, a motor 14 and a gear set 16 connected to the motor 14 are disposed inside the main body 10, the motor 14 receives the electric power provided by the lithium battery 12 to drive the gear set 16, and then the gear set 16 drives a clamping member 18 disposed at the front end of the main body 10 and having an opening 20 to rotate in a forward rotation direction or a reverse rotation direction.
As shown in fig. 3, the control device 22 includes a ratchet assembly 24 and a driving circuit 26, the ratchet assembly 24 has a ratchet block 28 and a restoring member 30, the ratchet block 28 is disposed at the front end of the body 10 adjacent to the holding member 18, and the restoring member 30 in the preferred embodiment is exemplified by a torsion spring. The reset member 30 is disposed between the body 10 and the ratchet block 28, and the elastic force thereof can drive the ratchet block 28 to swing toward a positioning portion 32 of the gear set 16. When the clamping member 18 is rotated in the forward direction, the ratchet block 28 will not engage the positioning portion 32 of the gear set 16, as shown in fig. 4, when the clamping member 18 is rotated in the reverse direction until the ratchet block 28 engages the positioning portion 32, the gear set 16 will not rotate, and the opening 20 of the clamping member 18 is open toward the front of the body 10, i.e., the opening 20 faces the aligned position.
When the user turns on the motor 14 through the operation switch of the open-type electric tool, the motor 14 drives the clamping member 18 to rotate in the forward rotation direction by using the gear set 16, so as to screw the oil pipe joint, the motor 14 generates different load values according to the action state between the clamping member 18 and the oil pipe joint, and the driving circuit 26 can also obtain the load value of the motor 14 in real time.
When the clamping member 18 is driven by the gear set 16 to rotate in the forward direction and drive the tubing connector to be screwed, if the driving circuit 26 detects that the load value of the motor 14 corresponds to a tightening value, the driving circuit 26 stops the motor 14, and the motor 14 cannot drive the clamping member 18 to rotate. At this time, if the opening 20 of the clamping member 18 is not located at the open alignment position, the user starts the motor 14 through the operation switch assembly of the open electric tool to drive the gear set 16 to drive the clamping member 18 to rotate in the reverse direction, when the opening of the clamping member 18 is rotated to the open alignment position, the ratchet block 28 of the ratchet assembly 24 positions the gear set 16, so that the load of the motor 14 exceeds a set value, the driving circuit 26 also stops the motor 14, the motor 14 can not drive the clamping member 18 to rotate any more, and the oil pipe can be separated from the opening 20 of the clamping member 18 to the open electric tool.
Through the above components, the present invention directly utilizes the driving circuit 26 to detect the load condition of the motor 14 to control the rotation of the gear set 16 and the clamping member 18, and no matter when the clamping member 18 screws the oil pipe joint in the forward rotation direction, the operation state of the motor 14 can be controlled according to the fastening value, so that the oil pipe joint has sufficient and accurate screwing force, the control device 22 can also be used to position the clamping member 18 at the alignment position with the opening in an open shape, thereby facilitating the separation of the open-type electric tool and the oil pipe, achieving the purposes of quickly, accurately and simply controlling the clamping member to be at the alignment position, reducing the operation steps and time, reducing the waste, improving the process efficiency, and the like.
Claims (4)
1. A control device of an open type electric tool is characterized in that the open type electric tool comprises a motor, the motor drives a clamping piece with an opening to rotate towards a forward rotation direction or a reverse rotation direction through a gear set, the control device comprises a ratchet wheel component and a driving circuit, when the clamping piece is driven to rotate towards the forward rotation direction, if the driving circuit detects that the load of the motor reaches a fastening value, the driving circuit drives the motor to stop driving the clamping piece to rotate; when the clamping piece is driven to rotate towards the reverse rotation direction and the clamping piece rotates to the alignment position where the opening is open, the ratchet wheel component synchronously positions the gear set, so that the load of the motor exceeds a set value, and the driving circuit stops the motor to drive the clamping piece to rotate.

The control device for an open-type power tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ratchet assembly has a ratchet block and a reset member, the ratchet block is disposed adjacent to the holding member, the elastic force of the reset member drives the ratchet block to swing toward a positioning portion of the gear set, when the holding member rotates in a forward direction, the ratchet block does not engage the positioning portion, when the holding member rotates in a reverse direction until the ratchet block engages the positioning portion, the gear set does not rotate and the opening of the holding member is open toward the front of the body.
3. The control device for the open-type electric power tool according to claim 1, wherein the open-type electric power tool has a linear structure.
4. The control device for an open-type electric tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the open-type electric tool comprises a body and a detachable lithium battery for supplying electric power, the body is internally provided with the motor and the gear set, and the motor receives the electric power supplied by the lithium battery to drive the gear set.
