Abstract
The invention discloses a universal adjusting wrench which comprises a wrench head, a long nut, a screw rod part, a rotating part, a chain part, a transition part and a handle part. The wrench head part comprises a plate opening part which is used for buckling a nut or a bolt; one end of the long nut is fixedly connected with the tail end of the wrench head; one end of the screw rod part is screwed into the other end of the long nut; the rotating part is fixedly connected with the other end of the screw part and can drive the screw part to screw in or screw out the long nut; one end of the chain part is fixedly connected with the rotating part; the transition part is fixedly connected with the other end of the chain part; the handle part is connected with the transition part. The universal adjusting wrench has the advantages of being capable of adapting to small space and inconvenient to disassemble and install working conditions.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of equipment maintenance, in particular to a universal adjusting wrench which can be suitable for narrow space.
Background
The current dismouting instrument is narrow and small to the space, and the position of being not convenient for disassemble and install need progressively disassemble, can not direct dismouting, and work load increases, and maintenance efficiency reduces.

The wrench head part comprises a plate opening part which is used for buckling a nut or a bolt; one end of the long nut is fixedly connected with the tail end of the wrench head; one end of the screw rod part is screwed into the other end of the long nut; the rotating part is fixedly connected with the other end of the screw part and can drive the screw part to screw in or screw out the long nut; one end of the chain part is fixedly connected with the rotating part; the transition part is fixedly connected with the other end of the chain part; the handle part is connected with the transition part.
In a preferred embodiment, the trigger portion further comprises an adjustment portion capable of adjusting the size of the mouth portion.
In a preferred embodiment, the universal adjusting wrench further comprises a locking nut and a link portion. The locking nut is locked on the long nut in a screwing manner and is positioned between the long nut and the rotating part; the connecting rod part is arranged between the transition part and the handle part.
In a preferred embodiment, the grip portion is made of a non-metallic material having elasticity.
In a preferred embodiment, the surface of the grip portion is provided with knurling.
Compared with the prior art, the universal adjusting wrench has the following beneficial effects: the chain type nut and bolt assembling and disassembling device can be suitable for assembling parts in deep and narrow space areas, and nuts or bolts can be assembled and disassembled by bypassing a plurality of obstacles through chains.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a universal adjusting wrench according to an embodiment of the present invention. A universal adjusting wrench according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a wrench head portion 1, a long nut 2, a locking nut 3, a screw portion 4, a rotation portion 5, a chain portion 6, a transition portion 7, a link portion 8, and a grip portion 9.
In some embodiments, the wrench head 1 includes a plate opening portion for fastening a nut or a bolt, and an adjustment portion capable of adjusting the size of the plate opening portion. One end of the long nut 2 is fixedly connected with the tail end of the wrench head part 1; one end of the screw rod part 4 is screwed into the other end of the long nut 2; the locking nut 3 is locked on the long nut 2 in a rotating mode and is located between the long nut 2 and the rotating part 5; the rotating part 5 is fixedly connected with the other end of the screw part 4, and the rotating part 5 can drive the screw part 4 to screw in or screw out the long nut 2; one end of the chain part 6 is fixedly connected with the rotating part 5; the connecting rod part 8 is arranged between the transition part 7 and the handle part 9, one end of the connecting rod part is fixedly connected with the transition part 7, and the other end of the connecting rod part is fixedly connected with the handle part 9.
In some embodiments, the surface of the grip portion 9 is provided with knurling, and the grip portion 9 is made of a non-metallic material having elasticity, such as rubber, plastic, or a combination of the two.
The manufacturing process of the universal adjusting wrench comprises the following steps: firstly, cutting a wrench head part 1 of a common movable plate, welding a long nut 2 at the tail end of the wrench head part, cutting a section of screw rod part 4 matched with the thread of the long nut 2, screwing a corresponding nut at one end of the screw rod part 4, welding the nut and the screw rod part 4 to be dead, then welding a nut on the nut in a superposed manner, then cutting a section of chain on the nut welded later to be used as a chain part 6, welding one end of the chain together all the time, welding the other end of the chain to be a transition part 7 formed by overlapping two nuts together, cutting off the head part by selecting a screwdriver, only leaving a cutter bar and a handle part 9, and welding the cutter bar serving as a connecting rod and the transition part 7 together; and screwing a nut on the screw rod part as a locking nut, screwing one end of the screw rod part into the long nut, and locking the long nut by using the locking nut to finish the manufacture of the universal adjusting wrench.
The universal adjusting wrench has the following use process: firstly, according to the space condition of a working position, the depth of the screw part screwed into the long nut is properly adjusted, so that the force arm between the rotating part 5 and the plate opening part is as long as possible, and the operation is convenient and labor-saving; the wrench head part 1 is conveyed to a position where the bolt and the nut need to be disassembled or assembled by bypassing the obstacle through the direction variability of the chain, the adjusting part is adjusted to enable the plate opening part to be in a proper size and clamped on the bolt and the nut, and an operator can tighten or loosen the bolt and the nut by holding the handle part 9 with hands and pulling along the direction of the chain.
In conclusion, the universal adjusting wrench has the following advantages: the chain type nut and bolt assembling and disassembling device can be suitable for assembling parts in deep and narrow space areas, and nuts or bolts can be assembled and disassembled by bypassing a plurality of obstacles through chains.

Claims (5)
1. An adjustable universal wrench, comprising:
the wrench head comprises a plate opening part, and the plate opening part is used for buckling a nut or a bolt;
one end of the long nut is fixedly connected with the tail end of the wrench head part;
one end of the screw rod part is screwed into the other end of the long nut;
the rotating part is fixedly connected with the other end of the screw part and can drive the screw part to be screwed in or out of the long nut;
a chain portion having one end fixed to the rotating portion;
a transition portion fixedly connected to the other end of the chain portion; and
a handle portion connected with the transition portion.
2. The universal adjustment wrench of claim 1, wherein the wrench head further comprises an adjustment portion capable of adjusting the size of the plate mouth.
3. The universal adjustment wrench of claim 1, further comprising:
a locking nut which is screwed on the long nut and is positioned between the long nut and the rotating part; and
a link portion disposed between the transition portion and the handle portion.
4. The universal adjustment wrench of claim 1, wherein the gripping portion is formed of a resilient non-metallic material.
5. The universal adjustment wrench of claim 4, wherein a surface of the grip portion is knurled.
