In order to collect the mixed liquid for derusting; as shown in fig. 1, the outer wall of one side of the rust removing seat 1 is connected with a liquid outlet pipe 12 through a flange, the inner wall of the rust removing seat 1 is fixed with a filter plate 18 through a bolt, and the outer wall of one side of the rust removing seat 1 is fixed with a liquid outlet box 13 through a bolt; can derive the mixed liquid of rust cleaning of the inside collection of protection plate 2 through being provided with drain pipe 12, utilize crane 19 can hold back the precipitate that wherein contains, utilize liquid tank 13 can derive the mixed liquid of rust cleaning after filtering and collect.

s1: placing the sewage pump on the leak hole rotating disc 14;

s3: the height of the lifting frame 19 is adjusted;
s4: the soft brush 28 with the side edge rotating hollow roller 29 on the outer wall of the circumference is attached to the outer wall of the cambered surface of the sewage pump;
s5: the sewage pump is driven to rotate by the driving motor 17, and the outer wall of the cambered surface of the sewage pump is scrubbed by the soft brush 28;
s6: the rust removing mixed liquid acts on the rust part of the outer wall of the arc surface of the sewage pump through the leak hole 33 by using the connecting pipe 21;
s7: after the rust removal is finished, hot air is guided into the outer wall of the cambered surface of the sewage pump through the leakage holes 33 by using the hot air pipe 20, and water on the outer wall of the cambered surface of the sewage pump is evaporated;
s8: and taking down the dried sewage by a pump.
