The crank rotates 180 degrees, namely half a turn, the upper thread rolling mechanism touches the upper limit switch 26, the clutch 35 is opened, the brake 36 starts braking, and thread rolling is completed.
In the process, the rod-shaped part only needs to rotate because the upper screw plate and the lower screw plate move relatively at the same speed. And after the thread rolling is finished, simultaneously starting unloading, and pulling out the rod-shaped workpiece.
