The liquid preparation device for gene detection kit according to claim 2, wherein a support seat is provided at the bottom of the housing (1), a temperature adjustment mechanism is provided at the inner side of the support seat, the temperature adjustment mechanism comprises a fan (25) fixedly connected and provided at the inner side of the support seat, an air suction pipe is fixedly connected and provided between the top end of the fan (25) and the housing (1), condensers (26) bolted to the support seat are provided at both the left and right sides of the fan (25), the condensers (26) are connected to the output end of the fan (25) through a conduit, the output end of the condensers (26) is connected to air guide grooves (28) provided at the inner sides of the walls at the left and right ends of the housing (1) through air guide pipes (27), and a plurality of air suction ports are provided at one side of the air guide grooves (28) close.
