Background
Cables are generally rope-like cables made by stranding several or groups of conductors (at least two in each group), each group being insulated from each other and often twisted around a center, the entire outer surface being coated with a highly insulating coating. The cable has the characteristics of internal electrification and external insulation.
At present, in the process of electric power construction, a cable needs to be cut, and the conventional cable cutting equipment is single in function, cannot cut and strip the outer skin of the cable, is difficult to crush and collect cut scraps and the outer skin, and increases labor intensity.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the outer skin of a cable cannot be cut and stripped and the cut scraps and the outer skin are difficult to crush and collect in the prior art, and provides cable cutting equipment for power construction.

a cable cutting device for electric power construction comprises a workbench, wherein an upper frame is installed at the top of the workbench, a cutting mechanism is installed on the upper frame, a supporting plate is arranged below the cutting mechanism, one end of the supporting plate is hinged to one side of the inner wall of the upper frame, the other end of the supporting plate is hinged to a pulling rod, two lead screws are installed on two sides of the outer wall of the upper frame, installation blocks are sleeved on the outer threads of the lead screws, a peeling knife handle is assembled on the side wall of each installation block, one end of the peeling knife handle is connected with a peeling knife, an installation cavity is formed in the workbench, a collection cover is installed on the inner wall of the installation cavity, an installation shaft is arranged at the top of the collection cover, a plurality of crushing knives are connected on the outer wall of the installation shaft in a circumferential equidistance mode, the installation shaft is rotatably installed with the workbench through bearings, a motor groove is formed in the, the output shaft of the first driving motor and the right end of the installation shaft are respectively fixed with a first bevel gear, the two first bevel gears are meshed with each other, the outer wall of the top frame is welded with a connecting plate, the bottom of the connecting plate is rotated to install a threaded column, an external thread of the threaded column is sleeved with a lifting block, one end of a pulling rod is hinged to the lifting block, and the threaded column and the installation shaft are connected through a transmission mechanism.
Preferably, the transmission mechanism comprises two second bevel gears, the two second bevel gears are respectively fixed at one ends of the threaded column and the mounting shaft, and the two second bevel gears are meshed with each other.
Preferably, the cutting mechanism comprises a second driving motor, a push rod motor, an annular plate, a knife wheel and two abutting parts, the second driving motor is installed at the top of the top frame through a locking bolt, the push rod motor is connected to an output shaft of the second driving motor, and the knife wheel is assembled on an electric push rod of the push rod motor.
Preferably, an annular plate is fixed outside a piston rod of the push rod motor, pressing parts are fixed on two sides of the bottom of the annular plate, each pressing part comprises a spring column and a pressing block, and the pressing block is fixed at the bottom of the spring column.
Preferably, the both sides of roof-rack all are equipped with the cable hole, and the both sides of one of them cable hole are equipped with the holding tank respectively, the bottom of lead screw is connected with the inner wall rotation of holding tank, and the top of lead screw is fixed with the output shaft of third motor, the third motor is installed through the inner wall of locking bolt and holding tank mutually.
Preferably, the side of the installation cavity is provided with a communication port, the inner wall of the communication port is provided with a slide rail, the slide rail is provided with a collection box in a sliding manner, and the right side wall of the collection box is provided with a hand lever.
Preferably, a movable opening is formed in the left side wall of the top frame, and one end of the pulling rod penetrates through the movable opening and extends to the outside of the top frame.
Preferably, the two skinning knives are respectively and symmetrically arranged at two sides of the cable hole.

2. Through being provided with first driving motor, first conical gear, the installation axle, a plurality of crushing sword, second conical gear, the screw thread post, pull rod and backup pad, the inside of collecting the cover is entered into under the action of gravity to the piece in the backup pad and the exocuticle that strips, a plurality of crushing sword are smashed the piece and the exocuticle that strips, reduce the volume, convenient collection, and the cooperation has the collecting box, be convenient for take out the piece after smashing, be convenient for clear up, need not artifical clearance, the cutting efficiency is improved, and is suitable for promoting.

Referring to fig. 1-6, a cable cutting device for electric power construction comprises a workbench 1, a top frame 2 is installed at the top of the workbench 1, a cutting mechanism is installed on the top frame 2, a support plate 9 is arranged below the cutting mechanism, one end of the support plate 9 is hinged with one side of the inner wall of the top frame 2, the other end of the support plate 9 is hinged with a pulling rod 10, two lead screws 25 are installed at two sides of the outer wall of the top frame 2, an installation block 26 is sleeved on the external threads of the lead screws 25, a barking knife handle 27 is assembled on the side wall of the installation block 26, one end of the barking knife handle 27 is connected with a barking knife 22, an installation cavity 11 is arranged on the workbench 1, a collection cover 12 is installed on the inner wall of the installation cavity 11, an installation shaft 23 is arranged at the top of the collection cover 12, a plurality of crushing knives 24 are circumferentially connected on the outer wall of the installation shaft 23 at equal, the right side of workstation 1 is equipped with the motor groove, is equipped with first driving motor 13 on the inner wall in motor groove, the output shaft of first driving motor 13 and the right-hand member of installation axle 23 all are fixed with first conical gear 14, and two first conical gear 14 intermeshing sets up, the welding has connecting plate 18 on the outer wall of roof-rack 2, and threaded post 17 is installed in the rotation of connecting plate 18's bottom, the outside screw thread of threaded post 17 has cup jointed elevator 16, and the one end of pulling rod 10 articulates on elevator 16, and threaded post 17 is connected through drive mechanism with installation axle 23.
In this embodiment, the transmission mechanism includes two second bevel gears 15, the two second bevel gears 15 are respectively fixed to one end of the threaded column 17 and one end of the mounting shaft 23, and the two second bevel gears 15 are meshed with each other.
In this embodiment, the cutting mechanism includes a second driving motor 3, a push rod motor 4, an annular plate 6, a knife flywheel 5 and two pressing pieces, the second driving motor 3 is installed on the top of the top frame 2 through a locking bolt, the push rod motor 4 is connected to an output shaft of the second driving motor 3, and the knife flywheel 5 is assembled on an electric push rod of the push rod motor 4.
In this embodiment, an annular plate 6 is fixed outside a piston rod of the push rod motor 4, pressing parts are fixed on both sides of the bottom of the annular plate 6, each pressing part includes a spring column 7 and a pressing block 8, and the pressing block 8 is fixed at the bottom of the spring column 7.
In this embodiment, the both sides of roof-rack 2 all are equipped with the cable hole, and the both sides of one of them cable hole are equipped with the holding tank respectively, the bottom of lead screw 25 is connected with the inner wall rotation of holding tank, and the top of lead screw 25 is fixed with the output shaft of third motor, the third motor is installed through the inner wall of locking bolt and holding tank mutually.

In the invention, when in use, a cable passes through a cable hole and is placed at the top of the supporting plate 9, the push rod motor 4 is started to work to drive the cutter wheel 5, the spring column 7 and the pressing block 8 to descend, the pressing block 8 presses the cable under the action of the spring column 7, the cutter wheel 5 cuts the cable conveniently without manual cutting, the labor intensity is reduced, the cutter wheel 5 is adjusted to 90 degrees by starting the second driving motor 3 to work, the cutter wheel 5 is parallel to the cable, the outer skin on the surface of the cable is cut by controlling the depth of the cutter wheel 5, the cable passes through the cable hole on the right side of the top frame 2 by pulling the cable, the outer skin of the cable is contacted with the skinning knife 22 to be skinned conveniently, the outer skin of the cable can be cut and skinned, and the situation that the traditional cutting equipment can not skin the cable can not be skinned can be solved, work through starting first driving motor 13, first driving motor 13 drives first bevel gear 14, installation axle 23, a plurality of crushing sword 24 and second bevel gear 15 rotate, second bevel gear 15 drives threaded post 17 and rotates, make the one end of pulling pole 10 downwards pulling backup pad 9, the inside that the piece on the backup pad 9 and the cuticle that strips entered into collection cover 12 under the action of gravity, a plurality of crushing sword 24 smash the piece and the cuticle that strips, reduce the volume, conveniently collect, and the cooperation has collecting box 20, be convenient for take out the piece after smashing, the clearance of being convenient for, need not artifical clearance, cutting efficiency is improved, and is suitable for promoting.
