Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a community public security information evaluation device according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 4, the community public security information evaluation device includes a data acquisition module 41, a floor association module 42, and a registration analysis module 43.
The data acquisition module 41 is configured to acquire face detection data acquired by a community camera acquisition device and floor detection data obtained by detecting activities of people on floors; a floor association module 42, configured to establish a floor association relationship between a face and a floor based on the face detection data and the floor detection data; and the registration analysis module 43 is configured to perform collision analysis on the face detection data and a registered population library, and obtain a registration state analysis result by combining with the floor association analysis.
The face detection data and the floor detection data in the community are collected, the floor incidence relation between the face and the floor is analyzed and judged according to the face detection data and the floor detection data, the detected face detection data are subjected to collision analysis in the registered population library, whether the person corresponding to the face detection data is registered or not and the living state of the floor is determined, whether abnormal conditions exist in the person or the floor can be evaluated according to the registration and the living state of the person, the corresponding person or the floor is subjected to targeted management according to the evaluation condition, real-time evaluation of community public security information is achieved, and the management efficiency of community public security is improved.
In a possible embodiment said floor detection data comprises floor landing data and/or floor activity data based on detection by floor sensing devices.
In one possible embodiment, the floor association module 42 is specifically configured to:
analyzing the floor association degree of the face and the floor based on the face detection data and the floor detection data;
and determining the floor association relationship between the human face and the floor based on the floor association degree.
In a possible embodiment, the registration analysis module 43 is specifically configured to:
performing collision analysis on the face detection data and a registered population library to determine detected registered personnel and unregistered personnel;
and determining the resident state of the registered person, the resident state of the unregistered person and the resident state of the floor according to the floor association relation.
In a possible embodiment, the apparatus further includes a real population updating module, configured to, after the data acquisition module 41 acquires the face detection data acquired by the community camera acquisition device and the floor detection data detected based on the activity of the person on the floor:
performing collision analysis on the face detection data and an actual population library to determine detected resident persons and persons not stored in the database, wherein the resident persons are registered in the actual population library;
and determining whether to register the people not entering the warehouse in the real population warehouse or not according to the accumulated occurrence condition of the people not entering the warehouse.
In a possible embodiment, the apparatus further includes a state analysis module, configured to, after the data acquisition module 41 acquires the face detection data acquired based on the community camera shooting acquisition device and the floor detection data obtained based on the detection of the activity of the person on the floor:
and performing collision analysis on the face detection data and a specific personnel library, and analyzing the detection time of the face detection data to obtain a behavior state analysis result.
In a possible embodiment, the state analysis module is specifically configured to:

The embodiment of the application further provides a computer device, and the computer device can integrate the community public security information evaluation device provided by the embodiment of the application. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 5, the computer apparatus includes: an input device 53, an output device 54, a memory 52, and one or more processors 51; the memory 52 for storing one or more programs; when the one or more programs are executed by the one or more processors 51, the one or more processors 51 are enabled to implement the method for evaluating community public security information as provided in the above embodiments. Wherein the input device 53, the output device 54, the memory 52 and the processor 51 may be connected by a bus or other means, as exemplified by the bus connection in fig. 5.
The memory 52 is a storage medium readable by a computing device and can be used for storing software programs, computer executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the community public security information evaluation method according to any embodiment of the present application (for example, the data collection module 41, the floor association module 42, and the registration analysis module 43 in the community public security information evaluation device). The memory 52 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the device, and the like. Further, the memory 52 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the memory 52 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 51, which may be connected to the device over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 53 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs relating to user settings and function control of the apparatus. The output device 54 may include a display device such as a display screen.
The processor 51 executes various functional applications and data processing of the device by running software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 52, so as to implement the above-mentioned community public security information evaluation method.
The community public security information evaluation device, equipment and computer provided by the embodiment can be used for executing the community public security information evaluation method provided by any embodiment, and have corresponding functions and beneficial effects.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a storage medium containing computer executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, are configured to perform the community public security information evaluation method provided in the foregoing embodiment, where the community public security information evaluation method includes: acquiring human face detection data acquired based on community camera shooting acquisition equipment and floor detection data obtained by detecting the activities of people on floors; building a floor incidence relation between the face and the floor based on the face detection data and the floor detection data; and performing collision analysis on the face detection data and a registered population library, and analyzing by combining the floor incidence relation to obtain a registered state analysis result.
Storage medium-any of various types of memory devices or storage devices. 1. A community public security information evaluation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of acquiring human face detection data acquired by community camera shooting acquisition equipment and floor detection data acquired by detecting the activities of people on floors, wherein the floor detection data are acquired by detecting a floor sensing device and the floor sensing equipment, and the floor sensing device comprises a human body sensor, a sound sensor, a button switch, an entrance guard device and a human body detection camera;
performing collision analysis on the face detection data and a specific personnel library, and analyzing the detection time of the face detection data to obtain a behavior state analysis result;
analyzing the floor association degree of the face and the floor based on the face detection data and the floor detection data, wherein the more times of entering the floor are, or the higher the frequency of entering the floor is, the higher the floor association degree of the face and the floor is; determining the floor association relationship between the human face and the floor based on the floor association degree;
and performing collision analysis on the face detection data and a registered population library, and obtaining a registered state analysis result by combining with the floor incidence relation analysis, wherein the method comprises the steps of performing collision analysis on the face detection data and the registered population library, determining detected registered people and unregistered people, and determining the resident state of the registered people, the resident state of the unregistered people and the floor resident state of a floor according to the floor incidence relation.
2. The community public security information assessment method according to claim 1, wherein said floor detection data comprises floor stop data and/or floor activity data based on detection by floor sensing devices.
3. The community public security information evaluation method according to claim 1, wherein after the obtaining of the face detection data collected by the community camera shooting collection device and the floor detection data obtained by detecting the activities of the people on the floor, the method further comprises:
performing collision analysis on the face detection data and an actual population library to determine detected resident persons and persons not stored in the database, wherein the resident persons are registered in the actual population library;
and determining whether to register the people not entering the warehouse in the real population warehouse or not according to the accumulated occurrence condition of the people not entering the warehouse.

The community public security information evaluation method according to claim 1, wherein the performing collision analysis on the face detection data and a specific personnel database and combining detection time analysis of the face detection data to obtain a behavior state analysis result comprises:
performing collision analysis on the face detection data and a specific personnel library to determine detected specific personnel and general personnel;
determining the activity time of the specific person and the general person according to the detection time of the face detection data;
determining a specific behavioral state of the specific person and a general behavioral state of the general person based on the activity time.

and the registration analysis module is used for performing collision analysis on the face detection data and a registered population library and obtaining a registration state analysis result by combining with the floor incidence relation analysis, wherein the collision analysis is performed on the face detection data and the registered population library, detected registered personnel and unregistered personnel are determined, and the personnel living state of the registered personnel, the personnel living state of the unregistered personnel and the floor living state of a floor are determined according to the floor incidence relation.
6. A computer device, comprising: a memory and one or more processors;
the memory to store one or more programs;
