Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an implementation environment according to an embodiment of the present application. In fig. 1, the payer terminal and the payee terminal are respectively connected to the server in communication. The payer terminal or the payee terminal may be a smart phone, a tablet, a computer, or other networking devices, and the embodiment does not specifically limit the type of the payer terminal or the payee terminal. The payer terminal or the payee terminal may implement the payment receiving function through its own program, or may implement the payment receiving function by installing an external program.
To solve the problem of the order evasion behavior of the payer in the related art, the present application provides a payment information processing method, which is applied to the server in fig. 1. Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a payment information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 2, the payment information processing method of the present application may include the steps of:
step S21: and when receiving payment requests sent by the terminals of the payers, respectively adding payment mid-tags for the terminals of the payers.
In this embodiment, when the payer needs to pay the payee, the payment request may be generated by scanning a payee code displayed by the payee, or automatically generated by clicking a payment button on a page of an order established with the payee. For example, after a user purchases a certain item, the checkout code provided by the merchant may be scanned to generate a payment request, or when the user purchases online, the payment button is clicked on the page of the shopping cart to generate a payment request after the item is added to the shopping cart.
The manner of generating the payment request of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the above listed manners. The cash register code may be any image code having a cash register function, such as a barcode, a two-dimensional code, and the like, and the type of the cash register code is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the payer terminal may send a payment request to the server after generating the payment request. And after receiving the payment request, the server adds a payment mid-mark for the corresponding payer terminal, wherein the payment mid-mark is used for indicating that the payer terminal has not successfully paid. For example, the server receives the payment request of the payer terminal M and adds a mid-payment flag to the payer terminal M.
After receiving the payment request, the server returns a payment page to the payer terminal, wherein the payment page comprises a plurality of payment modes (such as one-time payment, installment payment, invitation of others to pay and the like) and payment channels (such as bank cards, relative cards, account change and the like), and the payer can select the payment mode and the payment channel on the payment page to finish the payment.
Step S22: and detecting whether a payer terminal carrying the mark in payment exists before the current time preset time period every preset time length.
In this embodiment, the server may detect whether there is an unpaid payer terminal before a preset time period from the current time every a preset time period, and during specific implementation, the detected payer terminal carrying the mark in payment may be directly used as the unpaid payer terminal. For example, the server may detect every 5 seconds whether there is a payer terminal carrying a token in payment 6 seconds before the current time. The preset time length and the preset time period may be set arbitrarily, which is not limited in this embodiment specifically.
Step S23: and controlling the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal carrying the mark in payment to output the unpaid success prompt information according to the detection result of each time.
In this embodiment, after each detection, if the detection result indicates that there is a payer terminal carrying the mark in payment, the server may control the payee terminal or the payer terminal carrying the mark in payment to output the unpaid success prompt message, or may control the payee terminal and the payer terminal carrying the mark in payment to output the unpaid success prompt message at the same time.
In an implementation manner, with reference to the above embodiment, the application further provides a method for controlling the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal to output the prompt information of unsuccessful payment according to the detection result. Specifically, the step S23 may include the following steps:
and controlling the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal carrying the mark in payment to display and/or voice broadcast the unpaid success prompt information according to the detection result of each time.
In one embodiment, the server may send the unpaid success prompt information in text format, image format or animation format to the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal carrying the mark in payment, so that the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal carrying the mark in payment display the unpaid success prompt information. Secondly, the server can also send the unpaid success prompt information in audio-visual format to the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal carrying the mark in payment, so that the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal can play the unpaid success prompt information in voice.
In another embodiment, the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal carrying the mark in payment can also select the corresponding output form according to the prompt message. For example, the server sends prompt information in a text format, and the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal carrying the mark during payment can directly display the text information, can display image information or animation information with the same semantic as the text information, and can convert the text information into voice information for playing.
Of course, the server may also control the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal carrying the mark in payment to output the unpaid success prompt information in other manners, which is not limited in this embodiment. The server controls the output information of the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal in various ways, and can help the payer and the payee to better know the whole payment process and optimize the use experience of a user.
In this embodiment, after the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal outputs the unpaid success prompt message, the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal can pay attention to the payment process in time, check whether the payment fault occurs and eliminate the fault, thereby ensuring the benefits of both the payee and the payer.
Through the embodiment, when the payment information processing method is implemented, firstly, when payment requests sent by each payer terminal are received, a payment middle mark is respectively added to each payer terminal; then detecting whether a payer terminal carrying a mark in payment exists before a preset time period from the current moment every a preset time length; and finally, controlling the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal carrying the mark in payment to output the unpaid success prompt information according to each detection result. The payment information processing method of the application starts from receiving the payment request sent by the payment terminal, the payment in-process mark of the payment terminal is detected according to the preset time interval, and meanwhile, the payment terminal and the payee terminal are controlled to output the prompt information of the success of the non-payment according to the detection result, so that the payment party and the payee can sense the whole payment process, the strict control on the whole payment process is realized, the phenomenon that the payment party escapes from the order in a false and true manner can be effectively prevented, and the benefit of the payee is guaranteed.
In an implementation manner, in combination with the above embodiments, the present application further provides a method for deleting a mark in payment. Specifically, the method may comprise the steps of:
when a message representing successful payment of a payer terminal carrying a mark in payment is received, deleting the mark in payment carried by the payer terminal; or
And after the number of times of controlling the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal carrying the mark in payment to output the prompt information of the unsuccessful payment reaches a preset number of times, deleting the mark in payment carried by the payer terminal.
In the present embodiment, the in-payment flag may be deleted in two cases:
firstly, deleting a payment in-progress mark carried by a payer terminal when a message representing successful payment of the payer terminal carrying the payment in-progress mark is received;
and secondly, after the number of times of controlling the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal carrying the in-payment mark to output the unpaid success prompt information reaches a preset number of times, deleting the in-payment mark carried by the payer terminal.
For the first situation, when the server receives the message of successful payment sent by the payer terminal at any time, the server immediately deletes the payment middle mark carried by the corresponding payer terminal, and simultaneously sends a prompt message of successful payment to the payee terminal.
In the second case, for each payer terminal carrying the in-payment tag, the server only controls the payer terminal to output the unpaid success prompt information for the preset times, deletes the in-payment tag after the output times reach the preset times, and does not control the payer terminal to output the unpaid success prompt information any more subsequently. For example, when the preset number of times is one, the server controls the payer terminal M and/or the corresponding payee terminal to output the one-time unpaid success prompt message when detecting that the payer terminal M carries the payment success prompt message for the first time, then deletes the payment success prompt message carried by the payer terminal M, and subsequently does not control the payer terminal M and/or the corresponding payee terminal to output the unpaid success prompt message any more. For another example, when the preset number of times is three, and the server detects that the payer terminal M carries the payment success mark for the third time, the server controls the payer terminal M and/or the payee terminal corresponding thereto to output a one-time non-payment success prompt message, and then deletes the payment success mark carried by the payer terminal M.
In this embodiment, for the second case, if the server does not receive the message of successful payment sent by the payer terminal after the number of times of outputting the prompt information of successful unpaid reaches the preset number, the server still deletes the mark in payment carried by the payer terminal. And if the follow-up server receives the message of successful payment sent by the payer terminal, the server directly controls the payee terminal to output prompt information of successful payment.
In one implementation mode, after receiving the message of successful payment sent by the payer terminal, the server can also actively verify whether the amount paid by the payer is wrong or not, whether the condition of more or less payment exists or not, and if the amount paid is wrong, prompt information that the amount paid is incorrect is sent to the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal respectively to remind the payer terminal to pay again or the payee terminal to refund, so that the benefits of both the receiver and the payer are guaranteed.
In the embodiment, the payment mid-marker carried by the payer terminal is deleted in time, so that the follow-up server only needs to process the payer terminal carrying the payment mid-marker, and the processing pressure of the server is reduced.
In an implementation manner, with reference to the above embodiment, the present application further provides a method for detecting whether there is a payer terminal carrying a token in payment. Specifically, the payment information processing method of the present application may further include the steps of:
starting a periodic detection task;
accordingly, the step S22 includes:
and detecting whether a payer terminal carrying a mark in payment exists before a preset time period from the current moment every time when a period corresponding to the periodic detection task expires.
In this embodiment, after the server starts the periodic detection task, each time a period corresponding to the periodic detection task expires, it is detected whether a payer terminal carrying a mark in payment exists before a preset time period from the current time. For example, taking the cycle as 5 seconds, the preset time period as 6 seconds, and the starting time as 10:00: 10/1/10/15/2020, the server detects whether there is a payer terminal carrying the mark in payment before 10/1/10/00: 09/2020, and if there is a payer terminal carrying the mark in payment and/or a corresponding payee terminal, respectively controls each payer terminal carrying the mark in payment to output an unpaid success prompt message, and then deletes the mark in payment of the payer terminal whose output times reaches the preset times, and if there is no payer terminal carrying the mark in payment, does not perform any processing. Next, the server checks if there is a payer terminal carrying the token in payment before 2020, 10/1/10: 00:20, and processes it as described above.
Specifically, assuming that the payer terminal carrying the mid-payment flag detected by the server at 10/1/10: 00:15 in 2020 includes the payer terminal 1 and the payer terminal 4, the server controls the payer terminal 1, the payer terminal 4 and/or the respective corresponding payee terminal to output the non-payment success prompt information, and if the output frequency of the payer terminal 1 reaches the preset frequency and the output frequency of the payer terminal 2, the payer terminal 4 does not reach the preset frequency, the server deletes the mid-payment flag of the payer terminal 1 and retains the mid-payment flag of the payer terminal 2, the payer terminal 4. Then, the server detects that there is no payer terminal carrying the token in payment at 10/1/10: 00: 20/2020, and the server does not perform any processing.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a payment process according to an embodiment of the present application. In fig. 3, if the server detects whether there is a payer terminal carrying a mid-payment flag every 5 seconds before the current time 6 seconds, the server does not detect the mid-payment flag added by initiating the payment request at 9:54 at 9:55, because the server only detects the mid-payment flag before 9:49 at 9:55, and it needs to wait until 10:00 to detect the mid-payment flag added at 9:54 at this time. Similarly, for the mid-payment token added by the 9:58 originating payment request, the server will not detect at 10:00, because the server will only detect the mid-payment token before 9:54 at 10:00, and will only detect the mid-payment token added at the moment of 9:58 when it needs to wait for 10: 05.
In this embodiment, by setting the periodic detection task, the server can timely find the payer terminal which has not paid successfully, and further control the payer terminals and/or the corresponding payee terminal to output prompt information of unsuccessful payment, so that the payer and the payee can be helped to better know the whole payment process and optimize the use experience of the user.
With reference to the foregoing embodiment, in an implementation manner, the payment information processing method of the present application may further include the following steps:
when a payment request sent by a payer terminal is received, controlling the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal to output prompt information in payment; and/or
And when receiving a message representing that the payment of the payer terminal is successful, controlling the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal to output prompt information of successful payment.
In this embodiment, in addition to controlling the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal to output the prompt information of unsuccessful payment when detecting, the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal may be controlled to output the prompt information during payment when receiving the payment request sent by the payer terminal, or the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal may be controlled to output the prompt information of successful payment when receiving the message indicating that the payer terminal has successfully paid.
In this embodiment, the server controls the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal to output the prompt message during payment when receiving the payment request sent by the payer terminal, so that both the payee and the payer can know that the payment is started, and can know the whole payment process in time.
In one embodiment, the server may send the payment success prompt information or the in-payment prompt information in a text format, an image format or an animation format to the payee terminal, so that the payee terminal displays the prompt information. Secondly, the server can also send prompt information in an audio format to the payee terminal, so that the payee terminal plays the prompt information in a voice mode.
In another embodiment, the payee terminal may also select a corresponding output form according to the prompt information. For example, the server sends prompt information in text format, and the payee terminal may directly display the text information, may display image information or animation information having the same semantic as the text information, and may convert the text information into voice information for playing.
Of course, the server may also control the payee terminal to output the payment success prompt information in other manners, which is not limited in this embodiment. The server controls the output information of the payee terminal in various ways, and can help the payer and the payee to better understand the whole payment process and optimize the use experience of the user.
With reference to the above embodiments, in one implementation, the method of the present application may further include the following steps:
determining a first output time range of the unpaid success prompt message and a second output time range of the payment success prompt message;
and under the condition that the first output time range and the second output time range are overlapped, when the output time point of the payment success prompt message is reached, controlling the payee terminal and/or the payer terminal to output the payment success prompt message so as to cover the part of the prompt message which is not output in the non-payment success prompt message.
In this embodiment, if the server receives a message indicating that the payment of the payer terminal is successful, which is sent by a certain payer terminal carrying the mark in payment, when the server is controlling the certain payer terminal to output the unpaid prompt message, the output message of the payer terminal needs to be adjusted. Specifically, the payer terminal is controlled to output the prompt message of the success of unpaid payment, and when the message representing the success of the payment of the payer terminal is received, the payer terminal is controlled to output the prompt message of the success of the payment immediately, and the prompt message of the success of the unpaid payment is not output to the un-output part of the original prompt message of the success of the unpaid payment.
Through the embodiment, the payee and/or the payer can be ensured to obtain correct prompt information in time, interference on the payment process caused by the fact that the output information is not timely enough is prevented, for example, emotion of the payee and/or the payer is influenced, and payment experience is optimized.
In the field of online taxi appointment or taxi code scanning payment, at present, drivers mainly confirm passenger payment behaviors by paying attention to voice broadcast prompting of successful payment. If the driver is not concerned about the broadcast of successful payment, and the passenger can confirm the successful payment voucher picture prepared in the mobile phone for the driver, the passenger can escape. The following will describe the payment information processing method in detail by taking the application scenario as an example.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view illustrating a passenger code-scanning payment process according to an embodiment of the present application. In fig. 4, the passenger scans the two-dimensional code of the driver terminal B to generate a payment request and sends the payment request to the server, the server returns a payment page to the passenger terminal a after receiving the payment request, adds a mark in payment for the passenger terminal a, and sends a voice prompt of "passenger is paying" to the driver terminal B.
The server maintains a periodic detection task, namely detecting whether the passenger terminal carrying the mark in payment exists at intervals of 5 seconds before 6 seconds from the current time. If the server finds that the passenger terminal A carries the mark in payment during detection at a certain time, and determines that the passenger terminal A is not successfully paid, the server sends prompt information indicating that the payment is not successfully paid to the passenger terminal A, and if the preset number of times for outputting the prompt information indicating that the payment is not successfully paid is just 1, the server deletes the mark in payment of the passenger terminal A. On the contrary, if the passenger terminal a is found not to carry the in-payment flag at the time of the detection, the passenger terminal a is not processed.
When the server receives a message of successful payment sent by the passenger terminal A at any time before the mark in payment of the passenger terminal A is not deleted, the server directly sends a prompt message indicating that the payment of the passenger terminal A is successful to the driver terminal B, and deletes the mark in payment of the passenger terminal A. When the server receives the message of successful payment sent by the passenger terminal A after the mark is deleted in the payment of the passenger terminal A, the server directly sends a prompt message indicating that the payment of the passenger terminal A is successful to the driver terminal B.
In the process, if the server controls the passenger terminal a to output the prompt message indicating that the payment is failed and receives the message indicating that the payment is successful sent by the passenger terminal a, the server immediately controls the passenger terminal a to output the prompt message indicating that the payment is successful and does not output the un-output part of the original prompt message indicating that the payment is successful, in other words, if the voice broadcast indicating that the payment is successful is played by the passenger terminal a, the voice broadcast indicating that the payment is successful can cover the voice broadcast indicating that the payment is unsuccessful by the passenger.
In this embodiment, only the process of processing one passenger terminal (i.e., passenger terminal a) by the server is listed, and the process of processing other passenger terminals by the server is the same as that of processing passenger terminal a, which is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, the server prompts the driver when the passenger scans the code so that the driver can know that the passenger is attempting to make a payment; if the passenger does not pay successfully within a period of time, the server prompts the driver that the passenger has not finished paying, so that the driver can sense the whole payment process of the passenger, and the passenger is prevented from counterfeiting or escaping.
