In summary, the work order approval method based on the enterprise WeChat platform has the advantages that based on enterprise WeChat application, an auditor can audit a service order at a mobile terminal through an external network, auditing efficiency is improved, the auditor can access and audit the service order if the auditor is in a place outside a company, the work order approval method is high in degree of freedom and small in limitation, the auditing and approval opinions can be processed anytime and anywhere, the approval order can be processed in time, the condition of all service orders can be covered, the approval service order overstock is avoided, and the enterprise WeChat is used for notifying an executive responsible person in time, so that work is more efficient.

Claims (10)

1. A work order approval method is characterized by comprising the following steps of based on an enterprise WeChat platform:
a document acquisition step: acquiring a document to be examined and approved;
and (3) approval confirmation step: confirming an approver corresponding to the document to be approved according to the unique identifier of the user in the enterprise WeChat, and pushing the document to be approved to the approver;
and (3) document evaluation step: and the approver evaluates the document to be approved.
2. The work order approval method of claim 1 wherein the document evaluation step specifically comprises the steps of:
entering an approval step: the approver selects the work order on-line application in the enterprise WeChat and enters an approval interface;
a list acquisition step: selecting any one of the documents to be examined and approved in the examination and approval interface, and acquiring a document list of the documents to be examined and approved;
and (3) document judgment: selecting any one of the documents to be examined and approved in the document list, and judging whether the documents to be examined and approved meet the requirements or not;
and (3) document processing: if the document to be examined does not meet the requirements, rejecting the document to be examined and approved and filling in an examination and approval opinion; and if the to-be-audited receipt meets the requirements, allocating an executive responsible person and informing the executive person through the enterprise WeChat.
3. The work order approval method of claim 2, wherein the approval interface is provided with an unverified identifier indicating the quantity of the work order data to be approved.
4. The work order approval method of claim 2, wherein the number, name and audit status of the document to be approved are displayed in the document list.
5. A work order approval system for operating the work order approval method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the work order approval system comprises:
the document acquisition module is used for acquiring documents to be examined and approved;
the approval confirmation module confirms an approver corresponding to the document to be approved according to the unique identifier of the user in the enterprise WeChat and pushes the document to be approved to the approver;
and the document evaluation module is used for evaluating the document to be examined and approved by the approver.
6. The work order approval system of claim 5 wherein the document evaluation module comprises:
entering an approval unit, wherein the approver selects the work order on-line application in the enterprise WeChat and enters an approval interface;
the list acquisition unit is used for selecting any one of the documents to be examined and approved in the examination and approval interface and acquiring a document list of the documents to be examined and approved;
the document judging unit is used for selecting any document to be examined and approved in the document list and judging whether the document to be examined and approved meets the requirements or not;
the document processing unit is used for rejecting the document to be examined and approved and filling in an examination and approval opinion if the document to be examined and approved does not meet the requirement; and if the to-be-audited receipt meets the requirements, allocating an executive responsible person and informing the executive person through the enterprise WeChat.
7. The work order approval system of claim 6, wherein the entering approval unit is provided with an unverified identification unit indicating the number of the work order data to be approved.
8. The work order approval system of claim 6, wherein the number, name and audit status of the document to be approved are displayed in the document list in the list acquisition unit.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the work order approval method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the work order approval method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
