As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the pre-stored data includes a character type corresponding to the off-staff, and the step of performing virtual video communication with the off-staff according to the preset off-staff communication scenario based on the preset AI virtual video to perform part-time recruitment on the off-staff includes:
S51, acquiring a character type corresponding to the off-staff;
s52, acquiring a preset AI virtual video image corresponding to the character type according to the character type;

As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the step of performing virtual video communication with the off-office staff based on the preset AI virtual video according to the preset off-office communication scenario to perform part-office recruitment on the off-office staff includes:

Further, the preset off-job communication main line scenario supports interruption to conduct question and answer consultation, and supports preset off-job communication auxiliary line plays in each link, for example, in a dialogue type questionnaire link, if the fact that the off-job is caused by examination is identified, the relevant pacifying content of examination can be called in the next stage, and the valuable setting of insurance earning can be continuously sold without examination, so that proper value transfer is given at a proper position, AI self-learning is conducted through recruitment success rate in the later period, and different image crowds and scenario branches are automatically matched, so that recruitment rate is continuously improved.
According to the embodiment of the application, the preset off-job communication main line script, the preset off-job communication auxiliary line script and other multi-level communication contents are set for the off-job personnel, so that the preset off-job communication auxiliary line script corresponding to different situations can be acquired, and compared with the aggregation situation of the preset off-job communication script in which all communication contents are set together, the efficiency of acquiring the preset off-job communication script can be improved, thereby shortening the process of preset off-job communication and improving the efficiency of preset off-job communication.
It should be noted that, the method for recruiting off-staff in the foregoing embodiments may re-combine the technical features included in the different embodiments according to the need to obtain a combined embodiment, which is within the scope of protection claimed in the present application.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic block diagram of an off-office staff member part-time recruitment apparatus provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present application. Corresponding to the off-staff part job recruitment method, the embodiment of the application also provides an off-staff part job recruitment device. As shown in fig. 7, the off-office part-office recruitment apparatus includes means for performing the off-office part-office recruitment method described above, which may be configured in a computer device. Meanwhile, the division and connection modes of the units in the off-staff part-time recruitment device are only used for illustration, in other embodiments, the off-staff part-time recruitment device can be divided into different units according to requirements, and different connection sequences and modes of the units in the off-staff part-time recruitment device can be adopted to complete all or part of functions of the off-staff part-time recruitment device.
The off-staff part-time recruitment apparatus described above may be implemented in the form of a computer program that is executable on a computer device as shown in fig. 8.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic block diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present application. The computer device 500 may be a computer device such as a desktop computer or a server, or may be a component or part of another device.
With reference to fig. 8, the computer device 500 includes a processor 502, a memory, and a network interface 505, which are connected by a system bus 501, wherein the memory may include a non-volatile storage medium 503 and an internal memory 504, which may also be a volatile computer readable storage medium.
The non-volatile storage medium 503 may store an operating system 5031 and a computer program 5032. The computer program 5032, when executed, may cause the processor 502 to perform one of the off-office staff part-time recruitment methods described above.
The processor 502 is used to provide computing and control capabilities to support the operation of the overall computer device 500.
The internal memory 504 provides an environment for the execution of a computer program 5032 in the non-volatile storage medium 503, which computer program 5032, when executed by the processor 502, causes the processor 502 to perform one of the off-office staff part recruitment methods described above.
The network interface 505 is used for network communication with other devices. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the architecture shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the architecture relevant to the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device 500 to which the present inventive arrangements may be implemented, as a particular computer device 500 may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components. For example, in some embodiments, the computer device may include only a memory and a processor, and in such embodiments, the structure and function of the memory and the processor are consistent with the embodiment shown in fig. 8, and will not be described again.

In an embodiment, when the step of obtaining the person type corresponding to the off-staff member in response to the off-staff operation of the off-staff member is implemented by the processor 502, the following steps are specifically implemented:

acquiring a character type corresponding to the off-office personnel;
acquiring a preset AI virtual video image corresponding to the character type according to the character type;
based on the preset AI virtual video image, virtual video communication is carried out with the off-staff according to the preset off-staff communication script so as to recruit the off-staff.
