the risk analysis module is used for acquiring and identifying contract names and contract clauses in the contract text information to be analyzed from the interactive terminal, obtaining word information by performing semantic word segmentation on the contract names, inquiring preset contract name information according to the word information, judging whether matched words exist or not, judging that the contract names do not meet the requirements if the matched words do not exist, and calling risk information of which the contract names do not meet the requirements from a risk information base as first risk information; the contract risk analysis system is also used for carrying out risk analysis on contract terms through the contract term risk analysis model to obtain a risk result, wherein the risk result is a possible risk, then corresponding risk information is inquired from a risk information base according to the risk result to serve as second risk information, and a contract risk analysis report is generated according to the first risk information and the second risk information, wherein the contract terms comprise transaction conditions, both-party execution obligations and default terms;
and the risk processing module is used for supplementing and modifying the text information of the contract to be analyzed according to the contract risk analysis report to obtain the text information of the analyzed contract and feeding back the text information of the analyzed contract and the risk analysis report to the interactive terminal.

The robot-based counselor link system of claim 1, wherein: the contract clause risk analysis model is a neural network analysis model which is trained by a plurality of groups of original contract clauses and original risk results, wherein the original contract clauses are collected contract clauses of the contract, and the original risk results are risks analyzed by lawyers according to the original contract clauses.

The robot-based counselor link system of claim 1, wherein: the interactive terminal is also used for acquiring a supplementary file and a contract main body file, wherein the supplementary file is content information required by the risk processing module in the process of modifying and supplementing the contract text information to be analyzed, and the contract main body file is related data of a contract main body in the contract text information to be analyzed.

The robot-based counselor link system of claim 1, wherein: the interactive terminal marks the modified or supplemented content in the analyzed contract text information and the corresponding risk information into the same color to form a duplicate file, and the analyzed contract text information without the color is the original file.
