First, the noun terms to which one or more embodiments of the present specification relate are explained.
Labels, symbols representing some characteristic of the information, such as words and phrases, etc.
In the present specification, a label authentication method and a label labeling method are provided, and the present specification relates to a label authentication apparatus, a label labeling apparatus, a computing device, and a computer-readable storage medium, which are described in detail one by one in the following embodiments.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a tag authentication method provided according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which includes steps 102 to 108.
Step 102: and responding to the first user to set the label for the first information, and sending a message for setting the label for the first information to a second user participating in authentication.
The range of the second user participating in the authentication may be set according to the implementation environment requirement, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present specification. For example, assuming that the first user is a user of instant messaging software, the tag authentication method may be applied to a server side of the instant messaging software, and when the first user sets a tag for the first information in a friend circle of the instant messaging software, a friend in the friend circle of the first user may be used as a second user. For another example, assuming that the first user is a user in a microblog, the tag authentication method may be applied to a server side of the microblog website, and when the first user sets a tag for the first information in the microblog, the microblog user who pays attention to the first user may be used as the second user.
Step 104: receiving feedback of the second user for the tag.
For example, the feedback may include: messages for indicating approval, messages for indicating objection, messages for indicating disinterest, and the like.
Step 106: and calculating the label score of the label according to the feedback.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present specification, a specific manner of calculating the label score according to the feedback is not limited, and all the received feedback of the second user may be converted into corresponding parameters according to the implementation environment requirements, and participate in calculation in a formula preset with other related parameters, weights, operation relationships, and the like. For example, in a case where the feedback is used to indicate approval for the tag, the tag score of the tag may be increased according to a preset score increment rule; in the case where the feedback is used to indicate an objection to the label, the label score of the label may be reduced according to a preset score reduction rule. For example, the preset score increment rule is: under the condition that the feedback indicates approval, the score corresponding to the feedback is positive, and the preset score reduction rule is as follows: in the case that the feedback indicates objection, the score corresponding to the feedback is negative, so that the label score can be obtained by accumulating the scores corresponding to all the received feedbacks.
Step 108: and judging whether the label passes the user authentication or not according to the label score.
The specific judgment condition of the user authentication can be set according to the requirement of the implementation environment. For example, a tag score threshold may be preset, and a tag may be considered to pass user authentication when the calculated tag score meets or exceeds the tag score threshold. For another example, a determination condition having a plurality of parameters may be set by integrating other related factors, and the label score may be determined as one of the parameters in the determination condition. For example, in an embodiment of the present specification, it may be determined whether the label score meets a preset authentication requirement; if the label score reaches a preset authentication requirement, triggering a preset manual review process; and determining that the tag passes the user authentication under the condition that the preset manual auditing process passes the auditing. In the embodiment, the cognitive degree of the ordinary public can be reflected through the label value, the label can be further audited at an official angle through a preset manual auditing process, and the label authenticated by the user can meet the general cognitive degree of the user and the authority of the authentication.
The method responds to the situation that a first user sets a label for first information, sends a message for setting the label for the first information to a second user participating in authentication, receives feedback of the second user for the label, and calculates the label score of the label according to the feedback, so that whether the label passes user authentication or not can be judged according to the label score. Therefore, the user authentication is carried out according to the label score, the recognition degree of the common public for matching the information and the label can be represented, the label authenticated by the user is a label easier to understand by the common public, and the difficulty in understanding the information by the common public can be reduced.
It is understood that, in the case that the tag is determined to pass the user authentication, the tag labeled with the first information may be presented when the first information is presented by the network platform. For example, the tag authentication method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied to authentication and tagging of enterprise tags, where a common user tags an enterprise, and displays a corresponding tag for the enterprise after a tag score calculated according to feedback of other users reaches a standard, so as to display an unofficial tag for the user and the enterprise, and reflect an image of the enterprise from the perspective of the masses.
In view of the difference between user influences, the acceptance degree of the labels set by the user by the general public also differs, and therefore in one or more embodiments of the present specification, different user grades are further set according to the factors of the credit, industry understanding, network influence and the like of the user, and the factors of the user grades are involved in label authentication, so that the label scores show the influence of the user. Specifically, the method provided by the embodiment of the present specification may further include: judging whether the first user is a user passing user level authentication; if not, performing user level authentication on the first user; and in the case that the user level authentication is passed, setting a weight for calculating the label score according to the level of the first user, and/or setting a range for participating in authentication of a second user according to the level of the first user, wherein the higher the level, the greater the weight, the higher the level, the greater the range of the second user.
The specific way of the weight participating in the calculation of the label score is not limited, and the effect of enabling the label score to show the influence of the user can be achieved as long as the weight for calculating the label score is set based on the grade of the user and the calculation result of the label score is influenced by the weight correspondingly. For example, the formula for calculating the label score may be: the label score is equal to the weight corresponding to the first user's rank multiplied by the sum of the scores corresponding to all the second user's feedback. With this equation, the higher the rank, the higher the weight, the higher the calculated label score.
The specific way in which the weight participates in setting the second user range is not limited. For example, it is assumed that a first user is a user of the instant messaging software, a range of a second user corresponding to a certain user level is friends and circles of the first user, and a range of a second user corresponding to a level higher than the user level may include friends and circles of the first user and users that can accept advertisement promotion in the instant messaging software platform. For another example, assume that a first user is a user in the microblog, a range of a second user corresponding to a certain user level is a user who pays attention to the microblog of the first user, and a range of a second user corresponding to a level higher than the user level may include a user who pays attention to the microblog of the first user and other users who pay attention to the first information or related information.
In order to facilitate setting a tag for a user, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, the sending a message for setting the tag for the first information to a second user participating in authentication in response to the first user setting the tag for the first information includes: setting a tag for the first information in response to a first user, and judging whether the tag is a tag selected from an official tag library or a user-defined tag; if the label is selected from the official label library, entering the step of sending a message for setting the label for the first information to a second user participating in authentication; if the label is a user-defined label, checking the label according to a preset label checking rule; and if the verification is passed, entering the step of sending a message for setting the label for the first information to a second user participating in authentication.
For example, the preset tag audit rule may include: and checking whether the validity of the label content includes sensitive words violating the network platform specification language, whether the label meets the text format requirement and the like, and checking the association relation between the label content and the first information basically.
In the embodiment, the official tag library is set so that the user can select the tags of the official channels, the user is allowed to set the self-defined tags, and the legality of the tags is checked, so that the user can select the tags provided by the official channels or the self-defined tags as required, the difficulty of setting the tags by the user is reduced, the two tags can be authenticated in a user feedback mode, the tags passing the authentication can represent the approval of the ordinary public, and the difficulty of understanding the information by the ordinary public is reduced.
In order to avoid excessive occupation of resources such as a network and guarantee the effectiveness of feedback, in one or more embodiments of the present description, the tag has a corresponding validity period. The judging whether the label passes the user authentication or not according to the label score comprises the following steps: and under the condition that the label is in the validity period, judging whether the label passes the user authentication or not according to the label score. For example, the validity period corresponding to the tag may be a period of one week or two weeks, and when the tag is set to exceed one week or two weeks, it is considered that the tag feedback has been basically collected, and the influence of continuous collection on the authentication result is not great, but excessive occupation of resources such as a network may be caused. For example, in an implementation environment, for a first user, the validity period corresponding to a tag may be represented in the following form: the label of the label by the first user has an effective labeling period, and when the effective labeling period is exceeded, the label is invalid and cannot be seen by other users, but the first user of the label creator can still view the label set by the first user.
In order to effectively manage the user-defined tag after the user sets the user-defined tag and before the authentication is finished, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, the first information and the tag may be correspondingly added to a user-defined tag library and set to a user authentication state in the case that the tag is the user-defined tag, where the tag belonging to the user authentication state in the user-defined tag library is visible to the second user and invisible to other users; and under the condition that the tag is determined to pass the user authentication, setting the state of the tag in a user-defined tag library as a user authentication passing state, wherein the tag belonging to the user authentication passing state in the user-defined tag library is visible for the second user and other users. In the embodiment, the range of the visible user of the user-defined tag is distinguished through two states of the user authentication middle state and the user authentication passing state in the user-defined tag library, so that more selectable ranges are provided for setting tags for other users, and other users can select the visible tag from the user-defined tag library to label information. If the other users select the user-defined tags which are already approved by the tag auditing rules, the step of sending the message for setting the tags to the users participating in the authentication can be directly entered to start a new round of user authentication.
The tag authentication method provided in the present specification is further described below with reference to fig. 2, taking the application of the tag authentication method in an enterprise tag as an example. Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a processing procedure of a tag authentication method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and specific steps include step 202 to step 224.
Step 202: and judging whether the first user is the user passing the user level authentication.
Step 204: if not, performing user-level authentication on the first user.
For example, the user-level authentication mode may be set according to the implementation environment requirements, and for example, authentication may be performed according to authentication information input by the user.
Step 206: and judging whether the first user passes the user level authentication.
If not, then a return may be made to step 204 to continue user-level authentication of the first user.
For example, the first user may be required to enter new authentication information for authentication.
Step 208: if the user level authentication is passed, it is determined whether the first user selects a tag from an official tag library.
If so, step 216 is entered.
Step 210: and if not, receiving a user-defined label set for the enterprise information by the first user.
Step 212: and judging whether the user-defined label is a label which passes the preset label auditing rule.
For example, the review in this step may be a review of whether the relationship between the tag and the enterprise is reasonably matched, whether the tag is legal, or the like.
If the user-defined tab passes the audit, step 216 is entered.
Step 214: and if the label is not the label which is audited according to the preset label audit rule, auditing the user-defined label set by the first user according to the preset label audit rule.
If the audit is passed, step 216 is entered.
Step 216: and sending a message for setting the label for the enterprise information to a second user participating in authentication.
In combination with one or more of the above embodiments, the tags may have a corresponding expiration date. According to the corresponding validity period of the label, the labeling process of the label is of a labeling period, when the labeling period is exceeded, the label is invalid and cannot be seen by other users, but the creator of the label can also view the label of the creator.
Step 218: receiving feedback of the second user for the tag.
Step 220: and calculating the label score of the label according to the feedback.
Step 222: and judging whether the label passes the user authentication or not according to the label score.
In an embodiment, when the score of the tag reaches a preset score, manual review may be further performed, and when the manual review also passes, it is indicated that the tag matches the enterprise information, so as to determine that the user authentication passes.
Step 224: and under the condition that the label is determined to pass the user authentication, when the network platform displays the enterprise information, displaying the label marked by the enterprise information.
For example, in this embodiment, an official enterprise tag library may be pre-constructed, in which some enterprise tags that have been recognized by the public and expected to be labeled by users may be pre-stored, such as "high new technology enterprise", "2020 nethong corporation", and the like. The official enterprise tag library can be a tag source when a user marks an enterprise, and the user can also apply for a custom tag. After the user-defined tag is approved, the user-defined tag can enter a tag library for marking and using by users in the whole network. When the user marks the enterprise, official grade authentication can be performed firstly, and different grades can influence the weight of the label marked by the user, namely the weight for calculating the score of the label. When the label value marked by a user for a certain enterprise reaches the approved value, manual review can be performed, and all users can see the labels of the enterprise after user authentication after the review is passed.
In combination with one or more of the above embodiments, the user-defined tab in step 210 may be in either of two states. One state is that the user authentication is passed, if the user self-defined label passed by the user authentication can be seen by all users, the other state is failed, if the user self-defined label is failed, part of the users can see the label, and when the feedback of the part of the users is given back, the label score exceeds the preset score, a manual review stage is carried out, so that the user authentication is completed.
In step 220, the user may feed back any or all of two types of information, one is whether the tag is reasonable, and the other is whether the tag is matched with the enterprise. For example, for the official label "2020 Ten size Red company", since it is already the official label, it can be determined that it is reasonable, so the user can only feed back whether the label matches the business information.
According to the embodiment, the common user marks the label for the enterprise, after the score of the label marked for the enterprise by the user reaches the standard, the label subjected to user authentication is displayed for the user and the enterprise, the image of the enterprise is reflected from the perspective of the masses, and the difficulty in understanding the enterprise information by the masses can be reduced.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, the present specification further provides a tag authentication apparatus embodiment, and fig. 3 shows a schematic structural diagram of a tag authentication apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present specification. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes: a tag message sending module 302, a feedback message receiving module 304, a tag score calculating module 306, and a user authentication judging module 308.
The tag message sending module 302 may be configured to send a message to a second user participating in authentication, in response to the first user setting a tag for the first information, the message setting the tag for the first information.
The feedback message receiving module 304 may be configured to receive feedback of the second user for the tag.
The tag score calculation module 306 may be configured to calculate a tag score for the tag based on the feedback.
