Abstract

本发明公开了一种低成本防潮防鼠蚁包装盒的制备方法,采用回收耐火材料作为原料制成凝胶状物质对单层瓦楞纸进行处理,使回收耐火材料吸附在瓦楞纸表面,然后采用苯乙烯‑丙烯酸、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂组成的混合胶黏剂掺入回收耐火材料制成水性涂料涂覆于单层瓦楞纸上,然后将单层瓦楞纸浸入防鼠蚁乳液中固化成膜并干燥,即可得到包装盒用纸,裁剪成型后制作成包装盒。本发明的包装盒由于加入了混合胶黏剂并掺入适合粒径的回收耐火材料,故具有非常好的防潮效果,而加入七里香、樟树叶、花椒和藿香组成的中药防鼠蚁成分,可以达到驱除鼠蚁的效果。

背景技术
快递,是兼有邮递功能的门对门物流活动,即指快递公司通过铁路运输、公路运输、空运和航运等交通工具,对客户货物进行快速投递。在很多方面,快递要优于邮政的邮递服务。除了较快送达目的地及必须签收外,现时很多快递业者均提供邮件追踪功能、送递时间的承诺及其他按客户需要提供的服务。因此,快递的收费比一般邮递高出许多。
而快递的主要原料之一就是包装盒,一般快递公司由于单纯追求低成本,而忽视了包装盒的环保性能,甚至是强度,而快递,尤其是食品快递在运输和存储的过程中非常容易招惹老鼠和蚂蚁,为了提升快递的安全性,有必要研究一种低成本防潮防鼠蚁包装盒的制备方法。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种低成本防潮防鼠蚁包装盒的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种低成本防潮防鼠蚁包装盒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将回收耐火材料进行反复粉碎,并分级得到粒径小于800目,粒径介于300-800目之间和粒径大于300目三类,其中粒径大于300目的回收耐火材料继续粉碎,其余两种粒径的回收耐火材料备用;
B、将粒径小于800目的回收耐火材料加入水中,进行高速分散,然后再加入明胶,加热得到乳状液,滴加8-15%的醋酸溶液调节体系到一定的pH,使明胶凝聚,恒温12-20min,得到凝胶状物质,将凝胶状物质倒入胶水池中;
C、将单层瓦楞纸浸入胶水池中浸泡8-15s,取出后采用梯度干燥的方式对单层瓦楞纸进行干燥处理,干燥后将单层瓦楞纸卷曲起来,备用;
D、称取苯乙烯-丙烯酸、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂组成混合胶黏剂,然后加入粒径介于300-800目之间的回收耐火材料,并利用高速搅拌器搅拌均匀,然后加入成膜剂、消泡剂和保水剂,得到水性涂料;
E、将水性涂料涂敷于步骤C中的单层瓦楞纸上,然后将单层瓦楞纸浸入防鼠蚁乳液中;待完全固化成膜后,将成膜后的单层瓦楞纸放入80-120℃的干燥箱中,干燥15-25min;待单层瓦楞纸冷却后,即可得到包装盒用纸,根据实际应用需求将包装盒用纸裁剪成适当尺寸,并制作成包装盒,即可。
优选的,所述的步骤A中,所述的回收耐火材料是由炼钢用耐火材料回收而来;所述的炼钢用耐火材料,刚玉的重量比例≥15%,镁砂的重量比例≥10%,尖晶石的重量比例≥5%。

B、将粒径小于800目的回收耐火材料加入水中,进行高速分散,然后再加入明胶,加热得到乳状液,滴加13%的醋酸溶液调节体系到一定的pH,使明胶凝聚,恒温18min,得到凝胶状物质,将凝胶状物质倒入胶水池中;
C、将单层瓦楞纸浸入胶水池中浸泡12s,取出后采用梯度干燥的方式对单层瓦楞纸进行干燥处理,干燥后将单层瓦楞纸卷曲起来,备用;
D、称取苯乙烯-丙烯酸、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂组成混合胶黏剂,然后加入粒径介于300-800目之间的回收耐火材料,并利用高速搅拌器搅拌均匀,然后加入成膜剂、消泡剂和保水剂,得到水性涂料;
E、将水性涂料涂敷于步骤C中的单层瓦楞纸上,然后将单层瓦楞纸浸入防鼠蚁乳液中;待完全固化成膜后,将成膜后的单层瓦楞纸放入105℃的干燥箱中,干燥20min;待单层瓦楞纸冷却后,即可得到包装盒用纸,根据实际应用需求将包装盒用纸裁剪成适当尺寸,并制作成包装盒,即可。
