A preparation method of a silicon rubber lost wax mould for artware with a complex shape is characterized by comprising the following processing steps: (1) in a high-speed mixer, adding the components in parts by weightAdding 100-120 parts of polydimethoxysiloxane, 8-10 parts of vinyl triacetoxysilane, 4-6 parts of aminomethyl isobutyl trimethoxy silane and 50-60 parts of white carbon black, mixing for 3-4 h at the temperature below 60 ℃, heating to 150-160 ℃, continuing mixing, devolatilizing with nitrogen, stopping heating under the protection of nitrogen for 1-2 h, adding 100-110 parts of dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, 5-6 parts of polydimethoxysiloxane and 50-60 parts of barium sulfate, continuing mixing for 1-2 h, finally, putting the mixture on a three-roll grinder, dispersing and grinding under the pressure of 1-2 MPa to prepare a base material, adding 4-6 parts of polydimethoxysiloxane, 32-36 parts of propyl polysilicate, 1.3-1.5 parts of dibutyl tin dilaurate catalyst and 1.2-1.4 parts of a cross-linking agent, uniformly mixing, and defoaming under negative pressure for 1-3 minutes to obtain a silicon rubber mixture; (2) machining a wax material into the same shape of the silicon rubber lost wax mould for the artware with the complex shape by using a machine, wherein the wax material is used as a wax mould for the lost wax method; (3) refrigerating the wax mold for 1-2 h by using a refrigerator at the temperature of-5 ℃, and brushing a layer of Si-69 silane coupling agent 13-14 g/m on the surfaces of the inner cavity and the outer cavity of the wax mold2(ii) a Covering molding sand outside the wax mold obtained in the step (3), completely wrapping the wax mold, performing bonding molding to form a sand mold, and reserving a filling port, an air outlet and a wax outlet hole in the sand mold; (4) putting the molding sand in a shade place, and air-drying the molding sand at the room temperature of 24-30 ℃ for 12-24 h, compacting the molding sand, wherein the compaction rate is 30-35% to obtain a wax-containing film air-dried sand mold; (5) and (2) adding the silicone rubber mixture containing the wax film obtained in the step (1) into a filling port of an air-dried sand mold, heating the sand mold to the temperature of 90-138 ℃, stopping heating when no wax flows out of a wax outlet, cooling to room temperature, cleaning, washing with water, and drying to obtain the silicone rubber lost wax mold for the artware with the complex shape.

The method for preparing the silicone rubber lost wax mold for the artware with the complex shape according to claim 1, wherein the wax material comprises Fischer-Tropsch wax, disodium sebacate, zinc stearate and terpene resin, the mass of the Fischer-Tropsch wax accounts for 90% of the total mass of the wax material, the mass of the disodium sebacate accounts for 3% of the total mass of the wax material, the mass of the zinc stearate accounts for 2% of the total mass of the wax material, and the mass of the terpene resin accounts for 5% of the total mass of the wax material, the weighed blocky Fischer-Tropsch wax is put into a crucible, the heating is carried out to 90-95 ℃, the weighed zinc stearate is added after the Fischer-Tropsch wax is fully melted into wax liquid, the heating is continued to 130-135 ℃, the weighed terpene resin is continuously stirred by a stirring rod, the temperature of the weighed terpene resin is continuously heated to 90-100 ℃, the mixed liquid is obtained after the terpene resin is fully melted, the mixed liquid is fully stirred uniformly, the heating is stopped, the temperature is reduced to 80-90 ℃, and then the weighed, stirring, and standing in shade.
3. The method for preparing the silicone rubber lost wax mold for the artware with the complex shape according to claim 1, wherein the curing agent is one of methyltributanone oxime silane, methyltriacetoxysilane and p-benzoquinone dioxime.

The method for preparing the silicone rubber lost wax mold for the artware with the complex shape according to claim 1, wherein the molding sand is clay molding sand, and the molding sand is prepared by uniformly mixing 60-80 parts by weight of sea sand, 1-2 parts by weight of diatomite, 2-4 parts by weight of fly ash, 1-3 parts by weight of plant ash, 2-4 parts by weight of hemp cut, 1-3 parts by weight of straw shell and 30-40 parts by weight of water.
