step S210: and if the products to be sorted reach the scanning area, detecting whether product information is set.
In this embodiment, the product to be sorted is a product which needs to be put in storage after production is completed, and the scanning area is a must-pass area when the product to be sorted is put in storage. The product to be sorted is conveyed to the scanning area, and whether the product to be sorted reaches the scanning area is detected according to a signal that the product to be sorted reaches the scanning area. Detecting whether the products to be sorted reach the scanning area or not by adopting photoelectric switches, infrared sensors and other devices; the product information is the model of the product, for example, if the product to be sorted is a television, the product information is the model of the television.
Step S220: and if the product information is detected to be set, judging whether to acquire the data of the product to be sorted.
In this embodiment, it reaches the scanning area to detect the product to be sorted, and detects that self has been set for product information by the manual work, then gathers the product data that awaits measuring of the product to be sorted in the scanning area to judge whether the product data that awaits measuring of the product to be sorted has been gathered. The data of the products to be sorted comprise the production date, the model and the like of the products to be sorted. The data of the product to be detected is pasted on the product to be sorted in the form of an information code, and the information code comprises a bar code, a two-dimensional code and the like. The information code on the product to be sorted is read by at least one of code scanning devices such as a code scanning high-precision code reader, a code scanning gun and a camera so as to acquire the data of the product to be sorted. Acquiring data of a product to be detected of the product to be sorted through a code scanning device, and judging that the data of the product to be detected of the product to be sorted is acquired; the data of the products to be detected of the products to be sorted are not acquired through the code scanning device, and then the data of the products to be detected of the products to be sorted are judged not to be acquired, namely the information codes on the products to be sorted are abnormal. The abnormal information code condition comprises the following steps: the product to be sorted is not provided with the information code, the information code is damaged, the information code is covered, the information code is ectopic or the product to be sorted is ectopic (the information code is not in an effective reading area of the code scanning device).
Step S230: and if the to-be-detected product data of the to-be-sorted product are collected, judging whether the to-be-detected product data of the to-be-sorted product is the same as preset comparison data.
In this embodiment, if the product data to be detected of the product to be sorted in the scanning area is collected by the code scanning device, the currently collected product data to be detected of the product to be sorted is compared with the comparison data to determine whether the currently collected product data to be detected of the product to be sorted is the same as the comparison data. The comparison data are stored in a database in advance, and the information types of the comparison data and the data of the product to be sorted are the same. After the to-be-sorted product data of the to-be-sorted product is acquired, calling comparison data to compare the comparison data with currently acquired to-be-sorted product data of the to-be-sorted product and the comparison data, if the comparison data is the same as the currently acquired to-be-sorted product data of the to-be-sorted product, determining that the to-be-sorted product in the current scanning area is regarded as a product with data, and executing step S240; otherwise, the processing is carried out manually.
Step S240: and if the data of the product to be sorted is the same as the preset comparison data, sending normal prompt information of the data, and conveying the product to be sorted to a stacking area, so that the stacking robot can convey the product to be sorted to a stacking position.

step S310: and if the data of the product to be sorted is not acquired, sending out abnormal data prompt information and selection prompt information, and waiting for receiving a stacking area input instruction and an abnormal area input instruction which are input by a user and are associated with the selection prompt information.
In this embodiment, if data of a product to be sorted of the product to be sorted is not collected, sending data exception prompt information, where the data exception prompt information is used to prompt a worker that the product to be sorted in a current scanning area is a product without data, and the data exception prompt information includes a voice prompt, for example, when the worker broadcasts that the product to be sorted in the current scanning area is a product without data by voice, the product to be sorted in the current scanning area cannot be put into a warehouse or the like with related voice; and light prompt, such as flashing red light and the like. And simultaneously displaying selection prompt information on a display screen, wherein the display selection prompt information comprises prompt information for prompting a worker to convey the products to be sorted in the current scanning area to a stacking area and prompt information for conveying the products to be sorted in the current scanning area to an abnormal area. And the prompt information for conveying the products to be sorted in the current scanning area to the stacking area is associated with a stacking area input instruction, and the prompt information for conveying the products to be sorted in the current scanning area to the abnormal area is associated with an abnormal area input instruction. After the staff inputs the stacking area input instruction, executing the step S320; after the worker inputs the abnormal area input command, the process proceeds to step S330.
Step S320: and when the stacking area input instruction is received, conveying the products to be sorted to a stacking area.
Specifically, after the staff inputs the stacking area input instruction, the staff responds to the stacking area input instruction, and products to be sorted in the current scanning area can be conveyed to the stacking area, so that the quantity statistics of the products to be sorted passing through the scanning area is carried out.
Step S330: and when the abnormal area input instruction is received, conveying the product to be sorted to an abnormal area.
Specifically, after the worker inputs an abnormal area input instruction, the worker responds to the abnormal area input instruction, and conveys the products to be sorted in the current scanning area to the abnormal area, wherein the abnormal area is a manual assistant line processing area, and the products without data in the current scanning area are processed manually and then are put into a warehouse.
According to the technical scheme, if the data of the product to be sorted is not acquired, sending out abnormal data prompt information and selection prompt information, and waiting for receiving a stacking area input instruction and an abnormal area input instruction which are input by a user and are associated with the selection prompt information; when the stacking area input instruction is received, conveying the products to be sorted to a stacking area; or when the abnormal area input instruction is received, the product to be sorted is conveyed to the abnormal area, and early warning prompt for the product without data is achieved.
Further, in the first embodiment of the present application, the product sorting control method of the present application further includes: and if the to-be-sorted product data to be detected of the to-be-sorted product is different from preset comparison data, sending data abnormity prompt information, and conveying the to-be-sorted product to an abnormal area.
Specifically, if the comparison data is different from the currently acquired data of the product to be sorted, namely the data of the product to be sorted in the current scanning area does not exist in the database, the product to be sorted in the current scanning area is regarded as a product with abnormal data, then data abnormality prompt information is sent, the product to be sorted in the current scanning area is conveyed to the abnormal area, and the abnormal area is manually processed.
Further, in the first embodiment of the present application, the product sorting control method of the present application further includes: and counting the number of the products to be sorted conveyed to the stacking area according to the data of the products to be sorted, which is the same as the preset comparison data, of the products to be sorted.
Specifically, if the comparison data is the same as the currently acquired data of the products to be sorted to be detected, the quantity of the products to be sorted conveyed to the stacking area is counted according to the data of the products to be detected of the products to be sorted, which is the same as the comparison data, so that the quantity of the products to be sorted, which are conveyed to the stacking area, is counted, and the counting of the quantity of the products, of which the data are normal, of the scanned area is realized.
As shown in fig. 4, in a third embodiment of the present application, the product sorting control method of the present application further includes the steps of:
step S410: and receiving the product data sent by the palletizing robot.
In this embodiment, the product data and the comparison data specifically include the same information type, the product data is set by the worker through the palletizing robot, and the product data is sent by the palletizing robot at preset intervals, for example, the product data sent by the palletizing robot is received at 15 minutes intervals. The preset duration can be set in a user-defined mode through manual operation, when the palletizing robot detects that the product data reset manually are different from the product data set in advance, after the product data reset manually are completed, the product data reset manually are sent out for the first time, and then the product data reset once are sent out for the second time and later according to the preset duration at intervals. Assume that within the same day, the working time is 8:00 to 18:00, the warehousing treatment of the produced A-type motor is just finished at 11:40, 8: and in the time period of 00-11: 40, the product data sent by the palletizing robot at intervals of 15 minutes is the product data of the motor of the model A. The method comprises the steps that working personnel at a ratio of 11:40-11:45 complete setting of product data of a B-type motor through a palletizing robot, the palletizing robot sends the product data of the B-type motor for the first time when the palletizing robot is at a ratio of 11:45, then sends the product data of the B-type motor again when the palletizing robot reaches a ratio of 12:00, and then analogizes that the product data of the B-type motor are sent every 15 minutes.
Step S420: and updating the preset comparison data according to the product data.
