Abstract
The invention provides an automatic film tearing device, which comprises: the positioning mechanism comprises a bearing area and a first positioning part, wherein the bearing area is used for placing the film module to be torn, the surface of which is provided with a first protective film; the film tearing mechanism comprises a plate body and a second positioning part, wherein an adhesion sheet is arranged on the first surface of the plate body, the size of the adhesion sheet is smaller than that of the first surface of the plate body, and the size of the adhesion sheet is matched with that of the first protection film; the film tearing mechanism is covered on the positioning mechanism, the first positioning part and the second positioning part are combined to position the film tearing mechanism and the positioning mechanism, and the adhesion piece is aligned and adsorbed on the first protection film; the film tearing mechanism is turned over to enable the film tearing mechanism to leave the positioning mechanism, and the adhesion piece adsorbs the first protection film and enables the first protection film to be separated from the to-be-torn film module. The invention can solve the problems that the protective film on the surface of the finished product module in the prior art is easy to stain and wrinkle and is difficult to place in the tearing process, so that the loss is increased.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a film tearing device, in particular to an automatic film tearing device for a protective film.
Background
In the production and manufacturing process, the processed module product needs to be subjected to telecommunication inspection, namely, various signals needing to be tested are input into the module for detection, the process is called lighting, and lighting detection operation can be used for an operator to carry out quality detection on the module. However, in order to protect the module product, a protective film is attached to the surface of the product, but when lighting is performed, the protective film needs to be removed before the product can be further inspected, and the following problems often occur during the process of removing the protective film:
(1) the cover plate protective film is completely matched with the product, so that the protective film is not easy to tear off by workers in the operation process;
(2) after the cover plate protective film is torn off, the protective film is easy to be stained when being attached to a lighting machine, or fingerprints or stains are easy to generate when the protective film is always pinched by fingers of a person, so that the field operation is not facilitated;
(3) the operation mode easily causes the defects of the protection film such as dirt or wrinkles, thereby increasing the loss ratio of the protection film.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above technical problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic film tearing device to solve the technical problem that a protective film on a surface of a finished module in the prior art is easily soiled, wrinkled or not easily placed during a tearing process, thereby increasing wear and tear.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic film tearing device, including: the positioning mechanism comprises a bearing area and a first positioning part, wherein the bearing area is used for placing the film module to be torn, and a first protective film is arranged on the surface of the film module to be torn; the film tearing mechanism is used for tearing off the first protection film and comprises a plate body and a second positioning part, wherein an adhesion piece is arranged on the first surface of the plate body, the size of the adhesion piece is smaller than that of the first surface of the plate body, and the size of the adhesion piece is matched with that of the first protection film; the film tearing mechanism is covered on the positioning mechanism, the first positioning part and the second positioning part are combined to position the film tearing mechanism and the positioning mechanism, and the adhesion piece is aligned and adsorbed on the first protection film; and turning the film tearing mechanism to enable the film tearing mechanism to leave the positioning mechanism, and enabling the adhesion piece to adsorb the first protection film and enable the first protection film to be separated from the module to be subjected to film tearing.
In one embodiment, at least one corner of the board body is a deformable structure, and the film tearing mechanism is turned over from the corner.
In one embodiment, the plate body is made of a silica gel material, and the thickness of the corner of the plate body is smaller than the thickness of other parts of the plate body.
In one embodiment, the positioning mechanism is a lighting detection mechanism, and the to-be-torn film module is a display module.
In one embodiment, the adhesive sheet is a polarizer protective film.

Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the film tearing mechanism is combined with the positioning mechanism in a positioning mode, the traditional manual film tearing mode is replaced by the film tearing mechanism, the labor cost can be saved, the protective film is not easy to stain and wrinkle in the film tearing process, the film tearing success rate and the film covering precision in the process of sticking back the protective film can be ensured by the positioning between the film tearing mechanism and the positioning mechanism, and the loss of the protective film is further reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a positioning mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a module to be torn according to the present invention positioned on the positioning mechanism, and fig. 3 is a schematic view of a tearing mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of the invention provides an automatic film tearing device which comprises a positioning mechanism 11 and a film tearing mechanism. The positioning mechanism 11 includes a carrying region 111 and a first positioning portion 112, the carrying region 111 is used for placing the module to be peeled 13, and the surface of the module to be peeled 13 has a first protection film 14. The positioning mechanism 11 is, for example, a lighting test module, the module to be torn 13 is, for example, a display module, and the first protective film 14 is a protective film disposed on a cover plate of the display module. The film tearing mechanism is used for tearing off the first protection film 14, and the film tearing mechanism includes a plate body 121 and a second positioning portion 122, wherein an adhesive sheet 1213 is disposed on the first surface 1211 of the plate body 121, and preferably, the size of the adhesive sheet 1213 is smaller than the size of the first surface 1211 of the plate body 121, because the positioning portion, the supporting pillar, and other elements are disposed around the plate body 121, the adhesion effect of the adhesive sheet 1213 is affected. In addition, the size of the adhesive sheet 1213 matches the size of the first protection film 14, and may be the same as the size of the adhesive sheet 1213, or may be larger or slightly larger than the size of the first protection film 14, so that the adhesive sheet can be ensured to effectively adsorb the first protection film 14. Wherein, the film covering and tearing mechanism is disposed on the positioning mechanism 11, and the first positioning portion 112 and the second positioning portion 122 are used to combine and position the film covering and tearing mechanism and the positioning mechanism 11, and the adhesive sheet 1213 is aligned and adhered to the first protection film 14; the film peeling mechanism is turned over and separated from the positioning mechanism 11, and the adhesive sheet 1213 adsorbs the first protection film 14 and separates the first protection film 14 from the module to be peeled 13. The arrangement of the first positioning portion 112 and the second positioning portion 122 is also beneficial to re-attaching the first protection film 14 to the surface of the display module (the module to be peeled 13) through the positioning of the two after the lighting detection is completed. The invention uses the jig or the device to replace manual operation, and the protective film is not easy to be polluted or wrinkled in the process of tearing off or sticking back the protective film, thereby reducing the loss of the protective film. In addition, after the film is torn, the film tearing mechanism can play a role in containing the first protection film, and the difficult problem that the film is placed everywhere in the operation process and is easy to stain can be avoided.
Alternatively, the adhesion sheet 1213 is a polarizer protection film having weak adhesiveness, and can easily adhere to the first protection film 14 on the cover plate without adhesive residue, because the polarizer protection film has no adhesive, and it adheres to the first protection film by its own adhesiveness. However, the invention is not limited thereto, and in another embodiment, for example, the adhesive sheet or the adhesive plate has a plurality of suction nozzles, and the first protection film 14 is torn off by vacuum suction, which can be set according to actual requirements.
In addition, a plurality of positioning blocks 113 are further disposed around the carrying area 111 of the positioning mechanism 11, and these positioning blocks 113 may be configured as a slidable structure, so as to adjust the size of the carrying area according to the size requirement of the actual film module to be torn, so as to adapt to the film module to be torn.
Moreover, in order to ensure that the film tearing mechanism 12 can be turned over relatively easily, at least one corner 1210 of the plate body 121 is of a deformable structure, and the film tearing mechanism is turned over from the corner 1210. Based on this, the plate body is made of, for example, a silicone material, and the silicone material has certain deformability, and can realize certain bending at the corners. Still alternatively, for example, the corners 1210 of the plate body 121 may have a thickness less than the thickness of other portions of the plate body 121. Furthermore, a support structure 1216 is disposed on at least one of the first portion 1214 and the second portion 1215, the support structure 1216 being located on the second surface 1212 of the plate body for supporting the first portion 1214 between the first portion 1214 and the second portion 1215 when the first portion 1214 is inverted over the second portion 1215 or when the second portion 1215 is inverted over the first portion 1214; the second surface 1212 is opposite to the first surface 1211 and is opposite to the plate 121. In this embodiment, the support structure 1216 is disposed on the second portion 1215, and in order to maintain balance, the support structure 1216 is preferably disposed on the second portion 1215 near the corners. The support structure 1216 is supported between the first portion 1214 and the second portion 1215 for supporting, and ensuring a gap between the first portion 1214 and the second portion 1215 for avoiding the first portion 1214 and the second portion 1215 from overlapping seamlessly and being inconvenient to pick up or separate. The supporting structure 1216 is made of a metal material, for example.
In addition, as to the specific arrangement form of the first positioning portion 112 and the second positioning portion 122, in this embodiment, the first positioning portion 112 is a positioning hole, the second positioning portion 122 is also a positioning hole, the positioning mechanism 11 and the film tearing mechanism 12 are combined and positioned with the first positioning portion 112 and the second positioning portion 122 by using a first fixing member, which may be a positioning post or a screw, for example. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and in another embodiment, the first positioning portion is, for example, a positioning hole, and the corresponding second positioning portion is, for example, a positioning column, so that the positioning mechanism 11 and the film tearing mechanism can be positioned by matching the positioning hole and the positioning column. The structure is similar to a hinge structure, so that the film tearing mechanism can be rotationally covered on or separated from the positioning mechanism around the rotating shaft, the positioning of the film tearing mechanism and the positioning mechanism can be realized, and the placement of the film tearing mechanism can be facilitated. In summary, the film tearing mechanism and the positioning mechanism are combined in a positioning mode, the film tearing mechanism replaces a traditional manual film tearing mode, labor cost can be saved, the protective film is not easy to stain and wrinkle in the film tearing process, the film tearing success rate and the film covering precision in the process of sticking the protective film back can be guaranteed by the positioning between the film tearing mechanism and the positioning mechanism, and accordingly loss of the protective film is further reduced.

the positioning mechanism comprises a bearing area and a first positioning part, wherein the bearing area is used for placing the film module to be torn, and a first protective film is arranged on the surface of the film module to be torn; and
the film tearing mechanism is used for tearing off the first protection film and comprises a plate body and a second positioning part, wherein an adhesion piece is arranged on the first surface of the plate body, the size of the adhesion piece is smaller than that of the first surface of the plate body, and the size of the adhesion piece is matched with that of the first protection film;
the film tearing mechanism is covered on the positioning mechanism, the first positioning part and the second positioning part are combined to position the film tearing mechanism and the positioning mechanism, and the adhesion piece is aligned and adsorbed on the first protection film; and turning the film tearing mechanism to enable the film tearing mechanism to leave the positioning mechanism, and enabling the adhesion piece to adsorb the first protection film and enable the first protection film to be separated from the module to be subjected to film tearing.
2. The automated film tearing apparatus of claim 1, wherein at least one of the corners of said panel is deformable, said tearing mechanism being pivoted from said corner.
3. The automatic film tearing device according to claim 2, wherein the plate body is made of a silicone material, and the thickness of the corner of the plate body is smaller than the thickness of the other part of the plate body.
4. The automatic film tearing device according to claim 1, wherein the positioning mechanism is a lighting detection mechanism, and the film module to be torn is a display module.
5. The automatic film-tearing device according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive sheet is a polarizer protective film.
6. The automated film tearing apparatus of claim 1, wherein said panel comprises a first portion and a second portion pivotally connected.
7. The automated film tearing apparatus of claim 6, wherein a support structure is provided on at least one of said first portion and said second portion, said support structure being located on said second surface of said panel for supporting between said first portion and said second portion when said first portion is inverted over said second portion or when said second portion is inverted over said first portion; the second surface is opposite to the first surface.
8. The automated film tearing apparatus of claim 6, wherein said first portion and said second portion are connected by a plurality of annular connectors.
9. The automated film tearing apparatus of claim 6, wherein said support structure is made of a metallic material.
10. The automatic film tearing device according to claim 1, wherein the first positioning portion is a positioning hole, the second positioning portion is a positioning hole, and the positioning mechanism and the film tearing mechanism are positioned by combining a first fixing member with the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion; or the first positioning part is a positioning hole, the second positioning part is a positioning column, and the positioning mechanism and the film tearing mechanism are combined and positioned by utilizing the positioning hole and the positioning column; or the first positioning part is a shaft hole arranged at the side part of the positioning mechanism, the second positioning part is a rotating shaft arranged at the side part of the plate body, and the positioning mechanism and the film tearing mechanism are positioned and can rotate relatively through the combination of the rotating shaft and the shaft hole.
